Abstract

This Research was conducted to (1) Determine the influence of education leveland minimum wages on labor absorption in 13 districts/cities in South KalimantanProvince; (2) Determine the most dominant factor in influencing labor absorption inthe Province of South Kalimantan.This Research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive Research.While the location of this study is 13 districts / cities in South Kalimantan Province,and the object of this study is the data of education level and minimum wage in SouthKalimantan during 2014 - 2018. The data obtained is then processed using panel dataregression analysis with fixed-effect models using the EVIEWS 10 program.The results of this Research indicate that (1) The level of education andminimum wages simultaneously have a significant effect on labor absorption in theProvince of South Kalimantan in 2014 - 2018; (2) The results of this study alsoindicate that the level of education is the most dominant factor affecting laborabsorption in South Kalimantan in 2014 – 2018

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) determine the level of efficiency of the surface water tax in South Kalimantan Province (2) to determine the level of elasticity of the surface water tax to the regional tax of South Kalimantan Province (3) to determine the contribution of the surface water tax to the regional tax of South Kalimantan Province (4) to know the trend of surface water tax in South Kalimantan Province. The data used is secondary data from 2010 to 2020. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The result of this research is that the efficiency of surface water tax in South Kalimantan Province has an average of 27.12% which is categorized as less efficient. For the calculation of the elasticity of the surface water tax, South Kalimantan Province has an average of less than 1, which is 0.25 which is inelastic, then the calculation of the contribution of the surface water tax in South Kalimantan Province has an average of 0.13% which means it is still very less contributing, while the trend The surface water tax of South Kalimantan Province for 2021 is predicted to be IDR 3,419,327,860 and in 2022 it is predicted to be IDR 3,537,945,393 and so on until 2025 it is predicted to be IDR 3,893,797,992.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) develop strategies that need to be carried out in developing Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism Object, (2) know the contribution of Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism Object to the village's original income, and (3) know the role of government in developing Bukit Matang Tourism Object Kaladan. Respondents in this study were six respondents who were considered influential and experts. They knew the tourism situation, especially in Banjar District, which was used in data processing using the SWOT method. This study provides the results of developing the strategy that best suits the situation is the SO strategy (1) With the superiority of the landscape and maintaining a conducive tourist environment; tourists will continue to visit these attractions, plus a strategic location. (2) Maximizing the role of POKDARWIS and training provided by the Banjar Regency Culture and Tourism Office to promote tourism objects with the opportunities that are already available.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of household expenditure thatmust be spent due to the 3kg LPG price increase, know the efforts of low households whenthere is an increase of 3kg LPG and to see the difference before or after the 3 kg LPG priceincrease in the North Alalak area North Banjarmasin. This research was conducted on lowhouseholds in the northern alalak village, Banjarmasin north. The data used in the study areprimary data and secondary data. This study's population were all low households in thenorthern alalak of Banjarmasin, which amounted to 1112 needy families. Whereas thenumber of samples can be obtained using the Yamane taro formula. Ninety-two respondentswill be selected using simple random sampling techniques or simple random models. Eachsampling unit in the population has the same opportunity to be chosen as a sample member.The study used a paired sample T-test. The t is equal to -9,279, smaller than T's cost, whichis equivalent to 0.67720 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <α). The test results can beconcluded that there are differences between before and after the increase in 3 kg LPG inNorth Alalak Village, North Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze how much influence education, age, gender, lengthof business, capital, and income to Business street vendors' mobility in Handil Baktiregency of Barito Kuala. The method used in this research is the quantitative method, withthe education variable, age, gender, length of effort, capital and income to the mobilitybusiness of the street vendors in Handil Bakti regency of Barito Kuala, data usedCoeseoner primary and interviews with data 58 respondents and data analysis techniquesusing Binary logistic regression. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor on rice production, (2) The most dominant factor influences rice production, (3) the state of return to scale rice production in Sungai Batang Village. The population of this study was rice farmers in Sungai Batang Village. The samples taken in this study were 84 rice farmers. Data collection techniques are by conducting literature studies, observations, distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique is by classical assumption test and using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor together (simultan) had a positive and significant effect on rice production.This is evidenced by f- statistics> f-table (56,7> 2.21). Land area, seeds, fertilizers and labor have a positive and significant effect, while pesticides do not have a significant effect. Return to scale on rice production shows constant return to scale because the number of coefficients of each variable isequal to 1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) on Regional Expenditure and the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) on Regional Expenditure in districts/cities in Central Kalimantan and find out whether there is a flypaper effect on District / City Regional Spending in Central Kalimantan in 2016 -2018. The objects in this study are all regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan. This study uses secondary data from the Realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report in the District/city Government in Central Kalimantan Province in 2016-2018. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Regional Original Revenue (PAD) partially does not affect Regional Expenditure in Regency / City in Central Kalimantan Province from 2016-to 2018 because the probability value is 0.4656> 0.05. While the General Allocation Fund (DAU) partially has a significant positive effect on Regional Expenditure in the Districts / Cities in Central Kalimantan from 2016-to 2018 because the probability value is 0.0000 <0.05. (2) PAD and DAU simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Regional Expenditures, and the results are that the flypaper effect phenomenon occurs.

Abstract

This study was conducted to (1) analyze the impact of the tourism sector on thewelfare of traders in the tourist area of the Siring Sungai Martapura Park in the City ofBanjarmasin (2) to analyze the differences in the welfare level of traders who utilize thetourism sector before and after the development of tourism in the tourism area of the SiringRiver Martapura Park Banjarmasin City. In this study, Respondents were 38 people,namely traders who are still active around the Siring Sungai Martapura Park inBanjarmasin City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In this study, datacollection methods were interviews in the form of cake, observation, documentation, andliterature study. The results of this study prove the positive impact of the tourism sector onthe welfare of traders around the Banjarmasin tourist attraction used in this study, namelythe Siring Sungai Martapura Park Banjarmasin City viewed from the tourism sector whichgives an impact on increasing income before and after the development of tourism,education level, the level of health, and living conditions that indicate merchants who haveincreased welfare before and after utilizing the tourism sector. The resulting negativeimpact is the dependence on the existing tourism sector because it depends on tourist visits.The tourism sector is used as an indicator in the study. This is a tourist visit while publicwelfare indicators are income, expenditure, health, education, and living conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and development of the tourism sector to local revenues in Tanah Bumbu Regency as well as the efforts of the Regional Government of Tanah Bumbu Regency in managing and developing the tourism sector to increase Regional Original Revenue. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that strategic location and the support of the government and private parties and the surrounding communities of tourism objects can beutilized for business development and services in Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the role of street lighting tax on local revenue in Banjarmasin. In administering the Street Lighting Tax (PPJ), the Government, through the Regional Revenue Service, oversees implementing the Street Lighting Tax (PPJ). Still, in the case of managing its tax collection, the Regional Revenue Service cooperates with PLN in collecting street lighting taxes. This research is conducted with a quantitative descriptive analysis method to calculate growth rate, effectiveness, and contribution. The method used in this study is through the growth rate of road lighting taxes and the effectiveness of street lighting. For street lighting tax, the highest growth rate in 2014 was 19.62%, the lowest growth rate was in 2016 at 1.7%, while for the last year of 2018, the growth rate was 12.82%, from the calculation of the growth rate indicator ≤ 30% is still considered unsuccessful, and the average total calculation is 11.71%.
