Abstract

his research was conducted to know and describe : (1) The influences of Population, Labor, Unemployment, and GDP on Economic Growth in Banjar Regency (2) The most dominant variable affecting Economic Growth in Regency Banjar. The Data was processed by using multiple linear regression analyses with the help of SPSS software version 16. This research showed that the Population, Unemployment, and GDP variable was affecting Economic Growth in Banjar Regency. Population, Labor, Unemployment, and GDP simultaneously influence Economic Growth. In Banjar Regency, and Population Variable was the most dominant influence on Economic Growth in Banjar Regency.

Abstract

A country or territory will not develop if it is not supported by economic growth.Economic growth is one of the indicators to measure the success of a development.The purpose of this research is to know the superior sectors of the economy in theHulu Sungai Tengah Regency so that it can assist in the development and priority ofthe government in development. To answer the problem, then used some method ofdata analysis that is: Location Quotient Analysis (LQ) and Shift-Share Analysis. Thedata used in this research is secondary data in the value of Gross Regional DomesticProduct (GRDP) of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency at constant prices year 2012-2016.The result of the research based on Location Quotient (LQ) analysis shows that theprimary base sector in Hulu Sungai Tengah is the sector of accommodation anddrinking (1.97%), government administration, defense and compulsory social security(1.87%), agriculture, forestry and fisheries (1.82%), education services (1.72%), realestate (1.58%), wastewater management and recycling (1.32%), information andcommunications (1.32 %), procurement of electricity and gas (1.31%), other services(1.27%), large and retail trade and auto and motorcycle repairs (1.21%),construction (1.19%), (1.19%), health services and social activities (1.11%). Theresult of Shift-Share analysis shows that there has been a shift of economic structurefrom the primary sector to the secondary sector.

Abstract

This journal aims to explain how the Faculty of Economics and Business studentsallocate their allowances for non-food consumption expenses, based on gender and major /study programs. This research is a quantitative descriptive. A sample of 93 studentrespondents from majors/study programs, namely Management, Accounting and Economicsand Development Studies (IESP) for the 2015-2017 class. The analysis technique used isdescriptive statistics in averages and percentages and cross-tabulation analysis. The resultsshowed that: non-food consumption expenditure of students based on sex anddepartment/study program had the same pattern: the enormous spending for fashionspending and the smallest for tuition supports costs. Female students have the highestexpenditure. On average, students do spend in the medium category. Management studentshave the enormous spending on non-food consumption, followed by accounting and IESPstudents.

Abstract

Tanah Bumbu regency has a group of home industries that produce pagatan woven fabrics. This fabric is a traditional cloth typical of the people of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan. The great potential to be able to develop pagatan weaving business to stay afloat and develop is the necessity to innovate the products produced. Pagatan woven fabric entrepreneurs are required to be able to utilize internal and external environmental conditions in developing their business, one of the efforts to facilitate in utilizing these conditions is to apply an environmental analysis that is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Treats). This research uses a type of quantitative research, the location of research conducted in Kusan Hilir Subdistrict. Research data source is primary data and data analysis used is descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis. The results showed the strategy used to improve the competitiveness of woven fabric typical pagatan Tanah Bumbu district is a strategy that is in quadrant II, S-T strategy (Strength-Treats) strategy that uses force to overcome threats.

Abstract

This research unducted to (1) analyze the influence of interest rate, consumer priceindex, a gross domestic product of real estate in Indonesia, (2) to know the mostdominant factor influencing property price in Indonesia in 2010-2016. The Scope ofthis research is Indonesia as the research area. The data sources of this research comefrom secondary data that will processing using multiple regression analysis by F-test(simultaneously) and T-tes (Partially). The research’s result proves that simultaneouslygross domestic bruto of real estate is influencing property prices. And partiallyconfirms of real estate and consumer price index are impacting property pricesignificantly.

Abstract

Research shows the effect of investment, labor, and education level on gross regional domestic product in Kalimantan. The data used in this study are quantitative secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the One Stop Integrated Investment Service from 2014 to 2020. The data in question are investment realization data, the the number of people working in the workforce, the average length of schools, and gross regional domestic product at constant prices. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square method using panel data from 5 provinces in Kalimantan from 2014 to 2020 by testing classical assumptions and hypotheses. Partially, investment and education level have an insignificant positive effect on gross regional domestic product, while labor has a significant positive impact on gross regional domestic product in Kalimantan. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect the gross regional domestic product. The most influential variable on gross regional domestic product is labor.

Abstract

This study expects to investigate the effect of ZIS reserves and expansion on monetary development in South Kalimantan from 2011 to 2020. The strategies utilized in this examination incorporate quantitative techniques, and the method used differs from direct relapse. The information used in this study is optional information taken by the dissemination of ZIS assets as indicated by BAZNAZ of South Kalimantan Province (Badan Amil Zakat of South Kalimantan Province) and expansion rates taken by BPS Kalsel (Central Bureau of Statistics) in South Kalimantan 2011-2020 which incorporates information South Kalimantan's yearly expansion. The outcomes as per the review got a result which showed that the ZIS reserve circulation variable (X1) altogether affected financial development in South Kalimantan, and the expansion variable (X2) showed that it affected monetary development in South Kalimantan Province and the variable dissemination of assets. ZIS and expansion simultaneously fundamentally affected economic growth in South Kalimantan from 2011 to 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the potential of regional levies in the city ofBanjarmasin through the rate of growth and contribution by using a potential matrix,how is the contribution of acceptance of regional retribution to increase of originalregional income in Banjarmasin City, and how effectiveness level of attainment oflocal retribution levies in Banjarmasin City during 2012-2016. The results of the study using the potential matrix to see the potential ofregional levies through growth rates and these contributions show the average yieldof positive growth rate and its contribution is not possible, these results indicate thatthe potential of regional levies in Banjarmasin City during 2012-2016 fall into thedeveloping category. While the level of effectiveness of local retribution into thecategory very effective because the average value of efficacy of regional levies duringthe last five years is above 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the Indonesian rubber exports to the United States. The variables observed in this research were the value of Indonesian rubber exports to the United States, international rubber prices, the rupiah against the dollar exchange rate, US GDP per capita, and inflation. The data analysis technique used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS), with a period of time from 1995 to 2019. The result of the study shows that the variables of the dollar exchange rate against the rupiah, international rubber prices and GDP per capita in the United States have a joint effect. The exchange rate variable is the most dominant factor partially.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of the number of electricity customers, installed power, and electricity usage from business groups on the receipt of street lighting tax in Banjarbaru City in 2016-2020. This study uses quantitative descriptive research with multiple linear regression analysis methods and time-series data from 2016 to 2020. The sampling technique in research used the saturated sample method. The results showed that the number of electricity customers, installed power, and electricity usage of business groups partially and simultaneously positively and significantly influenced the tax revenue of street lighting in Banjarbaru City.
