Abstract

Needlestick injuries in healthcare workers are a significant problem in healthcare institutions today it is estimated that more than one million needles are used each year by nurses. When a nurse accidentally stabs herself with a needle that has previously entered the patient's body tissue, the nurse is at risk of contracting hepatitis B (HBV), as well as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). This study was conducted by quantitative methods with cross sectional observation research design, based on these problems this study was used to see whether the effect of the application of SOP and the use of PPE on the incidence of work accidents in RSUD Siti Fatimah South Sumatra province. And the results showed that the application of SOP is good with a value of 52.0% along with the results of logistic regression analysis showed a p value of 0.024 < 0.05 then reject H0, while the observance of the use of PPE is also good with a value of 68.8% along with the results of logistic regression analysis showed a p value of 0.012 < 0.05 then reject H0, and the incidence of pinprick work accidents has experienced 13 people (10.4%). So based on the table R Square can be seen that the application of SOP and the use of PPE has an effect with a value of 0.416 (41.6%).

Abstract

The UHC program has been implemented in all parts of Indonesia, including in Tuban Regency. Since November 1, 2017 the Regional Government of Tuban Regency. The achievement of Universal Healthy Couverage (UHC) in Tuban Regency until October 2021 still has not met the target of 64.73%with a population of 1,219,609 people and a total membership of 789,440 people.To determine the relationship between perceived benefits and perceived barriers with the use of JKN KIS for BPJS participants in the Grabagan Health Center area, Grabagan District, Tuban Regency.This study uses quantitative methods consisting of survey methods and experimental methods. The analysis used using the Pearson Correlation test with a value of = 0.05.Perceived benefits to the use of JKN KIS BPJS participants in the Grabagan Health Center area, Tuban Regency, the most respondents experienced benefits, namely 354 respondents (90,3%), Perceived barrier to the use of JKN KIS BPJS participants in the Grabagan Health Center area, Tuban Regency, the most respondents experienced a barrier as much as 366 respondents (93,4%), Utilization of JKN KIS on BPJS participants in the Grabagan Health Center area of ​​Tuban Regency, most respondents used JKN KIS, as many as 297 respondents (75.8%) and there is a relationship and mutual influence between perceived benefits and perceived benefits. barrier to the use of JKN KIS for BPJS participants in the Grabagan Health Center area, Grabagan District, Tuban Regency.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus attacks many vulnerable groups, one of which is the elderly group. The achievement of Covid-19 vaccination in the elderly group is still low. Of the 333 elderly people who have been successfully vaccinated, only 125 have been vaccinated. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of structural interventions given to the elderly group on increasing Covid-19 vaccination achievements.The method used is a quantitative method with Pre-experimental designs one-group pretest-posttest design. The data used is data from the Bagor Health Center as of December 30, 2021. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling.The total sample of this study was 137 respondents. Based on the results of the mc nemar test, a significance value was obtained, namely, the value of 2obs = 125.008 and p-value of 0.000 with = 0.05. So there is a difference in willingness to be vaccinated between before the intervention and after the intervention. Structural interventions carried out in the elderly group who have not received the covid-19 vaccination can increase the achievement of the covid-19 vaccination in the elderly group so that it can accelerate the formation of herd immunity in the community.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by a person or group of people in an organization according to their authority and responsibility. Good performance can be achieved by increasing work motivation. The higher a person's work motivation, the higher the resulting performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of nurses at the Rejoso Public Health Center, Nganjuk Regency. This research design is quantitative with a case study approach. Data collection using techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research was conducted at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency in March 2022. This study took the total population of nurses at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency. The samples obtained were 29 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument is a questionnaire to measure work motivation and a questionnaire to measure the performance of nurses. Analysis using data analysis techniques Spearman rank correlation can also be calculated through the SPSS 16.0 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that N or the number of research data is 29, then the value of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.002, as the basis for the decision maker above, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and performance. Furthermore, from the output above, it is known that the correlation coefficient is 0.544, so this value indicates a high relationship between work motivation and performance at the Rejoso Health Center, Nganjuk Regency. nurses are more motivated to perform better.

Abstract

General Hospital of Muhammadiyah University of Malang is one of the largest hospitals that provides health services for people in the Malang area and its surrounding. It is also strived to improve the quality services and developed a complete infrastructure facility continuously to obtained good health services. This research used crossectional method. ode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Crosssectional. The number of total population about 13205 with total 99 participants for sample. The sampling method using Purposive Sampling. The data collection using questionnaries and prosessed with Chi-square test.The result showed there was significant impact between service quality on registration section and patient satisfaction during Covid-19 pandemic. The value of significant impact between service quality on registration section and patient satisfaction is 0,002, which means Ho rejected and the value of correlation coefficient 0.313 which means theres is correlation between service quality on registration section and patient satisfaction during Covid-19 pandemic. There is a significant impact between between service quality on registration section and patient satisfaction.
