Abstract

Pada kenyataannya, renungan Al-Qur'an tidak seperti yang dipusatkan pada isi Al-Qur'an dan renungan penjelasan Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga dapat menyamarkan keajaiban sosial terkait dengan kehadiran Al-Qur'an. antara muslim tertentu dan terhubung dengan mereka dalam kehidupan. individu-individu biasa, yang kesemuanya disinggung sebagai Al-Qur'an yang hidup, khususnya Al-Qur'an yang dalam masyarakat menyiratkan posisi yang sangat kritis atau Al-Qur'an yang hidup di masyarakat. Dalam artikel ini, kami mencoba untuk menyajikan peningkatan penghayatan Al-Qur'an ke dalam ranah Al-Qur'an yang hidup, yang selama ini kurang mendapat perhatian dari pemikiran tentang Al-Qur'an yang hanya berfokus pada kandungan Al-Qur'an .The Living Quran juga merupakan pilihan yang menarik dalam menciptakan pemikiran Alquran kontemporer. Artikel ini juga mengemukakan pemikiran tentang strategi apa yang di dalamnya ada hubungan keterlibatan umat Islam dengan al-Qur'an sebagai sebuah pendekatan. Perjumpaan umat Islam yang dikaitkan dengan Al-Qur'an atau kehadiran Al-Qur'an yang memotret metode interaksi masyarakat dengan Al-Qur'an disinggung sebagai Al-Qur'an yang hidup. Penerapan kandungan Al-Qur'an pada saat itu sudah menjadi konvensi yang tercipta dalam kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

Higher education is an educational institution that prepares students to become members of the community who have both academic and skill abilities. As a place of education for the nation's generation. Universities have a very important role in character building and are expected to be able to produce quality graduates so that they are able to bring the Indonesian nation towards a more advanced direction. In implementing higher education, it refers to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, including education, research, and community service. With regard to community empowerment, this is related to the third Tri Dharma Perti point, namely community service. all knowledge that has been obtained in academic activities during lectures where the knowledge gained can be used for community empowerment. Higher Education is the pioneer in fostering and developing integrated human resources in order to meet (1) the needs of citizens who are ideally oriented towards education, through the creation of a conducive environment for the growth of a dynamic academic spirit, and can become a vehicle for socializing values, norms, and values. and independent attitude, and (2) pragmatic-oriented community needs through the readiness to educate people who can be absorbed by the business world according to their respective specifications.

Abstract

The migration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. concludes that da'wah and aqidah will be able to free a person from everything he loves from all friends, companions, entertainers, and all the things that are given; of every priority, held firmly and obeyed, according to its original character. On the other hand, everything will not be able to release da'wah and creed from humans. The history of da'wah and religion has been side by side with movements that are sometimes independent and sometimes together. There are several backgrounds to the events of the migration of the prophet Muhammad SAW. Among them are: the death of two proselytizing figures, torture of Muslims, the Quraysh leadership will kill the prophet, Bai'ah Aqabah, opposition to da'wah in Mecca, the failure of the call for Islam in Taqif, many Muslims in Medina , the people of Medina easily accept Islamic teachings, and the strategic location of Medina.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the recruitment system for educators and education personnel. This research was conducted at the STAI Ma'arif Kalirejo College, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province and was carried out in June-October 2022. In this study, a qualitative approach was used, with descriptive qualitative methods. The respondents were the head of STAI Ma'arif Kalirejo, lecturers, and administrative staff in the campus environment as well as cleaning and security personnel. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation studies. After the data is collected, data processing is carried out by analyzing the existing data, and then interpreting it with reference to the research framework. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment strategy carried out by the head of STAI Ma'arif Kalirejo is quite good. This recruitment activity begins by analyzing the needs of existing educators and education staff and the state of the number of students in each study program in the current year and estimates for the following year until the placement of new lecturers and employees. The method used can be said to be quite effective for the institution, this is proven by the absence of lecturers or educators who are absent from work, as stated by the head of STAI Ma'arif Kalirejo as the implementer and decision maker in the recruitment of educators and staff. education at STAI Ma'arif Kalirejo, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. For the sake of improvement in the future, the author suggests that the recruitment of educators and educational staff in higher education should be carried out more objectively, the quality of the selection of new lecturers and employees should also be improved and recruitment activities should be carefully designed in order to meet the needs of the institution to the fullest and according to educational goals.

Abstract

Moral education is part of the teachings of Islamic education. Even though we all know that the country of Indonesia is mostly Muslim. With good moral education, it is hoped that the values ​​of Islamic education teachings can be instilled and implemented in Indonesia. Good moral education will lead the perpetrators to become human beings with noble morals in various lines of life. Because of the importance of moral education, it needs to be reviewed and compared with the thoughts of Western figures. This article discusses how the concept of moral education in al Ghazali's perspective is compared with the thoughts of Western figures. This study is expected to contribute ideas about the concept of moral education associated with Islamic education in the present. The results of this research study show that Imam al Ghazali was a great scholar who lived in his time with a very high enthusiasm for seeking knowledge. This is all evidenced by the existence of his books which have been translated into various languages. Moral education is a conscious effort to guide and direct one's will to achieve noble behavior and make it a habit. Meanwhile, according to Western figures, morality is synonymous with morals, decency and ethics. Where less attention to the essence and consequences of the actions committed. So that it can be said that people who have good ethics even though they are against Islamic law are considered to have done good deeds.

Abstract

Strengthening the field of technology in service and learning is part of the commitment of Higher Education administrators in creating a conducive and innovative lecture system supported by technology as a learning medium. Digital products are able to present scientific developments that are very fast and broad. Even this progress is accompanied by sophisticated technology. This is an opportunity for educational institutions to improve the quality and service of education which can show the face of the new education system both in the provision of quality infrastructure and superior and progressive human resources. in teaching more dominantly choose conventional learning methods rather than digital-based methods. The presentation of this paper is based on an analysis of library data with a descriptive analysis model. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that Higher Education will be confronted by the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. Education began to construct the existing system into a technology-centered system. Advances in digital technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 will indirectly have an impact on the implementation of Islamic Higher Education. Procurement of technology directly can be said to have not been able to run smoothly. Budget/funding limitations are the main obstacle faced by every PTKIS, this will impact on the ability to procure learning support facilities and infrastructure. In addition, the obstacle faced is digital education. Lack of understanding of the use of digital media can make educators not have sufficient motivation in updating learning systems that are in line with the times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang inklusif. Budaya sekolah yang inklusif merupakan lingkungan di mana setiap individu merasa diterima, dihargai, dan mampu berkembang sesuai dengan potensi mereka masing-masing, tanpa adanya diskriminasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan beberapa sekolah Islam yang dikenal memiliki budaya inklusif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai keadilan, kesetaraan, dan kasih sayang yang diajarkan dalam Islam menjadi dasar utama dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang inklusif. Kepemimpinan yang inklusif, kurikulum yang adaptif, serta fasilitas dan sumber daya yang mendukung, merupakan elemen-elemen kunci dalam mendukung keberhasilan inklusivitas di sekolah-sekolah tersebut. Namun, tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kurangnya pelatihan profesional bagi guru masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Budaya inklusif terbukti memiliki dampak positif terhadap prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan emosional serta sosial siswa. Siswa yang merasa diterima dan didukung menunjukkan peningkatan dalam prestasi belajar dan kesejahteraan umum mereka. Penelitian ini juga memberikan beberapa strategi dan rekomendasi praktis untuk mendukung implementasi budaya inklusif di sekolah-sekolah Islam, termasuk peningkatan kesadaran dan pendidikan tentang inklusivitas, penguatan kebijakan dan kepemimpinan yang inklusif, serta pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan untuk guru. Kesimpulannya, manajemen pendidikan Islam memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang inklusif melalui penerapan nilai-nilai Islam yang mendukung. Dengan komitmen yang kuat dari seluruh komunitas sekolah dan penerapan strategi yang tepat, tantangan dalam menciptakan inklusivitas dapat diatasi, sehingga setiap siswa memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk belajar dan berkembang dalam lingkungan yang adil dan mendukung.
