Abstract

PT Berita Bali Media does not yet have a strategic information system that can assist organizations in developing information systems to help achieve the vision, mission, and organizational goals in the future. On this basis, strategic planning of information systems is needed which in the future can support the information systems needed by PT Berita Bali Media. This study aims to carry out strategic planning of information systems at PT Berita Bali Media.The method used in strategic planning of this information system is the tozer method. This method has 5 phases of strategic planning. The tools used in this research are SWOT, Value chain, Five force competitive model, CSF, PEST, and McFarlan Grid's. Information system strategic planning using the tozer method at PT Berita Bali Media produces a portfolio of information systems obtained from the results of CSF, SWOT, PEST, analysis Value Chain, and McFarlan Grid's. In the information system portofolio there are 4 new information systems, and 12 continued information systems.

Abstract

The development of Early Childhood Education institutions in various forms of Early Childhood Education services such as: TK, KB, TPA, SPS shows the increasing awareness of the community about the importance of education according to the stage of development from an early age. The increase in the number of Early Childhood Education service institutions is followed by the need for an increase in the number of PAUD educators. The need for educators is not only related to the number but also related to quality. Coaching educators in relation to increasing the ability of educators to provide early childhood education services that are in accordance with the needs of children's growth and development is a step taken by the Directorate of Early Childhood Education Development. Coaching is carried out through various strategies and practical activity programs. One of the patterns of fostering PAUD educators and education personnel is through the Early Childhood Education Cluster (PAUD Group). The Early Childhood Education Cluster is a strategic forum built from, by and for educators and education staff. Management, programs, forms of activities are planned, developed, and implemented to meet the needs of improving the teaching profession in accordance with the needs of members.

Abstract

This Research is to analyze discrimination by main characters especially Black women in Hidden Figures Novels and describe the form of discrimination. And this research, researcher use discrimination theory of Parrillo Vincent. In this research design, researcher uses qualitative descriptive the source data is from Novel Hidden figures which was published in 2016, after that the reading, selecting, writing, sorting and categorization the data found. In research observed method and uses Nonparticipatory observation which researcher is not directly in research. The researcher found the data all form discrimination based on experienced by main characters which are involved Katherine, Mary jakson and Dorothy. There are from of discrimination such as verbal expression, avoidance, exclusion, physical abuse, extermination.

Abstract

Companies that are able to face competition in the industrial world prioritize growth. This study aims to determine the effect of fixed asset turnover and receivables turnover on the return on assets of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The research sample consisted of 9 food and beverage companies obtained using a purposive sampling method. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used is documentation. The technique of multiple linear regression analysis in analyzing the data used SPSS version 25 software. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded partially that the fixed asset turnover variable has no significant effect on return on assets, while accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on return on assets. Simultaneously, fixed asset turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a significant effect. With a contribution value of 7.1% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research proposed to investigate and identify Imageries analysis in one of literary work, sing to the dawn novel by Minhong Fo as a Singaporean that live and grew up in small village in Thailand. Descriptive qualitative research was the main method which researcher used in this research to analyze kinds of imageries in sing to the dawn novel. There were many imageries expression from the novel that researcher found for the data analysis. The data collected by reading all pages of the novel intensively, carefully and gave more attention for every line of sentences in the novel. For further study and analysis of imageries expressions, it used Laurence Perrine’s theories. There were seven kinds of imageries expression according to Laurence Perrine such as: visual imagery (sense of sight), auditory imagery (sense of sound), tactile imagery (sense of touch), olfactory imagery (sense of smelling), gustatory imagery (sense of taste), organic imagery (sense of internal sensation of human body), and kinesthetic imagery (sense of movement). The result of this research was presented in paragraphs form. From the result, it found some kinds of imageries related to Laurence Perrine’s theories. The most imagery expressions that appeared in this novel was auditory imagery (sense of sound).

Abstract

Information technology is one of the needs of the people, both in the place of individuals and groups, both public and private; ) in large quantities in large quantities. For a certain time, the company provides assistance to employees, especially in the current situation, the company regularly provides social assistance to employees who need it, so the company requires decision makers to use computer-coordinated procedures. Because social assistance must be distributed appropriately and quickly, there is a need for some kind of a decision support system to receive social assistance, using the method of comparing employee profiles with recipient criteria, especially the profile compliance method. The research method is called waterfall method, the first step is needs of analysis, design, code generation, testing, and maintenance. The results obtained are the design of the Social Assistance Fund receipt system using the profile matching method, so that the resulting information system assists decision makers in distributing social assistance funds quickly and accurately to employees. consists of requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and maintenance. Abstract

Almost all sectors are affected by restrictions on community activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic which then has an impact on the community's economic decline. Many business actors ranging from large industries to home industries or SMEs are innovating by utilizing information technology in business operations. Business actors place orders for raw materials, marketing, sales and so on through online media. Currently, SMEs are one of the engines of Indonesia's economic growth, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This restriction on community activities forces SMEs actors to explore digital platforms to carry out various activities. This research is intended to design a website to digitize the sales and marketing process for chicken farming SMEs, build a website to digitize the sales and marketing process for chicken livestock SMEs. Website with the domain ayamsuperjovan.odoo.com was built following the flow of the System Development Life Cycle with the waterfall method and design using UML diagrams. The findings in this study are that the website that is built greatly increases efficiency and effectiveness because the sales and marketing transaction process is very fast and easy. The existence of this website is one of the efforts to digitize the chicken farming SMEs business during the COVID-19 pandemic. The construction of this website is one of the efforts to reduce the spread of the covid-19 virus because customers and the public can simply shop through the website without having to visit the location of the farm and there is no need to make physical contact with the farm

Abstract

Financial reports are a medium for an entity, in this case the local government to account for its financial performance to the public. Local governments must be able to present financial reports that contain quality financial information. This study aims to determine the effect of Human Resource Competence, Information Technology Systems, Internal Control Systems and Government Accounting Standards on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports. While the population in this study were employees of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Jepara District. The sample in this study were finance and accounting staff at OPD Jepara District. The research object used was 35 OPD, from 100 respondents who were finance and accounting staff at the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Jepara District. The results of this study prove that the competence of human resources and government accounting systems have no effect on the quality of financial reports. Meanwhile, information technology systems and internal control systems affect the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

Vocational schools that are located close to each other, but have not synergized in the utilization of existing resources in each school are seen as less efficient. On the other hand, several SMKs have adequate resources and potential to expand and at the same time improve educational services to the community through various education and training programs. In connection with these conditions, the Directorate of Vocational High Schools has programmed to combine these schools in one management and increase the capacity of Vocational High Schools through various education and training programs under the name of Greater Vocational High School Development. Financial statements function as a tool to analyze financial performance that can provide information about financial position, business, performance and cash flow so that it can be used as a basis for making economic decisions. Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology and computer communication networks and become a medium to meet and make it easier for people to find their needs. The development of this technology is in the form of e-commerce. E-commerce refers to the processing of agreements in the sale and purchase of a commodity by utilizing computer networks or the internet. This makes e-commerce competition very tight, especially on the influence of the company's brand image, sales promotions and brand ambassadors will have an impact on consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study is to understand whether there is an influence between the variables of brand image, sales promotion, and brand ambassadors on the buying interest of Blibli e-commerce consumers in the Batam city community. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis using SPSS version 26 program tools, namely validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The results of this study indicate that brand image (X1) has an effect negative and significant effect on buying interest (Y), while sales promotion (X2) and brand ambassadors (X3) have a positive and significant effect on buying interest (Y). Simultaneously, the variable brand image (X1), sales promotion (X2) and brand ambassadors (X3) have a positive and significant effect with an F table value of 14,887 > 2.70 F table with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05 on interest buying (Y) consumers in the city of Batam.
