JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, yang terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah publikasi karya ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian analitis, dan pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu ekonomi dan studi pembangunan. Fokus jurnal mencakup berbagai topik seperti ekonomi pertanian, ekonomi terapan, bisnis dan keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, sejarah ekonomi, ekonomi lingkungan, ekonomi fiskal, ekonomi kesehatan, industri dan perdagangan, inflasi, ekonomi internasional, ekonomi Islam, ekonomi tenaga kerja, makro dan mikroekonomi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, ekonomi politik, kebijakan publik, pembangunan wilayah dan pedesaan, ekonomi perkotaan dan regional, pengangguran, serta ekonomi kesejahteraan. JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, issued biannually in May and November. This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics including agricultural economics, applied economics, business and finance, economic development, economic history, environmental and ecological economics, fiscal economics, health economics, industry and trade, inflation, international economics, Islamic economics, labor economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, monetary and fiscal policies, political economics, public policy, regional and rural development, urban and regional economies, unemployment, and welfare economics.

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the role of retribution in the tourism sectorto the Local Revenue in Kotabaru District. In this research using quantitativedescriptive method. The type of data used in the form of secondary data about thedevelopment of the retribution of the tourism sector to the Local Revenue in KotabaruDistrict. The results of research can be used by local governments to set policies on thetourism sector to increase the local revenue.Based on the results of this study, it is indicated that the role of tourism retribution isstill relatively small with respect to the original regional income in Kotabaru Regency due tothe increase in the amount of local revenue with a larger amount.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the regional financial performance of the Tabalong District government based on regional financial analysis for the period og 2010 to 2017 the analysis techniques used include the Regional Financial Independence Ratio,FiscalDecentralization Ratio,PAD Effectiveness Ratio,PAD Growth Ratio,and Activity Ratio. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Regional Finance Agency Of South Kalimantan Province and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of finance. The results of the analysis obtained in this studi are : 1) Regional independence ratio in general from 2010 to 2017 falls into the very low category. 2) The Fiscal Decentralization Ratio in general from 2010 to 2017 falls into the very poor category 3) The PAD Effectiveness Ratio in general from 2010 to 2017 falls into the effective category 4) PAD Grow Ratio in general in 2010 to 2017 show that direct expenditure is greater than indirect expenditure in each of the fiscal years.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out information from the government, the wider community, economic growth and poverty together for the human development index in Banjarmasin City and which factors have the most influence on the human development index in Banjarmasin City. By using time series data in the period 2005-2016. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive using the linear regression method, the calculation data in this study using the SPSS program. data which is secondary data obtained from the Banjarmasin City Regional Finance Agency and the Banjarmasin City Central Bureau of Statistics The results obtained in this research are variables used for education, economic growth and poverty that are significant towards the human development index in the city of Banjarmasin. 91.9% of the independent variables in this study can explain the variables forming the human index in the city of Banjarmasin, while the remaining 8.1% by other factors outside the model. Variables from the government in the Health sector are the most dominant variables affecting the human development index in the city of Banjarmasin.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the Regional financial performance in the implementation of regional autonomy in the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Dataanalyzed in the form of Realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency measured by regional financial ratios include: regionalindependence ration and relationship patterns, fiscal decentralization degree ratio, effectiveness and efficiency ratio, income growth and relationship pattern.The result of the ratio analysis in this study can be seen that the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency for Independence is still not able to carry out regional autonomy for thelevel of PAD capability is still low and effecicency is still lacking and even thouhg the effectiveness is effective and the growth has also been positive.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focused on market structure analysis of home industry Sasirangan in Menarap, Kertak Hanyar, Banjarto determine market structure type. The purpose of the study to determine market structure and determine conditions of competition in sasirangan homeindustry. The method used is quantitative descriptive, which is research that is shown to describe the existing phenomena by using individual or group characteristic numbers. Technique are collecting questionnaire and documentation data. Data analysis techniques by knowing market share, market concentration of CR4 to know market structure. The results showed that the highest market share is Hai*** Craftsmen at 11.31%, and CR4 concentration ratio indicate that structure market Sasirangan in Menarap is Monopolistic Competetion with percentage ratio of 32.58%. The results of the study showed that the structure market is a Monopolistic Competetion with similar products but there is competition due to a slight differentiation in terms of quality and marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze how the Comparison of Income Inequality between Regions, Classification of Region, and Level of Interaction between Region in South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan Provinces. The data used in this research is Secondary Data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical techniques used are Williamson Index, Classen Typology, and Gravity Model.The results showed that income inequality between regions in South Kalimantan was higher than Central Kalimantan. Regional Classification in South Kalimantan is dominated by Developing Regions, while Central Kalimantan is dominated by Relatively Lagging Regions. And based on the Gravity Model, South Kalimantan with the Reference City of Banjarmasin has a higher Gravity Index value than Central Kalimantan with the Reference City of Palangka Raya.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor on rice production, (2) The most dominant factor influences rice production, (3) the state of return to scale rice production in Sungai Batang Village. The population of this study was rice farmers in Sungai Batang Village. The samples taken in this study were 84 rice farmers. Data collection techniques are by conducting literature studies, observations, distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique is by classical assumption test and using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor together (simultan) had a positive and significant effect on rice production.This is evidenced by f- statistics> f-table (56,7> 2.21). Land area, seeds, fertilizers and labor have a positive and significant effect, while pesticides do not have a significant effect. Return to scale on rice production shows constant return to scale because the number of coefficients of each variable isequal to 1%.]]>
