Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, as an effort to prevent the spread, so there will be changes to learning methods in 2020 to 2021, due to a change in online or online learning, so there will be anxiety among students at Nurul Falah Mangaran Middle School. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drawing art therapy on reducing student anxiety at Nurul Falah Vocational School in online learning assignments during the co-19 pandemic in Geger village, Mangaran subdistrict.This research is a pre-experimental study using a quasi-experimental research design model of one group design with pre-test and post-test. The study population consisted of 42 respondents and the number of samples was 39 respondents using random sampling technique. The instrument uses the HARS questionnaire. statistical test using the Paired t test with SPSS software version 24 windows. Based on the results of the study, the anxiety of 39 respondents before drawing therapy had an anxiety value of 40.97 and after drawing therapy had an anxiety value of 10.41. based on statistical test results using Windows SPSS 24 Paired - Samples T Test obtained p = 0.000 with a significant level of α = 0.05 (ρ = 0.000 < α = 0.05). This means that there is an effect of drawing therapy on reducing anxiety in class XI students of Nurul Falah Vocational School with an anxiety score of 10.41. From this study, art therapy was very effective in overcoming psychological problems such as anxiety experienced by students during a pandemic.

Abstract

Work shift is a work agenda that has been set by the workplace, which in its division can affect various things such as the occurrence of burnout syndrome. Burnout is fatigue caused by work. Workers who often experience burnout problems include nurses. With the existing workload, nurses have a high risk of developing burnout syndrome. The method used in this study uses a cross-sectional method with a sample size of 122 respondents. The SPSS test carried out was using the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate a significant influence between work shifts on the level of burnout syndrome in inpatient nurses at the Bhayangkara Hospital in Kediri City. With a significance value of 0.006 (P <0.05). Conclusion, Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that if the work shift is effective, the level of burnout syndrome tends to be low, but if the work shift is not effective, the level of burnout syndrome will tend to be high.

Abstract

The implementation of SPM in the health sector cannot be separated from the implementation of the National Health Insurance program (JKN) or the Social Security Agency (BPJS) because of the complementary and synergistic nature. Patient satisfaction in accordance with the minimum service standards is an indicator of the standard of a hospital/health clinic/health care facilities and a measure of service quality. Low satisfaction will affect the number of visits in the hospital, while the attitude of employees towards patients will also have an impact on patient satisfaction where the needs of patients from time to time will increase, as well as the demands on the quality of services provided.Services provided to pregnant women in accordance with Permemkes number 4 of 2019 at least four times during pregnancy with a schedule of one time in the first trimester, one time in the second trimester and two times in the third trimester carried out by midwives and or doctors and or midwifery specialists both working in public and private health service facilities that have a registration certificate (STR). The study used a qualitative method with a narrative approach with Purposive Sampling with the background of the event caused by the experience of yourself and the experience of others as a form of knowledge about the health of the three informants of pregnant women. And there is a relationship of knowledge with the implementation of service standards according to permennkes number 4 of 2019. This means that the level of relationship between knowledge and implementation is quite sufficient with the suggestion that the primary clinic inpatient Siti Khodijah conduct training on Ante Natal Care services for health workers, especially midwives pregnant women to support the accuracy of the examination.

Abstract

September 3rd, 2019, the BPOM held a socialization nutritional foods labeling, discussing about ING design regulation, to make consumers easier to understand logo with the “Healthier Choice”. Yet, in previous studies, Indonesian people are still not aware to the nutritional composition (BPKN, 2013). The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of education BPOM "Healthier Choice" logo against people awareness of processed food products and selection of the product itself. The design of this study is pre-experimental involving one group of pretest - posttest. The population are 62 students of the Public Health IIK Strada, with 54 students as sample. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. The dependent variable in this study is knowledge and product selection. Data were obtained from questionnaires and processed by Wilcoxon statistic test From the results of the study, that p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) which mean there was an effect of "Healthier Choice" logo BPOM education on the product knowledge and product selection of food in the Public Health IIK STRADA student’s. In line with Notoatmodjo's (2010) theory that knowledge is the result of human sensing of an object through the five senses involving the senses of sight, hearing, taste and smell of an object which is also influenced by the intensity of perception. Most of human knowledge is obtained through the eyes and ears. Furthermore, according to Contento (2011), nutrition education will affect the factors that influence food selection so as to form appropriate food choices and eating habits.

Abstract

Professionalism of health workers is an important concept in achieving status as a profession, however professionalism is only taught as a theory and concept so it looks abstract and difficult to apply to clinical practice. Success in developing a professional identity as a continuous transition process from education to becoming a professional health worker is influenced by many factors, one of which is discipline. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of discipline on the professionalism of health workers at Aura Shifa Hospital Kediri. The design of this research is quantitative observational research with a cross sectional approach carried out at Aura Shifa Hospital Kediri. The total population was 197 respondents and the sample was 132 respondents taken using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The findings showed that the majority of respondents had sufficient discipline, 74 respondents (56.1%). Almost all respondents had sufficient professionalism category, 101 respondents (76.5%). Based on the results of the Linear Regression analysis, it shows that the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted so it is concluded which means that partially there is an influence of discipline on the professionalism of health workers at Aura Shifa Hospital Kediri with an influence size of 54.3%. Therefore, instilling an attitude of discipline and professionalism at Aura Syifa Hospital can continue to be a trusted place for health services and make a positive contribution to patients.

Abstract

Background. BPJS claims are the submission of all BPJS patient care costs by the Hospital to BPJS Health, carried out collectively and billed to BPJS Health every month through a verification process. Inaccuracy in determining diagnostic coding and incomplete claims files are the main problems in pending BPJS Health claims, which can cause losses for hospitals. The aim of the research is to analyze the accuracy in determining diagnostic coding and completeness of claim files for pending BPJS health claims for UOBK inpatient services at Simpang Lima Gumul (SLG) Hospital, Kediri Regency. Research methods. Analytical descriptive quantitative research, using observation data collection of 261 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling Technique method and analyzed using a Logistic Regression test. Research result. The majority had accuracy in diagnostic coding of 223 data (85.4%), the majority had completeness in the BPJS Health Claim File of 242 data (92.7%) and the majority had data that was not pending at 205 (78%). This is also supported by a significance value of p value ≤ 0.001, which means there is a significant influence between accuracy and completeness on pending BPJS Health claims. Conclusion. When the documents are incorrect and incomplete, BPJS Health claims will definitely be pending, so all officers need to be careful in anticipating pending claims.

Abstract

Food service can be interpreted as an integrated system activity, related to one another. The purpose of this study was to find out an overview the management of food service in Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City.The research design used is a qualitative method. The location of the research was carried out at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. Sources of data using the interview method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The univariate variable of this research is the study of food management in Muhammadiyah Ahmad Ahmad Hospital, Kediri City. This research was conducted on August 12, 2021. Data processing includes data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study were analyzed using a qualitative approach with triangulation techniques.The results showed that most of the management of food service in Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City, was in accordance with the standards. It should be noted that the distribution process is related to patients who are positive for the corona virus. In this case for food distribution, pay more attention to the portion, color, and taste of food.

Abstract

Milk quality is determined by bacteria contained in milk because bacteria can damage and change the chemical, physical and organoleptic properties of milk. Unhygienic milking process can cause bacterial contamination. Purpose: To determine the factors that influence the presence of Escherichia coli in fresh cow's milk. in Bendungan sub-district. Method: The research design is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population is 32, data collection techniques with laboratory examinations and observations with sampling techniques using Cluster sampling . This study was conducted from February to March 2020. Data collection using questionnaires. Data is processed using the SPSS program with the Logistic Regression test . Results: personal hygiene (43.8% ) is not good , there is a significant influence of personal hygiene on the content of Eschericia Coli ( Ρ Value 0.043), equipment hygiene (37.5%) is not good, there is an influence of equipment hygiene on the content of Eschericia Coli ( Ρ Value 0.045 ) , cage sanitation (50.0% ) is not good, there is a significant influence of cage sanitation on the content of Eschericia Coli ( Ρ Value 0.048) , cow cleanliness 53.1% , not good, there is a significant influence of cow cleanliness on Eschericia Coli content ( Ρ Value 0.039) and for the content of Eschericia Coli included in the category of not meeting health requirements, namely 21 respondents (66%) of the total 32 respondents . All variables have a significant effect on the content of Eschericia Coli. This is caused by the improper milking process and bacteria can move from one object to another. Conclusion : personal hygiene, equipment hygiene, barn sanitation, and cow cleanliness can affect the content of Eschericia Coli in cow's milk. It is recommended that the Animal Husbandry Service increase milking supervision to ensure the quality of cow's milk .

Abstract

APM is a hospital innovation to improve service quality so as to increase patient satisfaction, which allows general patients who have been registered and whose requirements have been verified to be correct to register and receive a SEP (Participant Eligibility Letter) without having to go through the registration counter so that the registration process can be done in a short time. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of APM system services on outpatient satisfaction at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. This study used a quantitative observational design with a cross-sectional approach conducted in outpatient care at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The population in this study were 1000 outpatients at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The sample of this study was 286 people taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of family/patient users of APM. The independent variable is the APM system service, while the dependent variable is outpatient satisfaction. Data collection used a questionnaire and analyzed using a person correlation test. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis test with p value = 0.000 and a correlation of 0.443, which means that there is a significant and positive relationship and sufficient strength of the relationship between the self-registration kiosk system service and the quality of outpatient patients at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. To improve patient satisfaction, adequate, innovative and up-to-date facilities are needed, supported by good human resources.

Abstract

Food production methods are regulated in NADFC regulations, thus producing products that are safe for consumption. This regulation protects producers and consumers because the products they produce are safe and suitable for consumption. The research objective is to determine the factors that influence the implementation of NADFC regulations on how to produce food on food home industry in the Batu City. The research design is quantitative with cross sectional approach. The focus of the study is analyzing the factors that influence the NADFC implementation of regulations on the way of food production in the food home industry in the Batu City. The number of samples of 67 respondents was taken by simple random sampling technique. The results of the ordinal regression test analysis showed a p-value of 0,000 <0.005, then H1 was accepted, meaning that together with the knowledge variables of business owners, facilities and infrastructure, the amount of business capital and the number of employees affected the implementation of the BPOM Regulation on the way of food production in the food home industry. It is expected that the government will be more active in providing information about the knowledge of the regulations of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency to food companies so that it can be implemented better.
