JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, yang terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah publikasi karya ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian analitis, dan pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu ekonomi dan studi pembangunan. Fokus jurnal mencakup berbagai topik seperti ekonomi pertanian, ekonomi terapan, bisnis dan keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, sejarah ekonomi, ekonomi lingkungan, ekonomi fiskal, ekonomi kesehatan, industri dan perdagangan, inflasi, ekonomi internasional, ekonomi Islam, ekonomi tenaga kerja, makro dan mikroekonomi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, ekonomi politik, kebijakan publik, pembangunan wilayah dan pedesaan, ekonomi perkotaan dan regional, pengangguran, serta ekonomi kesejahteraan. JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, issued biannually in May and November. This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics including agricultural economics, applied economics, business and finance, economic development, economic history, environmental and ecological economics, fiscal economics, health economics, industry and trade, inflation, international economics, Islamic economics, labor economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, monetary and fiscal policies, political economics, public policy, regional and rural development, urban and regional economies, unemployment, and welfare economics.

<![CDATA[This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of Local Government Revenue and Balancing Fund on Regional Expenditure, and look for which variable is the most dominant. This research uses time series secondary data 2007-2019 from Local Government Finance Office: The Financial Management Section of Each Local Government in Tapin Regency. Data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis testing uses coefficient of determination, F-statistic test, and t-statistic test with 5% significance level (0,05). The results of the tests indicate that the variable of Revenue Sharing Fund is the only independent variable that has a significant effect as well as being the most dominant variable to the Regional Expenditure. While the variable of Local Government Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund have an insignificant effect on Regional Expenditure in Tapin Regency.]]>

(2) to see what factors have a major impact on economic growth in Paser Regency. The scope of this research is in Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. Sources of data in the form of documentation and literature study obtained from books, the internet and existing archives related to the research to be carried out. <![CDATA[The research objective was to determine how much influence the poverty rate has on the Human Development Index in the Regency / City of the Province of South Kalimantan in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency of South Kalimantan Province. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine what criteria are the most dominant in determining the priority criteria for developing coastal natural tourism areas in Tanah Bumbu Regency and to find out what alternative options show the most dominant results so that these alternatives become the priority focus of developing coastal natural tourism areas in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The data analysis technique used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, namely determining policy priorities for the development of coastal tourism in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The results of this study indicate that among the criteria for access, facilities, and attractiveness, the most dominant criterion to be determined as a priority criterion in coastal natural tourism areas in Tanah Bumbu Regency is the attractiveness criteria with a preference value of 68% then the facility criteria are with a preference value of 20%, and the last is access with a preference value of 12%. And of the 2 (two) alternatives that are used as research objects, the Pagatan Beach alternative has the highest preference value with a value of 63% and the second is the Angsana Beach alternative with a preference value of 37%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the ratio of regional financial capacity and the ratio of regional financial independence and their influence on GRDP per capita in Banjarmasin City. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of data from the APBD and GDRP per capita of Banjarmasin City in 2010-2019. The analytical technique used is quantitative analysis by measuring the ratio and multiple linear regression. Analyzed using Eviews version 10 program. The results obtained from this study indicate that the regional financial capacity in Banjarmasin City in 2010-2019 is in the "moderate" category while regional financial independence in Banjarmasin City in 2010-2019 is included in the category of "adequate" relationship patterns. Regional financial capacity has a positive and significant impact on GDRP Percapita. Regional financial independence has a positive but not significant effect on GDRP per capita. Simultaneously, regional financial capability and independence have a positive and significant impact on GDRP Percapita.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to measure the contribution of women workers to family income of farmers in Banyu Hirang Village, Gambut District, Banjar Regency. The scope of the research is the contribution of women to family income in Banyu Hirang Village, Gambut District, Banjar Regency. The type of research used in Banyu Hirang Village is quantitative research where quantitative data and objective statistical measurements are carried out through scientific calculations from a sample of Banyu Hirang Village residents who answer survey questions that have been prepared to determine the frequency and percentage of their responses. The result of this research is that the involvement of the respondent's contribution to the total family income is 48.7%. So, the contribution of housewives who work as farmers in Banyu Hirang Village, Gambut District is stated to be quite contributing. This means that the contribution made by housewives who work as farmers in Banyu Hirang Village, Gambut District has fully helped meet family income.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this study are: (1) To be able to find out how the condition of the kahung tourism object during the pandemic and new normal era., (2) To be able to formulate the right development strategy to be carried out by the manager of the kahung tourism object in the new normal era.This study uses a descriptive method and also a swot analysis using as many as 6 respondents can be considered to have an influence and play an important role in kahung tourism objects.The results of the study show the condition of the kahung tourism object during the new normal era pandemic, the resulting development strategies are (1) increasing internet network access to make it easier for tourists to use social media directly to introduce interesting kahung tourism objects. (2) Improving the performance of electricity to make it easier for tourists to use electricityand can unite and appeal to tourists directly through digital media.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims : to determine the effect and relationship of population growth rate, dependency ratio and human development index (HDI) on economic growth in Banjarmasin City. This study uses quantitative research by using numerical and statistical data analysis methods, to obtain significant results from the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable under study. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and uses the eviews application as a data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable population growth rate has a significant and positive correlation to the economic growth of Banjarmasin City. <![CDATA[This study aims to (1) Analyze how the potential of culinary tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah and, (2) Analyze the factors internal and external development of culinary tourism-based community in District Hulu Sungai Tengah.Respondents in this study there are 5 that is, those that affect the development of tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah and the culinary businesses. This study using SWOT Analysis.
