Abstract

Gout is a disease caused by an inflammatory process as a clinical manifestation of the deposition of urate monosodium crystals, which accumulate in the joints due to high blood uric acid levels. In gout, it will cause a monoarticular attack characterized by severe joint pain due to acute arthritis. Various efforts have been made to reduce the problem of gout, one of the efforts is by consuming coffee. The polyphenol content in coffee is thought to be able to interfere with the action of xanthine oxidase to reduce uric acid levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between coffee drinking patterns and blood uric acid levels in the community of Temenggungan Hamlet, Tawing Village, Gondang Tulungagung District. The research design used is descriptive analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population is the entire community of Temenggungan Hamlet, Tawing Village, a sample of 45 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The research was carried out on March 24-31, 2018, collecting blood uric acid level data with observation sheets. Data processing and analysis were carried out using the SPSS 16.0 statistical application using the Spearman row test with α = 0.05. The results of the Spearman row statistical test showed a p-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05. So that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between coffee drinking patterns and blood uric acid levels in Temenggungan Hamlet, Tawing Village, Gondang Tulungagung. This study concludes that the pattern of drinking coffee in a day >4 grams of blood uric acid levels is within normal limits. So that coffee consumption can reduce blood uric acid levels.

Abstract

The best nutrition should be obtained only through breastfeeding alone since the first six months of exclusive breastfeeding (Roesli, 2008). According to WHO (2016) data, exclusive breastfeeding coverage worldwide is only about 36% during the 2007-2014 period. Lack of support from the family, surrounding people and especially husbands, can result in decreased success in breastfeeding in infants and may cause infants to be deprived of nutrients that result in decreased immune system. With this research aims to determine the relationship between husband support (husband support) with breastfeeding in infants at integrated service post Sukoanyar Village Pakel District Tulungagung District. The design used in this research is analytic observational with cross sectional research method where the subject of research is only observed once and the measurement is done to the character or variable of the subject at the time of research. The population of this study were all breastfeeding mothers in the integrated service post of Sukoanyar village that had children aged 0-12 months using total sampling technique with a total of 40 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. Then the data in the analysis with statistical test spearman rho. The results showed that there was a relationship of Husband Support with Breastfeeding in Infants which showed with ρ = 0,000 and α = 0,05 which means value (ρ ≤ 0,05). Based on the results of the research above shows that there is a relationship between husband support (husband support) with Breastfeeding in infants, which is a good husband support resulting in breastfeeding in infants is also very good. Abstract

Coding accuracy is the accuracy and suitability of codes for both diagnoses and actions carried out by coding officers based on applicable provisions, namely ICD 10 version 2010 and ICD 9 CM. The accuracy of diagnostic data is very important in the field of clinical data management, BPJS health billing, and other issues related to health services. said to be accurate, if the files (Individual Patient Report, Coding Confirmation, Supporting Report, medical resume, and operation report) are consistent with each other. It is said to be inaccurate if one or several files do not show consistency. The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of the accuracy of diagnosis codes on the return of BPJS claim files at the TNI-AD Bhirawa Bhakti Hospital, Malang. The type of research used is quantitative, collecting data through interviews. The research subjects were 45 medical records. The research results show that the average return of claim files is 12% of the total claim files submitted each month. The return of claim files was due to the coding officer's lack of understanding of coding rules, incomplete files, the coding officer's background not meeting medical recorder competency standards and the absence of regular meetings related to coding training being held. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a return of claim files due to incompleteness and carelessness of officers. Based on this conclusion, the author suggests holding regular meetings to discuss the accuracy of codification and completeness of medical records as well as additional human resources so that hospitals can minimize refunds of claim costs by parties. BPJS Health. Suggestions for future researchers, when this suggestion is implemented by hospitals, will there be a good influence on the accuracy of the codification and claims return process by BPJS Health.

Abstract

The importance of handwashing with soap (CTPS) behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic plays a significant role in preventing the transmission of infectious diseases. However, document reviews and interviews at Garuda Health Center in Pekanbaru City indicate that the achievement of CTPS is still low, at only 29%. This low achievement is caused by a lack of cross-program coordination between environmental health program holders and health promotion, as well as the non-implementation of Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) triggering activities in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) program through CTPS activities in efforts to prevent COVID-19 at Garuda Health Center in Pekanbaru City, and to formulate alternative problem-solving strategies through the development of an intervention plan (Plan of Action). This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, field observations, and document reviews regarding the implementation of the STBM program. The research informants consist of the Head of the Community Health Center (Puskesmas), the Head of Administration, the holder of the STBM program, and related staff. The results of the study show that the achievement of CTPS is still low due to weak cross-program coordination and suboptimal community empowerment activities. Improvement efforts are carried out by preparing a work plan (RUK) and a Plan of Action in the form of strengthening cross-program coordination, training environmental health workers, providing health promotion media, and improving CTPS facilities in public places. It is concluded that the evaluation of the PHBS program through CTPS needs to be focused on strengthening cross-sector collaboration to improve clean and healthy living behaviors of the community in the working area of Garuda Community Health Center, Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

The effectiveness of health administration at the Posyandu level is very important in supporting accurate health data recording, monitoring, and service delivery. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of health administration by Posyandu cadres in Air Terbit Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design through in-depth interviews, observations, and document review with informants consisting of the Head of the Community Health Center, village officials, and active Posyandu cadres. Data analysis was conducted thematically using the 5M approach (Man, Method, Machine, Material, Money) as well as environmental factors. The results of the study indicate limitations in human resources, lack of administrative training for cadres, conventional implementation methods, and weak cross-program coordination. Facilities, promotional media, and administrative funding are still limited, and public awareness of the importance of health reporting is also low. It is concluded that improving the effectiveness of health administration needs to be carried out through cadre training, digitization of record-keeping, routine supervision, and funding support from the community health centers and village government.
