The transfer of management of Tax for Acquisition of Land and Buildings (BPHTB) and Land and Building Tax–Urban and Rural(PBB-P2) from the central government to regional government is a regional follow-up autonomy and fiscal decentralization policy. With the transfer of BPHTB into local taxes, BPHTB contributed to the District Own Source Revenue(PAD). This research aims to know how much the contribution, how effective and efficient, how BPHTB potency, the obstacles in BPHTB collection, and what strategy needs to be done to increase BPHTB revenue. The type of research is a descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data obtained from Bapenda Banjar district to calculate the contribution, effectiveness, efficiency, and primary data obtained from interviews to know the potential, constraints, and strategies in the revenue of BPHTB. This research can conclude that contribution of BPHTB to local revenue (PAD) is still deficient. The effectiveness of 2012-2016 is beneficial because the point is always above 100%, and the implementation of BPHTB collection is very efficient. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the development of depletion value, PSDH revenue, and comparison of depletion value with PSDH from forest products production in TanahLaut Regency. Data collection techniques are documentation from previous research, online, and intentional surveys. Data is processed by mathematical calculations usingdepletion formula, then compared to PSDH revenue. The research results showed that ups and downs depletion value depended on thevolume of round wood. Depletion per unit of round wood production of natural forests ismore significant than plantation forests. The realization of PSDH received by TanahLaut Regency is smaller than PSDH, which should be accepted, about 28,73 percent. The depletion value of rounded wood is more significant than the PSDH amount wasreceived. PSDH value is only 1,55 percent of total round wood depletion (Rp.40.427.004.997,70).

Abstract

As a new payment instrument, electronic money usage is increasing yearly. This can be seen from the increasing volume and nominal transactions. This study aims to see whether electronic money transactions affect the effectiveness of monetary policy in Indonesia, as seen from economic growth, inflation, interest rates, and money supply. The analytical method used is the Vector Autoregression/ Vector Error Correction Model (VAR/ VECM), using secondary time series data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia, observation period 2010M1 to 2021M12. The results show that there is a long-term relationship between the electronic money variable and the monetary policy variable in the VAR model, so the model shifted to VECM. Second, this study finds that an increase in the volume of electronic money transactions positively affects the effectiveness of monetary policy in the long run. Meanwhile, in the long run, an increase in the nominal of electronic money transactions has a varying impact on monetary policy indicators.
