Abstract

The function of supervision is the authority of the house of assembly (DPRD) especially when it must do supervision over the implementation of local regulation and other rules, the usage of APBD, the policy making and performance of local government in organizing local development, and the execution of international cooperation in locality. Being main stakeholder in local public service, DPRD is expected to stimulate the improvement of public service quality. In reality, the mechanism to implement the function and task of supervision of DPRD over the government regency is not systematic. One reason is that there is no legal base for technical guide of supervision system. The committees in DPRD of government regency have undergone the supervision over local government but their supervision is not focusing upon their performance on task field of the committe, the supervision by the committee is a merely routine, not touching the core of problem, and still away from giving concrete solusion. The implementation of task and function of supervision in DPRD of regency over the government (Local Leader), therefore, must be supported by strong legal base, adequate fund to facilitate task and function implementation, and reliable facility, structure and infrastructure, as well as the sufficient backup from the secretariat of DPRD.

Abstract

It has been 72 years since Indonesia proclaimed it self as an independent country. Indonesia should now be a developed country and free from all forms of colonization in accordance with the ideals of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution and the founding fathers of the nation. However, the negative impacts of the modernization turn out to be a threat that is no less frightening than the colonial era in the period before independence first. The negative impact is felt by the younger generation who then grow into a generation that has no purpose and loss of sense of nationalism and patriotism. Through the revitalization of the meaning of national identity among the younger generation is expected the youth more love the country. Especially on the various characteristics possessed by the Indonesian nation in the form of national identity, covers fundamental identity, instrumental identity and natural identity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the organization’s performance in the Library of Sampang District. This study uses the effectiveness theory of Mahmudi (2005), states that effectiveness is the relationship between the output with the goal. The greater the contribution of output to the achievement of objectives, the more effective the organization, program or activity. Effectiveness is the result of an inverse relationship between outcome an output.This study uses a qualitative method. Data source used primary data source and secondary data source. The data source consists of library staff and library visitors. Then the technique of data collection is done that is the technique of interview and documentation.The results showed that the organization’s performance in the Library of Sampang District, was declared ineffective because; 1) in the utilization level where from the large number of officers but they did not assist in the problem ofvisitors, 2) in the service coverage where the level of supply books with the needs of visitors are still lacking, and 3) in the satisfaction of visitors is still not maximized as well as less responsive officers, lack of knowledge of its duties and lack of awareness of its own employees bcome one important factor in achievening an effective organization.

Abstract

The paradigm of public administration to putting public services of the shift in the main focus of the public bureaucracy an substance, arguing that it reduces the portion of the government's role that the single agent shifts to citizens in the position of sovereign owners and is always encouraged to participate in the implementation of development and public services. Maining approach of public is not the state but the putting citizen. Democratization is an analysis of the modern bureaucratic theory of classical bureaucratic forms that prioritize the role and function of government structures in governance of productivity-based and professional organizations. The perspective of the administration of public becomes the administration of public or administration by public which becomes the key issue of bureaucracy in the service barometer. Inherent with the public service, that public policy is one of the crucial domains in it. Good policy, Good Public Policy will realize quality public service. Regional Regulation (Perda) of Pamekasan Regency Number6 Year 2010About Retribution of Parking Service at Public Road and Levy of Special Parking Area in Pamekasan Regency is one of the articulation form of more concrete governmental interest in the form of regional regulation in principle to maximize the role of government as a public servant that is giving optimal service to the community, providing legal certainty about parking management, giving parking regulators certainty.

Abstract

The National Family Planning Program which is part of the national development of the nation of Indonesia has a dual purpose that is to improve the welfare of mother and child and to realize a happy and prosperous small family. Along with this evaluation data on the quality of family planning services in Pamekasan District, it is known that family planning service has not fully utilized the service quality standard. Of 83% acceptors served, about 52% has not been initiated by the process of informed choice and informed concent. From 83% acceptors served, about 56% there has been no effort to provide post-service penyesomanFrom these data KB acceptors have not given a significant response in the process of family planning services, Region of Pamekasan had acceptors KB is quite significant with the community is very heterogeneous so it is very interesting to investigate. This research is included in the category of correlative quantitative (Correlation Quantitative), then the variables involved in these two studies there are two kinds, namely variables X and Variable Y. In this case including variable X is the response of KB Acceptor and Variable Y is Quality of KB service. Based on the results of research that has been implemented it can be concluded Influence of Response Acceptor Against Quality Family Planning Service In Region Pamekasan has a low response.
