This situation will be stimulate an increase in catecholamineswhich can be cause interference with the strength of uterine contractions so that uterine insertion occurs if not corrected, which will be cause prolonged labor, so that’s necessary to prevent maternal care in the form of methods of pain transfer The One non-pharmacological method is heat compresshydrotherapy. The type of research was used Quasi Experimental withcross sectional approach one group pretest-posttest design. The results of data analysis stated that sig (p) = 0,000 where α = 0.05, p <α, means that therewas an effect of giving heat compress hydrotherapy to the reduction of labor pain in the active phase. Correlation or influence using Wilcoxon Correlation =-0.382.

Sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. The independent variable is Bonapace Method, the instrument used is a checklist. Dependent variable is the reduction of labor pain in the active phase I, an instrument used to measure the level of pre and post pain with an observation sheet with a pain scale between 0 to 10 and an interview using the Verbal Descriptive Scale (VDS), rating scale, value 0 = no pain , 1-3 = mild pain, 4-6 = moderate pain, 7-9 = severe pain, 10 = very severe pain. Analysis of data using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank. The results of the data analysis stated sig (p) = 0,000 where α = 0.05, p <α, it means that there is an effect of the Bonapace Method on the reduction of labor pain in the active phase of the First Maternity where the Correlation or effect using the Wilcoxon Correlation = -0,382

The research was conducted in Ringinpitu Village from March to October 2020. The population was pregnant women in Ringinpitu Village. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with the total sample of 26 people. The data collection used primary data. The instrument used a questionnaire. The data was processed by Spearmen rank test with correlation analysis. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the knowledge of pregnant women about P4K was in the fair category (42.3%). The attitude of pregnant women about P4K showed a positive attitude (65.4%). The compliance of pregnant women in implementing P4K was (38.5%). There was a correlation between knowledge of pregnant women and P4K compliance (p value = 0.0000) p <0.05 correlation coefficient r = 0.671 which meant there was a strong level of correlation and there was a correlation between the attitude of pregnant women and compliance to P4K (p value = 0.001) p < 0.05 correlation coefficient r = 0.604. Compliance with P4K will greatly help the government in reducing maternal mortality and infant mortality.

Abstract

Sectio caesarea is an artificial labor where the fetus was born through an incision in the abdominal wall and the uterus’ wall on the condition of the uterus intact and fetal weight above 500 grams. Labor by Sectio caesarea  causes sores and pain. The presence of wounds and pain causes the mother to be lazy or afraid to mobilize. Early mobilization is a rehabilitative action that is carried out after the patient is awake from anesthesia and after surgery. This study aims to analyze the relationship between early post-sectio caesarea mobilization and the wound healing process of post operative sectio cesaria.  This study used a cross sectional method and the sample was collected as many as 40 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The research data was taken using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the contingency coefficient test. The results showed that almost all of them as many as 35 respondents (87.0%) did early mobilization. The wound healing process of Sectio Caesarea was almost entirely in the good category, namely 35 respondents (87.0%). Contingency coefficient test results obtained = 5%= 0.05, p<α Positive relationship, postpartum mothers often do early mobilization, the better the wound healing. C = 0.611 means a strong relationship level. From the results of these studies, it is necessary to increase the knowledge of post partum mothers about the factors that accelerate the wound healing process of post sectio Caesarea

The research design used was correlational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The subjects studied were pregnant women in February – July as many as 30 respondents. The instruments used are questionnaires and check lists, data analysis using the Spearman rho test. The results of the study obtained was a relationship between the quality of service in the assurance dimension and the behavior of midwives in ANC services. The conclusion is that the better the quality of service, the better the behavior of the midwife. The type of research used was a quasi-experiment. The research design used was a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were all mothers of toddlers who had babies aged 4-6 months in Bedali Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency, totaling 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of mothers of toddlers after being given video media. The knowledge of mothers of toddlers increased from 60% to 95%, and the skills of mothers of toddlers increased from 50% to 100%. The results of the Wilcoxon signed Rank Test obtained an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 indicating that there is a significant difference between the knowledge and skills of mothers of toddlers before and after being given video media. It is expected that the Health Service or Health Officers and Cadres can use children's intelligence stimulation video media to improve the knowledge and skills mothers of toddlers in providing stimulation to babies aged 4-6 months that can be directly understood and applied by mothers of toddlers.
