Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Skintific skincare products. In an era of increasingly tight competition in the beauty industry, a deep understanding of the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions is very important. The method used in this study was a survey involving 100 respondents who were active consumers of Skintific products. The data obtained were analyzed using regression techniques to identify the relationship between price variables, product quality, and purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that both price and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This study provides important insights for companies in formulating effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness in the increasingly competitive skincare market. By understanding these factors, companies can better design products and marketing campaigns that meet consumer expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the manifestation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Sukses Abadi Indonesia Nganjuk. In the context of increasingly intense business competition, organizations are not only required to achieve financial targets but also to establish a work environment that supports employee well-being. Job satisfaction, representing individuals' positive perceptions of various aspects of their work, and organizational commitment, reflecting employees' loyalty to the organization's vision and values, play a strategic role in encouraging proactive employee behaviors that contribute to organizational performance. The findings of this study reveal that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a statistically significant influence on the tendency to exhibit OCB. Employees who feel satisfied and emotionally attached to the organization demonstrate a higher willingness to contribute beyond their formal roles to support the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of customer ratings and reviews on the prices of e-commerce products listed on Lazada, a leading e-commerce platform. Using a quantitative research design, data from 99 product listings were analyzed using linear regression to explore the relationships between price, total reviews, and average rating. Contrary to initial hypotheses, the results did not reveal a significant predictive power of customer ratings or number of reviews on product prices, highlighting the complexity of online pricing dynamics. The findings suggest that other factors—such as brand reputation, product features, and marketing strategies—play a more substantial role in determining prices. These insights recommend a multifaceted approach to pricing strategies in e-commerce, moving beyond customer feedback metrics to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. Future research could incorporate additional variables and advanced modeling techniques to deepen the understanding of pricing mechanisms in digital marketplaces.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of education level, population size, and income on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Based on regression analysis, the results indicate that these three factors significantly influence unemployment. Education plays a crucial role in reducing unemployment, as higher education levels increase individuals' opportunities to secure suitable employment. A growing population without a corresponding increase in job creation can exacerbate unemployment. Moreover, higher income reflects an advancing economy and is associated with lower unemployment rates. To mitigate unemployment, it is recommended to improve access to quality education, provide skill training aligned with labor market demands, and implement policies that support job creation. Further research is needed to explore other factors affecting unemployment and to assess the impact of government policies in fostering inclusive and sustainable job creation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of education level and household expenditure on family income in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used in this research with a multiple regression analysis method to examine the relationship between the independent variables (level of education and household expenditure) and the dependent variable (family income). The data used comes from a household survey with a sample of 300 families. The research results show that the level of education has a positive and significant influence on family income, which shows that the higher the education level of the head of the family, the greater the income generated. In contrast, household expenditure has a negative but significant relationship, meaning higher expenditure tends to hinder family income growth. The conclusion of this research is the importance of increasing access to education to increase family income and manage household expenses more efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fluctuations in Indonesia's export value over the past decade and to understand the macroeconomic factors influencing it, such as inflation, the exchange rate of the Indonesian rupiah, and interest rates. The research employs a quantitative approach using quarterly time series data from 2012 to 2022, along with multiple regression analysis to examine the relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that the exchange rate of the rupiah and interest rates have a significant negative effect on export value, while inflation shows a positive but insignificant influence. The regression model demonstrates strong predictive capability, with an R-squared value of 0.78, indicating that 78% of the variation in export value can be explained by these three independent variables. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for policymakers in formulating effective strategies to enhance Indonesia's export competitiveness and to encourage further research on the economic dynamics affecting the export sector..

Abstract

One way to evaluate a country's economic condition is by examining the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at the national level or the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at the regional level. In Indonesia, the manufacturing industry is the largest contributor to GDP. Within this sector, micro and small-scale industries (MSIs) play a vital role. MSIs significantly drive economic development, with their impact varying across different geographical locations, thus influencing the GRDP of various regions. Therefore, it is essential to analyze GRDP with spatial considerations, examining how the MSI sector affects economic growth in Indonesia through spatial panel data regression. This study employs spatial models such as the Spatial Autoregressive Model (SAR) and the Spatial Error Model (SEM) with fixed effects to understand these dynamics. The research aims to identify and describe the MSI-related factors that affect economic growth in Indonesia's provinces. The findings indicate that the most suitable model is the Spatial Autoregressive Model Fixed Effect (SAR-FE). The study identifies two significant independent variables influencing economic growth: the number of micro and small-scale industries (X1) and inflation (X6). The results demonstrate that increases in these variables correlate with a decrease in the economic growth rate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education on national income using the Pooled Ordinary Least Squares (POLS) model approach. The data used includes average years of schooling, national income per capita, as well as control variables such as investment in infrastructure, unemployment rate, and inflation. The results of the analysis show that education level has a positive and significant influence on national income per capita, with each one-year increase in average years of schooling increasing income by IDR150 thousand. On the other hand, investment in infrastructure shows a positive but statistically insignificant impact. Unemployment and inflation rates have a negative impact on national income, albeit insignificant. These findings underscore the importance of investing in education as a strategy to improve economic welfare. Policy recommendations include improving access and quality of education as well as developing strategies to reduce unemployment and inflation. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers in formulating sustainable and inclusive economic development measures.
