Abstract

Monoglycerides and diglycerides are a form of emulsifier. Mono- and di-glycerides can be synthesized in various ways, one of which is esterification. In the esterification process, the use of a catalyst is very important in advance of the fatty acid conversion results. Homogeneous catalysts are mostly used in this process. Homogeneous catalysts are compounds that have the same phase as the reactants when a chemical reaction takes place. One of the newest forms of the catalyst with "green chemistry" status is DES (Deep Eutectic Solvents). NADES (Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents) is a DES solvent that uses abundant natural compounds and is ideal for DES because of its diversity of chemical properties, biodegradability, and non-toxicity. Abstract

Some of the problems are from the types of violations that exist, not a few of the perpetrators are minors who drive motorized vehicles. Many teenagers are not supposed to bring their own motorized vehicle and ironically this problem is coupled with the rider not wearing a safety helmet. Law enforcement for underage two-wheeled vehicle drivers without a driving license has been stipulated in Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The purpose of this study is to find out what the reasons are that minors continue to drive two-wheeled vehicles even though they already know that it is a traffic violation. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach was used. Based on the results of the study, the reason why minors continue to drive two-wheeled vehicles on the highway is because of the weak supervision by parents and freedom from parents, as well as the lack of knowledge and understanding of the community, especially children who are still underage.

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan proses alamiah yang akan menimbulkan perubahan fisik maupun psikis akibat adanya perubahan hormon. Seringkali kehamilan memasuki masa kritis apabila tidak dilalui dengan nyaman oleh ibu hamil. Untuk itu ibu hamil harus mampu beradaptasi secara fisiologis maupun psikis terhadap pengaruh hormon kehamilan. Dampak dari perubahan hormon tersebut adalah rasa mual dan muntah yang sering terjadi pada awal kehamilan terutama pada pagi hari dan dapat juga terjadi setiap hari. Keadaan tersebut memicu rasa nyeri bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian karena tidak ditangani dengan baik. Jahe mengandung minyak atsiri (essential oil) yang dapat menyegarkan dan mengurangi rasa mual. ​​Serta dapat memperlancar peredaran darah. Selain itu dapat mengurangi rasa tegang, kepala terasa segar dan dapat menekan rasa mual. ​​Aroma harum jahe disebabkan oleh minyak atsiri, sedangkan oleoresensi menimbulkan rasa pedas yang dapat menghangatkan tubuh dan mengeluarkan keringat. Tujuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka dari tiga pangkalan data elektronik termasuk Google Scholar. Penelitian ini berdasarkan penelitian yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2025.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze how much influence education, age, gender, lengthof business, capital, and income to Business street vendors' mobility in Handil Baktiregency of Barito Kuala. The method used in this research is the quantitative method, withthe education variable, age, gender, length of effort, capital and income to the mobilitybusiness of the street vendors in Handil Bakti regency of Barito Kuala, data usedCoeseoner primary and interviews with data 58 respondents and data analysis techniquesusing Binary logistic regression. The results of this study showed that the length of businesshas a partial influence on the mobility of company of the street vendors in Handil BaktiDistrict Barito Kuala; education, age, gender, capital, and income are simultaneouslyinfluential to The mobility of business of the street vendors in Handil Bakti of Barito KualaDistrict and variables that are the dominant influence on the mobility of company of thestreet vendors in Handil Bakti District Barito Kuala is the old business

Abstract

This study aims to review and synthesize previous research findings on the influence of servant leadership on employee performance using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This approach was employed to trace, analyze, and synthesize various prior studies relevant to the topic of servant leadership. Data collection was conducted through two main databases, namely Google Scholar and Emerald Insight, covering publications from 2019 to 2025. The selected articles were screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, assessed for topic relevance, and analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative approach to identify research patterns and trends. The synthesis results show that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance across various sectors, including education, public service, and private organizations. This leadership style not only enhances job satisfaction, loyalty, and organizational commitment but also builds a collaborative and empowerment-oriented organizational culture. Core values such as empathy, ethics, and social responsibility have been proven to increase motivation, productivity, and employee well-being. Therefore, servant leadership can be regarded as an effective leadership approach that balances organizational goal achievement with human resource development.
