Abstract

This study intends to determine the evaluation of instructional strategies teachers of Islamic religious education inpublic primary schools District of Bunga Mas South Bengkulu, with respondents graders VI totaling 130 people, an indicatorof study, the ability of human resources (teachers PAI), learning methods used, and the evaluation or assessment with a30 question questionnaire instrument. The purpose of this study was to: 1) describe the strategy of organizing learningIslamic Education, 2) describe the delivery strategy learning Islamic education, and 3) describe the learning managementstrategies of Islamic Education. This study uses qualitative research methods evaluative, the research has its own procedures,where such studies have exacting requirements that must be met such criteria, benchmarks, or standards that are usefulas a comparison for data or information obtained or is measurement. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires,interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of descriptive (describing what it is), namely by:data collection, data reduction, display data (data presentation), preparing research reports, and the conclusions of thestudy. Checking the validity of the data using an extension of observation, triangulation source and check. Research onthe evaluation of learning strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in public primary schools Bunga Mas Districtof South Bengkulu, with the results of the study are as follows: 1) organizing strategies of learning, values obtained withvery good category is 49%, good category is 41.77%, and the unfavorable category is 9.23%. 2) learning delivery strategy,values obtained with very good category was 43.92%, both categories was 40.77%, and the unfavorable category is 15.31%.3) learning management strategies, values obtained with very good category was 50.61%, both categories was 39.85%, andthe unfavorable category is 9.54%.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know: (1) students’ system in a lesson in morals aqidah MIN 1 Bengkulu City? and (2)whether the teacher teaches discipline may influence towards improving student learning outcomes in the belief morallesson in MIN 1 Bengkulu City. This type of research is classified as a field research (field research), using a quantitativeapproach that the data in the form of figures relating to the research theme. To determine the influence of teachersteaching discipline to increased motivation and student learning outcomes in learning Aqidah Morals at MIN 1 Bengkulucity, the authors analyzed using quantitative methods that the formula used is product moment.Based on the data processingand discussion of the results in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that: (1) The level of discipline teachers AqidahMorals in MI country 1 Tanjung Agung is on. category “medium”, and the level of student motivation MI countri 1 TanjungAgung also is in the category “medium”. The discipline of teachers influence on students’ motivation MI countri 1 TanjungAgung, namely in carrying a very high level of influence (the value of the space between 0.800 to 1.000). Thus, disciplineteachers can increase student motivation. (2) The level of discipline teachers Aqidah Morals in MI contri 1 Tanjung Agungin the category “medium”, and the level of student learning outcomes MI 1 countri Tanjung Agung also is in the category“medium”. The discipline of teachers influence on student learning outcomes MI countri 1 Tanjung Agung, which is ineffect a very high level (grades space between 0.800 to 1.000). Thus, discipline teachers can increase student motivation.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that the learning outcomes of Islamic education is not optimal, it is expectedto strengthen Islamic education with better religious extracurricular activities.This study aimed at describing Islamic EducationCurriculum Implementation Through religious Extracurricular activities program at SMAN 1 Purwodadi Musi Rawas Which isconsisting of program and implementation, The Implementation and determination of the supporting factors and thus becomemore directed to realize the vision and mission of the school. Method and the type of the research is descriptive qualitative.Subjects were principals, teachers and students of Islamic religious education class x that is active in religious eksrakurikulerSpiritual Islam. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysisis done by reducing the data (data reduction), data presentation (display data), and conclusion (Verification Data). Testingthe validity of the data using observations extension, increase endurance, and triangulation of data. Based on the results, itcan be concluded that there are two results about How Curriculum Implementation PAI through religious extracurricularactivities program in SMA Negeri 1 PurwodadiMusi-Rawas namely: The implementation of curriculum development at PAIbasedon extracurricular activity is by designing some of the programs that the program is considered to be able to cover thepurposes of education PAI generally or specifically private lodging which these objectives can not be achieved through theactivities of teaching (Teaching and Learning) in the class in which the time of these activities are very limited. The activitieincludes such things as nasyid activities, peer tutoring, tahsinqiroah, qiroatul quran and many other activities that researchersconsider it as a manifestation of Islamic Religion educational purposes in schools.The activity is really manageable neatly andinvolves several important elements that will make this event run effectively. And of the way of the success of these activitiesaccording to the researchers is the existence of solid team work, even though this is an activity of PAI teacher but the entirestakeholders fully involved in this case. That is one reason why these activities go well.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the  main  Task and  function, This is reflected in the  appearance, academic ability and the  ability of the  profession to be a teacher means  being  able to manage teaching in the  classroom  and  educating students beyond  the  classroom  with the  best  even  the  teachers have  met  the  academic level professionalism. But  in  reality  on the  ground in general is still a lot of teachers are  less effective in carrying  out  its duties.  Therefore, the  problem in this research are: Are there academic supervision  effect principals on  performance of PAI teacher? and  Is there PKG results on  performance teacher? and  Is there an academic supervising  principals and  PKG results  together on  the  performance of PAI teacher in junior  high  school  in Bengkulu City?, further the  objectives of this study are: 1. To explain  the  academic Supervising  Principal Influence on  the  performance of Islamic education teachers (PAI);  2. To explain  the  results  PKG Effect  of PAI teacher against  performance teacher; 3. To  explain  how the  implementation of the  performance of PAI teachers in junior  high  school  in Bengulu City. This research is a quantitative research that  aims to determine the  effect of independent variables on the  dependent variable. The  method used is a survey method, which is to measure symptoms exist without  investigating why these  symptoms  exist, with questionnaires. Research  results  show that  the  Supervision  of Academic  Principal (X1)  Positive direct  impact  on  teacher performance (y), amounting to 0.918. or by 91.80%.  Further Results Teacher Performance Assessment (X2)  has no effect on teacher performance (y) of -307. or by -30.70%. Furthermore Principal Academic  Supervision  (X1),  and  the  Teacher Performance Assessment (X2)  a positive direct  impact  on teacher performance (y) of 0.845 or 84.50%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To know the student’s character, shape character values instilled Islam and integrationactivities to students through activities Rohis Rohis in SMA 2 and SMA Negeri 4 Kaur District ,. This research is descriptivequalitative research that aims to describe systematically and accurately, facts and characteristics. Research conducted attemptedto describe a situation or circumstance for the implementation of the spiritual activities of students (Rohis) and Islamic culturein school improvement efforts religious character, so that the data collected purely descriptive so it does not intend to seek anexplanation. Data collection technique used oservasi, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study isqualitative data analysis descriptive narrative, namely the analysis of the data that are qualitative by telling and interpreting thedata that have been collected through the main points of discussion. The conclusion of this study is Based on the descriptionin the previous chapters and the observation that the author did in SMA 2 and SMA Negeri 4 Kaur District may put forwardsome conclusions as follows: Conditions characters Students at SMAN 2 Kaur character of the students in general are goodenough, will but there are some students condition code is still less do not have a high awareness. It can be seen from theresults of research interviews with informants. Characters students before planting the character values of Islam seen in SMA2 and SMA Negeri 4 Kaur District envisaged that the condition of students at that time there were some students are still lesshonest and less disciplined, are reluctant to perform their prayers in congregation, they are less sensitive to the environmentand some students violate school disciplinary rules such as wearing tight clothing, truant during school hours, bringing hp andporn video store. Rohis form of extracurricular activity: SMAN 2 Kaur District consists of: Magazine walls, boarding lightningin the month of Ramadan, for their routine that takes the form migguan, the art of reading and writing the Qur’an. SMANegeri 4 Kaur District consists of mentoring, a reflection of the heart, Rabana, boarding lightning, recitals, warning big days.Implications Rohis activities Students actively participated in Rohis, can understand the true meaning of prayer than studentswho are passive in Rohis activities, especially prayer which they did mostly after prayers. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to see the direct influence positively the professional competence of teachers on learning outcomes Quran Hadith, students read the learning outcomes Quran Hadith, and the professional competence of teachers and students read together the learning outcomes Quran Hadith class X Madrasah Aliyah Bintuhan Kaur regency. This research use as many as 136 students kuantitatif.Populasinya MAN Bintuhan Kaur regency. Research samples of 38.2% of the population, or as many as 52 students are students of class X2 and X4. The analysis technique used is the correlation (simple, double) with the data collection methods and dokumentasi.Data keosioner analyzed by using path analysis. The results showed a positive direct influence between the professional competence of teachers (0.477) 2 = 0.2275 = 22.75%, students’ reading interest (0.504) 2 = 0.2540 = 25.40%, and the professional competence of teachers and students read together (0.0707) 2 = 0.005 = 0.5% against the Quran Hadith learning outcomes of students in class X MAN Bintuhan Kaur regency.

Abstract

Based on the research results, the implementation of the application of the competency of teachers clumpsof PAI in MAN 2 Kota bengkulu in implementation have been met and the components implemented are fulfilled aspedagogical them is to make learning device, the annual program, the program semi-annual, week effective, evaluation,analysis, creation problems, remedial, mastery of teaching materials. Implementation of the application of the professionalcompetence of teachers clumps of PAI in MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu, in the fields of profession that is responsible in carryingout duties as a teacher, to be helping his fellow peers, obey pereturan, discipline, and control of what is in itself accordingto scientific fields respectively, Thus the implementation of pedagogical competence and professional competence ofteachers has been fulfilled.

Abstract

This research aims at: 1) to find out the planning process of learning local content Mura Darussalam in the formationof Character Students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti 2) To know the implementation of the formation ofCharacter Students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti 3) To find out the level of effectiveness of local contentlearning Mura Darussalam in the formation of Character Students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti. Thisresearch is the research evaluation. Data analysis techniques are based on a statistical formulation in the form of TSR (high,medium and low). As for the results of this research are as follows: Planning charge Mura Darussalam include: conductingthe identification and analysis of local content, identification and analysis of potential educational unit, determine the typesof local content, determine quiz local content, the school and education service District of Musi Rawas makes learningsyllabus Mulok Mura Darussalam mulok, teacher at the school make Darussalam Mura device learning, next teacher mulokMura Darussalam prepare the learning process. Implementation of the formation of Character Students SMAN 1 mouth ofMusi Rawas Regency, Beliti teacher Mulok Mura Darussalam using Pocket Book has been compiled which Darussalam Muraby the team teachers. To take note of the results of the evaluation, the school provides a list of values to all the teachers init contained hints of pengisisan as well as the processing procedure.Based on the results of the research and the discussionabove, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of learning local content Mura Darussalam in the formation of CharacterStudents SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas Regency Beliti be very effective on the category. This can be known based onrespondents ‘answers score against the now on the implementation of the program been at Darussalam Mura categories veryeffectively as much as 31 respondents (57.4%) and formation of character students SMAN 1 mouth of Musi Rawas RegencyBeliti as many as 30 people respondents answered very effective (55.55%).

Abstract

Learning fiqh in Islamic elementary schools are often less attractive and tend to be boring for students. In learningfiqh in MI students sought more active and keen to follow the lesson order learning process takes place in a conducive,effective, creative, efficient and fun. CTL approach is appropriate in the eyes pelajaranyang jurisprudence as applicableand can encourage students to live at once untukmengamalkan rules of Islam in daily life coupled with the use of videomedia so hopefully learning fiqh is not boring for students. This study aims to (1. To know the effect of CTL againststudent motivation (2. To Know video media influence on student learning outcomes (3. To know the effect of the CTLand Media Video on the students motivation. The method used in this study is an experimental method that reveal therelationship between two variables or more, or look for the influence of a variable to the other variables through theseexperiments can be obtained from the data on effects of CTL and Media Video on the motivation of the students on thesubjects of fiqh in MIN Muara siban Fences natural. After testing the equality of two average by using t-test result, theexperimental class posttest scores differed significantly from the control class posttest score thitung 3.79> 2.01 ttable to thesignificant level of 5%. This quasi-experimental research results indicate that the effect of CTL and video media in MuaraMIN Siban Pagar Alam on Students’ motivation has proven successful in increasing student motivation.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study is the condition of the discipline teacher of Islamic education clump at this time there is an increase in teaching, with the holding of the efforts of coaching by the school principal. Constraints head Madrasah in improving the discipline of teachers to teach there must be constraints such as feeling uncomfortable if reprimand teachers who lack discipline or fear of offense, and so on, but according to head Madrasah is not the reason the head of Madrasah in improving the discipline of teachers in teaching, the head of Madrasah continue to work with ways to improve the discipline until the teacher would beruba. Efforts head Madrasah in improving teachers’ teaching discipline clump PAI is as follows. Principals always provide direction and guided to all the teachers in the Mts. State Kertapati Central Bengkulu include: Addressing at the meeting, ask for help with the deputy head of the Madrasah for coaching, the approach to the teacher, then head of the Madrasah also always include the teachers clump PAI for megikuti training or worksop, then the last resort is to report to the supervisor Madrasah, then keKemenag District reported that moved redeployed.
