Abstract

This research is intended to find out the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, whether PKH has so far been in accordance with implementation indicators in achieving goals, integrity, and adaptation and also to find out the factors that influence the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The location is in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Data collection was carried out by library research, observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The results of this study indicate that the success of the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, in general, can be said to be running smoothly even though there are some beneficiaries who have not been on target.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out the implementation of the Prosperous Family Card program in Sanipah Village, Samboja District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, whether the implementation of the KKS so far has been in accordance with indicators of effectiveness in achieving goals, integration and adaptation. The research location is in the Sanipah Village, Samboja District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Data collection was carried out by library research, observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Prosperous Family Card Program (KKS) in Sanipah Village, Samboja District is still not effective where the target of KKS recipients is still inaccurate, the distribution time is not consistent, the socialization and communication carried out by the village administration is still lacking so that there are some people who still do not understand its use so that it becomes an obstacle in utilizing assistance, adaptation regarding the use of the Prosperous Family Card is indeed following the times but there are still residents who have problems, especially the elderly regarding saving savings books, their ATM cards and also ATM PINs which are obstacles in receiving benefit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the personality characteristics of the village head who is able to provide motivation and input to the community so that there is community participation in Mendik Makmur Village, Longkali District, Paser Regency. This study uses leadership indicators, namely initiative, motivation, coaching, and responsibility as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing community participation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique. The results of the study show that in general the leadership of the Mendik Makmur Village Head has carried out its obligations well and always invites the community to participate in village development activities. Then, the village head gave initiatives in the form of suggestions so that the community always innovates to increase productivity, then the motivation given was in the form of encouraging sentences, namely by saying the jargon "Together We Can" in each activity, there was direct coaching from the village head who spent more time with the community, the form of responsibility is in the form of budget transparency, timeliness in distributing aid and the Village Head gives trust to his community to always be creative in their respective fields. With the encouragement of a community leader who has a passion for change and the spirit of mutual cooperation that is starting to emerge, it becomes a supporting factor that is very influential in increasing community participation. Then the community has also started trying to make changes due to direct awareness from the Village Head. While the inhibiting factors for community participation are constraints on work schedules, and differences in political choices.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Electronic Parking Terminal Program in Balikpapan and the impact of outcomes from the use of electronic parking terminals. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that at the Preparation stage for the implementation of the TPE Program including Resources Commited and Extent of change envisioned, the two indicators had several deficiencies. facilities in the form of integrators to facilitate payments that have not been installed, and thirdly communication the lack of communication transmission carried out by the UPTD. The outcome of the implementation of the Terminal Parking program is the outcome of the impact of the electronic parking terminal program, including minimizing leakage of public roadside parking fees and the sustainability of illegal jukirs. public roadside parking fees of Rp. 112,500,000, in addition to that the smoothness of traffic is still not optimal during peak hours along Jalan A. Yani it feels crowded due to the many vehicles parking carelessly, apart from that PAD and public roadside parking fees do not make a significant and significant contribution with stagnant achievements below the percentage of 5% (very less) even though the contribution rate is very low but the existence of TPE has an impact on increasing public roadside parking fees with an increase from 2017 to 2018 of IDR 1,149,475,000.00, besides that the effectiveness is good with an average average achievement of 90% (effective). Viewed as a whole the implementation of the Electronic Parking Terminal program in the city of Balikpapan has not been effective and optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the supervision provided by the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of the East Kalimantan Province in Samarinda City. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative approach. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative data analysis, namely conducting data analysis based on the results of interviews. Data collection techniques using library research and field research include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that supervision of coal mining permits is still considered ineffective, this is because at the stage of achieving the objectives the supervision time is minimal because it is carried out once a year due to before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic the existing budget is limited, in the integration stage carried out it is felt lacking supervision carried out in moderation due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and inadequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of strictness in post-mining reclamation regulations which caused casualties, then the impact of the flooding that occurred and the efforts made were felt to be not effective enough because not all mining companies received supervision . Furthermore, at the adaptation stage, the existing supervisors are still lacking to carry out inspections due to the fact that the number of supervisors is only 35 people less than the number of mining permits so that several companies do not receive supervision. continuing to implement health protocols without supervision in the field using more online systems, this is not working properly. Factors constraining budget constraints, limited human resources, active or non-active status of the company and factors of distance & not being able to interact directly are spaciousness.
