Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “ Perbandingan Kinerja Naive Bayes dan Support Vector Machine untuk Prediksi Herregistrasi “ bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja naive bayes dan support vector machine dalam melakukan prediksi herregistrasi dengan parameter akurasi dan AUC menggunakan skenario pengujian dengan split validation yang nantinya akan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pihak universitas untuk melakukan kebijakan bagi para mahasiswa khususnya yang berpotensi mengalami tidak melakukan herregistrasi. Pada penelitian ini hanya melakukan prediksi herregistrasi calon mahasiswa baru pada fakultas ilmu komputer untuk angkatan tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017 dengan menggunakan metode algoritma naive bayes dan support vector machine. Akurasi yang dihasilkan pada metode naive bayes yaitu 93,54% dan AUC 0,946 sedangkan pada metode support vector machine yaitu 92,67% dan AUC 0,877 menggunakan kernel RBF dengan parameter cost (C) 1,0 dan Epsilon 0,0. Selain itu performa akurasi dan AUC sangat berpengaruh apabila dilakukan penghapusan terhadap salah satu variabel yang digunakan.

Abstract

Exchanging information is a common thing that almost everyone has done, one of the communication media that can be used is email. Because of the ease of accessing communication media by everyone, it has an impact on the security of information using these media. Then many people are trying to find ways how to secure information in exchanging information. one way is to combine email and cryptography applications that use a symmetric key algorithm, where the encryption and decryption keys are the same but if the decryption key is sent separately this allows the key to be known by eavesdroppers. In this final project, an email and cryptographic application is designed, in designing this application using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) system development method with the waterfall model. The application uses the blowfish algorithm with the PHP programming language, where the encryption and decryption keys have been set by the system, this is done so that key information cannot be easily identified by eavesdroppers. The blowfish algorithm is a 64 bit block cipher algorithm where the blowfish key must be computed at the beginning, before the encryption and decryption process is carried out.

Abstract

The application of computer technology-based information systems in the business world has now become a very urgent necessity, this is one of the competitive advantage strategies. The information system is one of the right choices to optimize productivity. With the use of computers and mastery of skills in using integrated software, the data processing process will be carried out easily, quickly and accurately. A result of developing an information system must support organizational activities for a certain period of time, because the existence of an information system will be adapted to the development of the organization or company. The complexity of the company that is driven by very dynamic environmental changes needs to be supported by the existence of a new design that can support the increasing information needs of system users in order to keep the company ahead of competitors and keep in tune with the technological revolution and its impact on the product or service. company services. Abstract

Utilization of computer technology makes processing of data and information can be done quickly and accurately. Advances in technology and information also provide many conveniences in processing inventory data. inventory of goods is the recording of data related to goods or assets that exist in the organization. Institute of Technology and Business (ITBis) Lembah Dempo has not fully implemented an information system for data, especially in inventory processing. This study aims to design an inventory information system that will be used as an effort to increase the efficiency of computerized inventory recording that can be implemented at the Institute of Technology and Business (ITBis) Lembah Dempo. In designing this inventory information system using a prototyping system development method and a database designed using an ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram).

Abstract

Menurut UU Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Masyarakat pasal 1 ayat 1 dinyatakan bahwa pelayanan Masyarakat adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa, atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Jarai masih dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat. Prosedur pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Jarai efektif dikarenakan masih terjadi hal-hal seperti pelayanan yang kurang jelas. Pencatatan data masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pelayanan Masyarakat menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistem pelayanan publik online yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam pengajuan layanan tanpa harus datang ke Kecamatan. Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengetahui prosedur pengajuan layanan yang ada di Kantor Camat Jarai, Masyarakat juga bisa mengupload semua persyaratan pelayanan masyarakat di aplikasi tersebut dengan mudah. Pengajuan masyarakat yang sudah diajukan melalui website dapat dengan mudah dicek kapan saja oleh masyarakat

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Ujian Akhir semester (UAS) di Program Studi Sistem Informasi Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis (ITBis) Lembah Dempo masih menggunakan MS. Word dan rawan jadwal tabrakan jam, ruang, hari, dosen mengajar dll serta memakan banyak waktu. Untuk membantu permasalahan-permasalahan yang sudah disebutkan, penulis memilih topik dengan judul “Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan UAS Menggunakan Algoritma Genetika pada Institut Teknologi & Bisnis (ITBis) Lembah Dempo” yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah/ membantu Kabag. Biro Admnistrasi Akademik (BAA) dalam Menyusun Penjadwalan Ujian Akhir semester (UAS) secara otomatis.
