Abstract

Subsidy policies are implemented by governments as an instrument to maintain economic stability and protect household welfare, particularly in facing rising prices and declining purchasing power. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of subsidy policies in improving household purchasing power and evaluating their impact on economic welfare. The research employs a quantitative approach using household survey data analyzed through descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results indicate that subsidy policies have a significant positive effect on household purchasing power by reducing expenditure burdens and supporting consumption capacity. However, the effectiveness of subsidies depends on accurate targeting and efficient distribution mechanisms. This study concludes that well-designed subsidy policies can strengthen household economic resilience and contribute to sustainable welfare improvement

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital platforms has transformed marketing strategies, particularly through influencer marketing, which has become an important approach for promoting local products. This study aims to analyze the impact of influencer marketing on consumers’ purchasing decisions for local products. The research employs a quantitative method using survey data collected from consumers who have interacted with influencer-based promotions. Data analysis is conducted through statistical testing to examine the relationship between influencer marketing factors and purchasing decisions. The results indicate that influencer credibility, attractiveness, and engagement significantly influence consumers’ decisions to purchase local products. This study concludes that influencer marketing plays a crucial role in increasing consumer trust and encouraging purchase intentions, providing valuable insights for local businesses in developing effective digital marketing strategies

Abstract

Financial literacy and financial technology have become two important factors influencing the financial well-being of Generation Z amid the rapid development of the digital economy. However, differences in financial knowledge and the intensity of financial technology utilization may produce varying impacts on individuals' financial well-being. This study aims to analyze the relationship between financial literacy, financial technology, and the financial well-being of Generation Z. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving Generation Z respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being. Financial technology also demonstrates a positive and significant relationship with financial well-being by facilitating more effective financial management. Simultaneously, financial literacy and financial technology contribute significantly to improving the financial well-being of Generation Z. Therefore, strengthening financial literacy and promoting the responsible use of financial technology are essential strategies for enhancing the financial well-being of Generation Z

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a critical strategic initiative for organizations seeking to improve operational efficiency, innovation capabilities, and financial performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on corporate financial performance by examining how the adoption of digital technologies influences profitability, productivity, and competitive advantage. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from companies that have implemented digital transformation initiatives, analyzed through statistical regression techniques. The findings indicate that digital transformation has a significant positive effect on corporate financial performance, particularly through enhanced operational efficiency, cost optimization, and improved decision-making processes. This study concludes that digital transformation serves as a strategic driver for sustainable corporate growth and long-term financial success

Abstract

The increasing demand for sustainable business practices has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt circular economy principles as a strategy to improve long-term competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of the circular economy in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs through resource efficiency, waste reduction, innovation, and sustainable value creation. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey of MSME owners and managers, with data analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that circular economy practices significantly improve operational efficiency, stimulate product and process innovation, strengthen market competitiveness, and enhance business sustainability. The study concludes that integrating circular economy principles into MSME operations represents an effective strategic approach for achieving competitive advantage while supporting sustainable economic development
