Journal of Sharia Economy and Islamic Tourism is a journal that publishes scientific articles on the results of studies or researches and literature studies in the scope and focus of Sharia Economy and Islamic Tourism. Abstract

Trust is a feeling of "security" that arises from a person's heart based on feedback from other people. Strong trust is a determinant for being stable in making decisions. This research applies qualitative research methods and uses a case study approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation and previous studies. This research aims to determine consumer behavior in the realm of trust in paying zakat at zakat amil institutions. The sources for this study are employees of Dompet Al-Qur'an and the surrounding community. The total number of speakers was 13 people, including 4 employees and 9 members of the public. The central location of the Al-Qur'an Wallet is at Ruko Citra City, Sari Rogo, Sidoarjo, East Java. After conducting research and analysis using the POAC theory (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), the research results show that the planning theory in planning marketing strategies, organizing in dividing tasks, actuating in carrying out tasks, as well as controlling theory in monitoring employee work, can be realized successfully. Good. Therefore, applying POAC theory well will really bring good to the institution, because it has a direct impact on customers.

Abstract

Abstract: In an increasingly globalized world, the utilization of information technology has become crucial in enhancing the accessibility and transparency of information on halal tourism destinations in Indonesia. This study aims to identify how information technology can facilitate Muslim tourists in locating facilities and services aligned with halal principles. The research employs a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, sourcing literature from databases such as Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2014 to 2024. The findings indicate that information technology, including mobile applications and digital platforms, plays a significant role in providing accurate and relevant information about halal facilities, thereby streamlining the search process for tourists. Additionally, the study identifies that limitations in digital infrastructure remain a challenge in developing halal tourism in remote areas. Further advancements in information technology are expected to enhance the experience of Muslim tourists in Indonesia, while also supporting the growth of a more inclusive and sustainable halal tourism sector.Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan transparansi informasi mengenai destinasi wisata halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi cara-cara di mana pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat memudahkan wisatawan Muslim dalam menemukan fasilitas dan layanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review, di mana sumber literatur diambil dari pengindeks seperti Scopus, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar, dengan fokus pada terbitan yang berkisar antara tahun 2014 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi, termasuk aplikasi mobile dan platform digital, berperan signifikan dalam menyediakan informasi yang akurat dan relevan tentang fasilitas halal, serta mempercepat proses pencarian oleh wisatawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kendala dalam infrastruktur digital masih menjadi tantangan dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal di wilayah terpencil. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam teknologi informasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan Muslim di Indonesia, sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata halal yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the Effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on Dividend Policy in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period. This study uses the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as the dependent variable, as well as Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as independent variables. This research is associative and the type of data used in this study is quantitative data because the research aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The population in this study are 27 companies listed on the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method with certain criteria, based on predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 7 companies. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that Profitability (ROA) had a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy, Liquidity (CR) had a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy and Leverage (DER) had a negative and significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Pandemic Challenges In Influencing Competence Contributions to Employee Performance: A Case Study in the General Section of the Regional Government, Dompu Regency. The sample in this study were all 78 employees of the Dompu Regency Regional Government Office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a power collection tool using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that Pandemic Challenges Can Affect the Contribution of Competence to Employee Performance: A Case Study in the General Section of Local Government, Dompu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the behavior of seeking menu variations on return interest by mediating McDonald's consumers in the city of Mataram). The population in this study were consumers who had shopped at McDonald's in Mataram City, while the sample of this study was 120 McDonald's consumers using purposive sampling technique. This type of research is associative research. Data processing in this study using SPSS 26.0 for Windows, where validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, path analysis test, significance test (t test), coefficient of determination test (R²) and Sobel test were carried out. The results of the analysis, all variables have a partial effect, where Menu Changes have an effect on Interest in Re-developing, Influence on Interest in Searching Again, Behavior Looking for Variations has an effect on goals. Results Based on this, it is suggested that McDonald's can increase the variety of menus and increase satisfaction so as to increase customer interest in purchasing products at McDonald's restaurants

Abstract

This research aims to determine the differences in company financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as measured by the financial ratios Liquidity (Current Ratio), Leverage (Debt Equity Ratio), Activity (Total Asset Turnover), Profitability (Return On Assets), and Market Ratio (Price Earning Ratio). The period used in this research is four years, starting from 2018-2021.Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. The population in this research is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. From a population of 30 manufacturing companies, 24 manufacturing companies were obtained as samples with an observation period of four years (2018-2021). The analytical tools used are descriptive statistical tests, data normality tests and different hypothesis tests, namely the paired sample t test and the Wilcoxon signed ranks test.Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there were no significant differences in the company’s financial performance as measured by CR, DER, TATO, ROA and PER before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
