Abstract

The independent variable is early detection training for posyandu craders, with an interval scale. Dependent Variable, namely Knowledge and Skills About Motor Stimulation. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets, with an interval scale. Statistical analysis using the T- Test on the effect of early detection training on the development of posyandu cadres to knowledge of motor stimulation with a value of p = 0.000 means at 5% alpha. This showed that there was an effect of early detection of growth and development training for posyandu caders on knowledge of motor stimulation. The results of statistical tests showed that the value of p = 0.000 means that at 5% alpha. This showed that there was an effect of early detection of growth and development training for posyandu caders on skill of motor stimulation. So that it an increased of 21.33 % and 19,04 %.

Abstract

Reproductive health gymnastics is a type of physical activity which if done regularly can increase hemoglobin level. The development of socialization media in the form of reproductive health gymnastics videos has been carried out, but its feasibility is not yet known. Objective: To test the feasibility of the reproductive health gymnastics video media as a media for socializing reproductive health gymnastics to adolescent girls. Methods: Research and development is limited to the feasibility test of video media with 3 samples of experts and 30 samples of adolescent girls. Results: the intraclass correlation coefficient test obtained a value of ρ value 0.017 <0.05, which means that reproductive health gymnastics videos are relevant and appropriate as a media for socializing reproductive health gymnastics to adolescent girls. Discussion: reproductive health gymnastics videos are relevant and appropriate as a media for socializing reproductive health gymnastics to adolescent girls.

Abstract

Psychosocial stimulation served as a beneficial reinforcer for child development. Good psychosocial stimulation has a positive impact on the social development particularly for children with ASD. These study used a Quasi Experiment with Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The research analysis of the Mann Whitney test showed a significance of Sig (p) = 0.034. α = 5% = 0.05, p <α means there are differences in social development of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the treatment group with the control group, it means that there is a difference after the treatment of giving psychosocial stimulation by the family. The analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test, it was found that Sig (p) = 0.003. α = 5% = 0.05, p <α, it means that there is an effect of giving psychosocial stimulation by the family on the social development of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Abstract

Children who are a vulnerable group in disasters need special attention to reduce the negative risk of their life. This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach was conducted on children who survived the Mount Kelud eruption. Referring to the research aim and after analyzing the data with Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (IPA), 6 (six) themes were found, namely: feeling the need to pray a lot, feeling afraid if the kelud volcano erupts again, the more affection for parents, feeling afraid of death, feeling slopes Kelud is the land of birth, and feels uncomfortable in the refuge. From all the themes can be concluded that the children who survived the 2014 eruption of Mount Kelud still felt frightened by the condition of Mount Kelud that might erupt, making them more prayerful and happy to help their parents because they didn't want their parents to be difficult.

Abstract

The design of this study uses observational analytical research with case control design. A sample of 450 toddlers was selected using fixed disease sampling which included a case group of 150 toddlers with stunting and a control group of 300 normal toddlers who were not in stunting, wasting and overweight conditions. The data collection tool uses questionnaires and data processing using double logistic regression analysis. Stunting is influenced by the length of the birth body (OR=3.14; CI 95%=2.42 to 3.86; p=<0.0001), breastfeeding (OR=2.31; CI 95%=1.69 to 2.93; p=<0.0001) and history of infectious diseases (OR=2.26; CI 95%=1.61 to 2.91; p=<0.0001). Birth weight has no effect on stunting events (OR=1; CI 95%=0.32 to 1.68; p=0.004). The incidence of stunting increases with less birth length, unsy exclusive breastfeeding and the absence of a history of infectious diseases in toddlers

Stunting has long-term impacts both individually and socially, including reduced cognitive & physical development, lower productivity, and increased risk of degenerative diseases such as diabetes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddler in the Banyuputih Health Center, Situbondo Regency. This research was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The sample in the study was 274 toddlers in the Banyuputih Health Center working area. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. This research instrument used an observation sheet. The results showed that exclusive breastfeeding (Pvalue 0.025) was associated with the incidence of stunting. From the OR value, it was obtained 2.451, meaning that children who did not receive exclusive breastfeeding had a chance to become stunted 2.451 times compared to children who received exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

General anesthesia is one of the techniques that is often chosen in performing surgery as a painkiller when going through surgery, followed by loss of consciousness. Early post-surgery there may be aspiration and decreased ventilation. This study aims to find out the effect of physical exercise to recovery of consciousness of post operative patients with general anesthesia. This study is Pre experimental with one shot case study design with 20 respondents. The technique used to collect samples is purposive sampling. Instruments in this study used Aldrete score. The data analysis showed an average difference in the aldrete score scoring of the control and the intervention group (4), (4), (6.1), (7.8), (8.3), (9.3) and (4), (6), (9.3), (9.9), (9.9), (10). The results of the data analysis showed a signification value of 0.000 ( < 0.05), which means there was a difference in consciousness recovery between the intervention group and control group

Abstract

The slow healing process of perineum wounds can increase the risk of infection, so it is necessary to intake proteins that support the growth of new cells in the perineum wound. This research is based on the high incidence of perineum need with delay in the healing process of perineum wounds in the Kediri Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of egg white consumption on the healing process of perineum wounds in postpartum mothers. The design used in this study is a Quasi Experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Mann Whitney statistical test results showed that the value of ρ value (0,000) < α (0.05) its means that there is an effect of egg white consumption on the process of welcoming perineum wounds on postpartum mothers.
