This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world in the last 2 years has an impact on almost the entire global economy, including Indonesia as a result of this pandemic. The domestic economy experienced a significant decline, especially in the national micro, small and medium enterprises sector. The decline in population income affects internal economic inflation. Recovery of population income affects internal economic inflation. This economic recovery is one way to restore the efficiency of the national micro, small and medium enterprises economy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. From this research paper, there are results that economic recovery for MSMEs affected by COVID can be carried out well, if there is cooperation between the government and the community as well as national micro, small and medium enterprises, because these contributions are needed so that the domestic economic sector can recover and become good.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to see how the impact of housing developmenton people's socio-economic conditions in Kandangan town, Hulu Sungai Selatanregency.Data were collected by using a questionnaire method on 91 respondents by using apurposive sampling method.Result of research based on the social condition of society indicate Socialrelation between residents around residential area remains harmonious, new classemergence that resident of residence does not cause jealousy from a local citizen,local citizen feel that resident of housing also part of society exist because theywilling to follow norm together. While the impact on the community economyindicates the influence of housing development on the livelihood of the citizens issignificant, many residents who changed the profession to be workers in housing,such as a night watchman, a small trader, a housekeeper, or a security guard.Residents also feel that finding a work field becomes easier after housing. The cost ofliving tends to be the same without increasing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the independent variables or sectors of agriculture, mining, industry, trade, and economic growth that significantly influence the open and underemployed unemployed rates. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with cross-sectional data using both logs and no logs in determining the influence of agriculture, mining, industry, trade, and economic growth variables using secondary data in 2017. The regression results on TPT without logs show that only the Mining and Growth variables are insignificant. In contrast, the Agriculture, Industry, and Trade variables are significant, others are significant at 1% alpha, and the mining variable is significant at alpha 10%. And the semi-unemployed regression results without logs, only the Mining and Growth variables are insignificant. In contrast, the others are significant at 1% negligence, and the regression results using logs show that only the Mining and Growth variables are insignificant. In comparison, the Trade variable is significant at 10% alpha. Every increase in the distribution of the Agricultural Sector in GRDP by 1% will cause a decrease in TPT by 0.043% and an increase in SM by 0.218%. Every increase in the distribution of the Industrial Sector GRDP by 1% will cause an increase in TPT by 0.039% and a decrease in SM by 0.681%. Every increase in the distribution of the Trading Sector in GRDP by 1% will cause an increase in TPT by 0.078% and a decrease in SM by 0.071%. Economic growth and the mining sector have very little value, so it cannot explain the impact of this sector on TPT and SM.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) select the criteria for prioritizing village funds in Hulu Regency Sungai Utara, Hulu Raden City. (2) Know the priority of village spending for village development in Raden City Hulu, Hulu Regency Sungai Utara. The respondents to this study were 10 participants who were found to be effective in determining the village expenditures of the urban village of Raden Hulu used in the data processing using secondary analysis. Step. The results of this study show that alternative criteria for RPJMD, Village Capacity, and Village Issues influence village spending priorities according to preferences of 54% of village jobs, 30 % of RPJMD, and 16% of village capacity. According to the alternative criteria, the priority of village expenditure is village development at 42%, village enhancement at 32%, community development at 18%, and village management at 8%. It is concluded that rural development dominates 42%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of economic growth and inflation on the level of poverty in the Tegah Hulu Sungai Regency. The research object is limited to the variables of economic growth and inflation as independent variables and the level of poverty as the dependent variable. The study results obtained simultaneously (together) show that economic growth and inflation affect poverty in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district (2005-2016). The inflation variable has a positive influence on poverty in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, and economic growth does not affect the level of poverty in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to see the criteria for determining village fund spending in Abung Village and how the priority of Abung Village fund spending is Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Respondents in this study were six people who influenced the determination of village funds. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. So the results obtained in this study are alternative criteria for the Village Potential RPJMDes and Village Problems influencing spending priorities. This shows the alternative criteria for selecting priority expenditure priorities for Village development, Village development empowerment 37.28%, Village development 36.80%, community development 18.92%, and Village administration 7%. It can be concluded that the most dominant in the research that has been done is Empowerment of Village Community Development worth 37,28%

Abstract

This Research was conducted to find out how he economic impact of tourism onthe economic development of local communities and how the role of the communitytowards the existence of religius tourism. The research method used is descriptivequalitative.The results of analiysis in the study can be obtained that the direct, indirect andfollow-up economic felt by local communities. Dicert economic impacts include rentalshops, clothing stores, dining places and parking. The indirect economic impact includetransportation and lodging services. The following impacts include road access and thepotensial for the other religious tourism. The role of the community towards theexistence of religious tourism is the involvement of the community in terms of regionalcleanliness, calm and religious activities carried out long ago.

Abstract

These studies are targeted or targeted: 1)To find out the level of effectiveness of local revenue sources and the balancing fund against the regional budget (APBD) from 2018-to 2014, 2) To find out the contribution of the sources of local revenue and the balanced fund to the regional budget. ) from 2018-to to 2014. This study and study can be considered a qualitative descriptive study and study. Data was collected through documentation and a literature study. The results of the assessment and study showed: 1)The Level of Effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue of South Kalimantan Province in 2014-2018 ranged from 88.38-to 100.80 percent, and the average annual rate was 86.37 percent in the EFFECTIVE category. Level of Effectiveness of the South Kalimantan Provincial Balance Fund in 2014-2018, ranging from 98.59-105.25 percent and an average annual of 101.96 percent with a VERY EFFECTIVE category, 2) PAD contributions to the APBD from 2014-2018, ranging from 44.84 - 52.95 percent with an annual average of 49.35 in the GOOD category. The contribution of the Balancing Fund to the Regional Budget from 2014-to 2018 ranged from 33.55-to 48.11 percent, with an annual average of 41.69 percent in the ENOUGH category.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of Raskin assistance, PDRB, and regional spending on the number of poor people in the Continent Six Regency and learn what factors dominate the Continent Six Regencies. Data collection techniques in this study use documentary techniques. The data used is secondary data with regression analysis techniques panel data. The results of this study suggest that Raskin, PDRB, and regional spending towards the number of poor people in the continent six regency and Raskin are the dominant factors that affect the number of people poor in the continent six regency.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the form of community participation in the tourism object of Pulau Pinus II, tourism development strategies, and the application of CBT by tourism development strategies. Researchers used descriptive methods and swot analysis using six respondents who were considered to have an important and influential role in the tourism object of Pulau Pinus II.The study results showed community participation in the form of guarding retribution tickets, ship transportation, cleaning, managing annual activities, and making souvenirs. The development strategy created is the S-O strategy; first, Creating new attractions or rides to optimize the potential of the natural beauty of tourism objects so that more tourists want to visit, not only during holidays. Second,by Promoting through social media or making banners to increase the potential of domestic or foreign tourists to visit and find out about tourism objects, the application of CBT can be done is to involve community participation in decision-making and empowering the community.
