Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak yang luar biasa dari beberapa sektor, termasuk sektor ekonomi di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Terjadinya PHK, pengangguran dan kemiskinan yang mengakibatkan penghasilan menurun sehingga pertumbuhan ekonomi terpuruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program East Java Super Corridor (EJSC) di Bakorwil IV Pamekasan dalam UMKM digital pada pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang studi kasusnya di Bakorwil IV Pamekasan. Penelitian ini fokusnya pada UMKM Digital pada Bakorwil IV Pamekasan melalui Program East Java Super Corridor (EJSC). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya UMKM Digital melalui program East Java Super Corridor (EJSC) di Bakorwil IV Pamekasan masyarakat mulai terbantu dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyrakat. teknologi digital merupakan peluang dalam kemajuan dalam menjalankan usaha dengan memanfaat media sosial seperti aplikasi yang menawarkan berbagai menu pemasaran.

Abstract

Pamekasan is one of the tobacco producing districts in Indonesia. The high death rate and the impact caused by smoking are the initial steps of the Pamekasan Regency government to create regulations through Pamekasan Regent Regulation Number 2 of 2022 concerning Smoke-Free Areas. One of the policies that has been implemented is Waru Regional Hospital. The theory used in this study is the theory of George C. Edward III (1980) in which there are 4 interrelated variables, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition or Attitude of Implementers and Bureaucratic Structure. The type of research used is research with a descriptive approach as the basis for analyzing the implementation of smoke-free areas at Waru Regional Hospital, Pamekasan Regency. The results of the study show that the Implementation of Pamekasan Regent Regulation Number 2 of 2022 concerning Smoke-Free Areas at Waru Regional Hospital, Pamekasan Regency has not gone well and optimally because of the 4 indicators from George C. Edward III's theory that only 1 indicator has been fulfilled, namely in the Disposition or Attitude of Implementers aspect, while the other indicators are not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of public budget transparency on the level of public trust in the Pamekasan Regency Government. Public budget transparency is defined as adequate openness of information related to the budget preparation, implementation, and evaluation process that can be accessed by the public. Public trust is measured based on public perception of the reliability and accountability of the local government in budget management. Using quantitative methods, this study collected data through a survey with a stratified random sampling technique on 400 respondents selected from various regions in Pamekasan Regency. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between budget transparency variables and public trust. The results showed that budget transparency had a positive and significant effect on the level of public trust with a regression coefficient of 0.625 and a significance value of 0.000. This finding indicates that the higher the level of budget transparency, the greater the public trust in the local government. This study provides important implications for the development of public policy, especially in increasing budget transparency in order to strengthen public trust.

Abstract

Setiap penyelenggara pelayanan publik memiliki klasifikasi aspek-aspek kunci yang menjadi konsentrasi atau prioritas pada upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Aspek partisipasi masyarakat merupakan salah satu aspek yang jarang digarap serius oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Hal tersebut yang menjadi pendorong untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi RSUD dr. Mohammad Zyn sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan publik dalam menumbuhkan dan memanfaatkan partisipasi masyarakat pada upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data spiral [Creswell, 1998;143]. Sementara itu, kajian teoritis Koles, et al [2004;11] meliputi 1) Raise public awareness of the planning project and related planning issues, dilakukan dengan mengkomunikasikan kegiatan dan produk rumah sakit melalui sosialisasi dengan proses jaring masyarakat sekitar, 2) Educate the public about these issues so that an informed opinion be can given, dilakukan dengan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang informasi pelayanan kesehatan dan aturan yang ada di RSUD dr. Mohammad Zyn, 3) Gather input from the public regarding their opinion , dilakukan dengan proses penjaringan masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk menyampaikan masukan berdasarkan keinginan masyarakat, 4) Engage the public in decision making , dilakukan dengan menampung segala masukan dari masyarakat untuk diproses pada beberapa tahap level manajerial. Meskipun demikian, masih diperlukan strategi yang lebih efektif dan efisien bagi RSUD dr. Mohammad Zyn dalam upaya menumbuhkan dan memanfaatkan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan rencana tata ruang wilayah Pamekasan masih banyak terjadi permasalahan dalam waktu tiga tahun terakhir pembangunan di Kabupaten Pamekasan tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan, RTH yang tidak mencapai target dan penggunaan lahan yang tidak sesuai dengan fungsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dengan menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan Edward III, Hasil peneliti ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1.Produk kebijakan Perda Nomor 16 Tahun 2012 Tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Pamekasan Tahun 2012 - 2032 sudah tersusun dengan baik dan sistematis.2.Implementasi kebijakan rencana tata ruang di Kabupataen Pamekasan cukup baik namun masih terjadi ketidaksesuaian.3. Proses komunikasi antar SKPD masih tumpang tindih, penempatan SDM yang tidak menganut The Right Man On The Right Place masih terjadi sehingga keahlian di masing – masing tugas masih dirasa sangat kurang.

Abstract

The National Family Planning Program which is part of the national development of the nation of Indonesia has a dual purpose that is to improve the welfare of mother and child and to realize a happy and prosperous small family. Along with this evaluation data on the quality of family planning services in Pamekasan District, it is known that family planning service has not fully utilized the service quality standard. Of 83% acceptors served, about 52% has not been initiated by the process of informed choice and informed concent. From 83% acceptors served, about 56% there has been no effort to provide post-service penyesomanFrom these data KB acceptors have not given a significant response in the process of family planning services, Region of Pamekasan had acceptors KB is quite significant with the community is very heterogeneous so it is very interesting to investigate. This research is included in the category of correlative quantitative (Correlation Quantitative), then the variables involved in these two studies there are two kinds, namely variables X and Variable Y. In this case including variable X is the response of KB Acceptor and Variable Y is Quality of KB service. Based on the results of research that has been implemented it can be concluded Influence of Response Acceptor Against Quality Family Planning Service In Region Pamekasan has a low response.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the realization of Business Licensing Service Innovation in the Issuance of E-Government Based Business Identification Numbers (NIB) through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Pamekasan Regency One-Stop Integrated Service Capital Investment Service. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where data is obtained from interviews and documentation. The data that the author has obtained is then analyzed using data analysis techniques from Miles and Hubberman, namely reducing data, presenting data, and verifying/drawing conclusions. This research uses the theory used by Everett M Rogers in Prabowo et al (2022) which is measured in several indicators, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Triablity, Complexity, and Observability.).The results of this research show that the Business Licensing Service Innovation in Issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) Based on E-Government through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Pamekasan Regency One-Stop Integrated Service Capital Investment Service can be said to be going well, although there are several problems However, this can be resolved by visiting the Pamekasan Regency DPMPTSP to get help with the problems you are experiencing. The increase in the number of NIB issuers every year shows that this innovation is in great demand by business people to help in processing business permits.
