Sampling in this study used simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable used the chi square statistical test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The research results showed that of the 32 respondents, the majority of respondents received good health support, namely 21 respondents (65.7 %) and the majority of respondents actively participated in carrying out immunization, namely 20 respondents (62.5%). The results of data analysis using the chi square statistical test showed that the P value was < α 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), which means that there was an influence of support from health workers on the participation of mothers in babies for immunization at Posyandu Tulif, Cempaga Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency. Infants who are exclusively breast-fed can avoid diseases. Sick infants are given exclusively by breast feeding can accelerate. This journal's search process electronically and online using one database, which is googgle sholar from 2015-2020 . The inklational criteria of the journal have the same variable as research, the journal used is the journal's 30-200 Indonesian respondents. Based on the journals received results that from the six journals it is evident there is a link between work status and a nutrient pattern in exclusive breast-feeding. This is confirmed by prior research. Thus, mother's work and nutritional patterns influence exclusive breast-feeding.

Prolonged or obstructed labor constitutes 8% of the causes of maternal mortality globally and is also the cause of fetal death. One of the causes of prolonged labor is maternal age and gravidity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of age and adolescence with the incidence of prolonged labor in the midwifery room of the Viqueque City Hospital, Tomor Leste. This study used an analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. The population was all women who gave birth for a long time in the midwifery room of the Viqueque City Hospital, Timor Leste, which could be 30 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation sheet. The data analysis used Chi Square statistical test. The results showed that more than half of the respondents (66.7%) aged 20-35 years were 20 respondents and more than half (53.3%) were multigravidas as many as 16 respondents, more than half (60%) did not occur during prolonged labor, namely as many as 18 respondents.Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi Square calculations, it is not known that no one knows it is 0.002 <0.05 so it can be shown that there is a relationship between the incidence of prolonged labor.Women with higher parity are at higher risk of prolonged labor because the uterus has weakened the uterine wall muscles due to a previous pregnancy. The solution that needs to be done regarding the results of the above research is to enable health education about the causes and risk factors for the old party to the mother by health workers and early detection of risk factors for prolonged labor must be improved.

The account population is all 300 mothers from various local posyandu areas and the sample size is several mothers totaling 100 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The dependent variable is maternal motivation and the independent variable is completeness of basic immunization. Collect data used by consent forms and questionnaires. Data processing is used by editing, coding , scoring, data entry data tabulation and used by the chi square correlation test for a number of motivational results 1 1 2 . 2 20 a And and a number of complete results 23,040. The results of the study showed that of the 100 respondents at the "W" Community Health Center, the majority (83%) were not motivated, namely 83 respondents, and the majority (74%) completed immunizations for babies, namely 74 respondents. Che square test analysis obtained p-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05 ( p-value < α) which means that H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted . It can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivational factors and the completeness of immunization for toddlers at the Mimika "W" Health Center Timika Papua 2020. So it is recommended that health workers pay attention to the motivation of mothers of toddlers.

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best and most suitable food for babies to ensure the growth of babies into human quality. The substances contained in breast milk contain almost all the nutrients needed by babies with concentrations that suit the needs of the baby. (MOH RI, 2014). Based on preliminary studies conducted by researchers at Clinic Hj. Tapianie Prambon Sidoarjo in January 2020 from 15 respondents showed that the attitude of the mother in giving exclusive breast milk is very good this is because of the large amount of family support in motivating mothers to want to breastfeed exclusively. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship Between Family Support and Attitude of Postpartum Mother in Giving Exclusive Asi at Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Prambon Sidoarjo Year 2020. The design of this study included a cross sectional analytic study with a survey approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers in Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Amd.Keb Prambon Sidoarjo Year 2020, the sample in this study was taken with a non-probability sampling technique by means of accidental sampling, amounting to 31 respondents. The independent variable in this study is family support with an ordinal scale and the dependent variable is the attitude in exclusive breastfeeding with an ordinal data scale. This research was conducted from January to July 2020 in the Class of Pregnant Women at Clinic Hj. Tarpianie, Amd. Keb Prambon Sidoarjo using a questionnaire measuring instrument that was tested with a validity and reliability test. In collecting data from respondents the next step taken by researchers is data processing by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, data entry, and cleaning. Data analysis in this study used the Spearman rank test. From the Spearman rank test results following the normal distribution with a significant level (α = 0.05), it was found that p value <α or 0.001 <0.05 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between family support and mother's attitude in exclusive breastfeeding. The form of husband's support can be shown by the husband through daily activities, for example giving information to the mother about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding to the baby or taking the mother to a health service to find information. If a mother benefits from all her husband's support, then a mother has received a positive stimulus to change her attitude to be positive.

The high rate of vaginal discharge in the Krian Sidoarjo Community Health Center area is because many women of childbearing age do not know about vaginal discharge so they consider vaginal discharge as something normal and trivial. In addition, the feeling of shame when women experience vaginal discharge often makes these women reluctant to consult a doctor. This research aims to analyze the knowledge of women aged 15-49 years about personal hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge in the Krian Sidoarjo Community Health Center area. Research uses analytical methods with a cross sectional approach . The sample used a sampling technique with a stratified random sampling method, namely 98 samples from a total population of women of childbearing age (15-49 years) of 4870 people. This research uses a questionnaire instrument and data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The research results based on the Chi Square test show that the statistical test results obtained a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001, which indicates that the value is smaller than 0.05 so that the p value is < α (0.05), so H1 is accepted. From this research there is a relationship between the knowledge of women aged 15-49 years about personal hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge in the Krian Sidoarjo health center area .
