Abstract

Eye fatigue is a complaint that is often found because of the interaction of the eye with the continuous use of screens. Frequent viewing of screens can make eyes tired. Radiation can also be detrimental to health. The purpose of this research was to analyze length of work and visibility in online learning against eye fatigue of teachers at Junior High School 2 Durenan District Trenggalek.The research design was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being aimed at analyzing the effect of length of work and visibility on online learning on teacher eye fatigue at Junior High School 2 Durenan District Trenggalek with a population of 40 respondents and a sample of 35 respondents who were drawn by the simple random sampling technique. The findings show that Most of the respondents have long worked in the old category as many as 23 respondents (65.7%). Most of the respondents have eye distance in the near category as many as 19 respondents (54.3%). Most of the respondents experienced complaints of eye fatigue as many as 22 respondents (62.9%). The results of the study used Multiple linear regression shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously it exists the effect of length of work and visibility on online learning on eye fatigue of teachers at Junior High School 2 Durenan District Trenggalek with a magnitude of the effect of 72.7%. It is expected that the respondent should limit the minimum distance between the eyes and the screen, namely by arranging the chair as comfortable as possible and positioning the back upright so that it does not appear too close to the screen. In addition, it is also recommended to wear anti-radiation glasses in order to maximize performance.

Abstract

The process of stunting or stunting a child in a poor area or area, occurs from about six months of age and continues until the child is 18 years old.The research objective was to analyze the influence providing health education using flipchart media and videos about preventing early stunting of the knowledge of mothers under five at Sumberpetung Integrated Healthcare Center, Sempu Village, Kediri Regency. The design of this research is experimental quantitative research with the focus of the research being directed at analyzing the effectsproviding health education using flipchart media and videos about preventing early stunting of the knowledge of mothers under five at the Sumberpetung Integrated Healthcare Center, Sempu Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regencywith a population of 76 respondents and a sample of 39 respondents who were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. The findings found thatalmost half of respondents have low category knowledge of 9 respondents (47.4%) before it is given flipchart education. Whileonce given flipchart education almost half of the respondents have knowledge of the moderate category of 8 respondents (42.1%). other than that almost half of respondents have low category knowledge of 9 respondents (47.4%) before being given video education. While after being given educational video Most of the respondents have moderate category knowledge of 11 respondents (57.9%).The results of the study used the test Independent t-test indicates that the p-value is 0.040 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it is concluded that there is differences in the effectiveness of providing health education using flipchart media and videos about preventing early stunting on the knowledge of mothers under five at Sumberpetung Integrated Healthcare Center, Sempu Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency.Parents, especially mothers, can understand well what to avoid in order to avoid stunting, and how to prevent stunting

Abstract

Work-related illnesses which are risks that must be faced by workers in carrying out work, including accidents that occur on the way from home to work, and returning home via normal or reasonable roads.. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influenceknowledge of the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) against the incidence of occupational diseases in workers at CV. Bintang Indah Marmer Campurdarat, Tulungagung Regency.The research design was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being aimed at analyzing the influence of knowledge on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the incidence of occupational diseases in workers at CV. Bintang Indah Marmer Campurdarat, Tulungagung Regency.with a population of 46 respondents and a sample of 41 respondents who were drawn using the simple random sampling technique. The findings show that hNearly half of the respondents have knowledge of the use of PPE in the moderate category as many as 17 respondents (41.5%). Most of the respondents had experienced respiratory problems as many as 21 respondents (51.2%).The results of the study used the test Logistic Regression It shows that the p-value is 0.002 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it is concluded that there is the influence of knowledge on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the incidence of occupational respiratory disorders in workers at CV. Bintang Indah Marmer Campurdarat, Tulungagung Regency. It is expected that respondents when doing work that has a high risk of accidents while working to use personal protective equipment (PPE) completely and behave in a safe work so that work security and safety can be increased.

Abstract

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans and animals. The disease is mainly spread between people through respiratory droplets from coughs and sneezes. This virus can survive up to three days with plastic and stainless steel SARS CoV-2 can last up to three days, or in aerosols for three hours (Gorbalenya, 2020). The research design was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being aimed at analyzingthe influence of knowledge and attitudes of transmission on compliance with the Covid-19 protocol in the community in Watulimo Village, Trenggalek Regencywith a population of 164 respondents and a sample of 115 respondents who were drawn using the simple random sampling technique. The findings show that hNearly half of the respondents had moderate knowledge of 47 respondents (40.5%). Nearly half of the respondents had a moderate attitude as many as 47 respondents (40.5%). Most of the respondents did not comply with the health protocol as many as 84 respondents (73.3%).The results of the study used the test Multiple linear regression shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously it exists the influence of knowledge and attitudes of transmission on compliance with the Covid-19 protocol in the community in Watulimo Village, Trenggalek Regency with a magnitude of influence of 80.1%. It is hoped that the community can comply with health protocols as appropriate which must use standard masks, maintain distance and be diligent in washing hands with soap. That way it can reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract

Livestock pen sanitation is sanitation which includes the success of the pen and the environment, because with the condition of the pen and the clean environment, the health of both livestock and their owners will be guaranteed.. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence sanitary conditions of fly density in duck livestock in Gebang Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed to analyze the effectsanitary conditions of fly density in duck livestock in Gebang Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regencywith a population of 40 respondents and a sample of 36 respondents who were taken using the simple random sampling technique. The findings show that hNearly half of the respondents have a sanitary condition with a sufficient category of 15 respondents (41.7%). Most of the respondents have a high fly density category of 29 respondents (80.7%). The results of the study used the test Linear Regression indicates that the p-value is 0.000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, so it is concluded that there is the effect of sanitation conditions on the density of flies in duck livestock in Gebang Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency. Business owners are advised to further improve duck coop sanitation in terms of providing disinfection, use of PPE, prevention of other animals, cleaning of cages, waste management.
