Abstract

PT. Bhakti Karya Cemerlang is an enterprise specializing in providing outsourcing services. As of July 2017, the company managed approximately 700 outsourced employees. The management of personnel data, partner contracts, and payroll calculations currently relies on Microsoft Office, which often results in operational inefficiencies, slow reporting, and high vulnerability to errors during employee evaluations. To mitigate these issues, this study develops a payroll information system utilizing the Zachman Framework. The framework systematically maps the enterprise architecture across four key perspectives: Planner, Owner/Analyst, Designer, and Builder. The final deliverable of this research is a web-based payroll system prototype. System testing was conducted using Black-Box testing with 68 test cases, yielding a 100% validity rate. Compatibility testing via SortSite software identified two critical issues, specifically due to the inactivation of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) during the test environment. Evaluation of the enterprise architecture using the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Scorecard showed a success rate of 77.60%, validating the model's structure.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is highly vulnerable to natural disasters, necessitating a rapid and systematic post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction process. However, regional disaster management agencies frequently encounter subjective and inconsistent damage assessments from field surveyors due to the absence of clear standardized criteria. To address this issue, this study develops a web-based Intelligence Decision Support System Dynamic (IDSSD). The system integrates a classically modified Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, specifically Modified-TOPSIS, with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model utilizing a Single Layer Perceptron Neural Network. The Modified-TOPSIS method utilizes Pairwise Comparison to objectively determine criteria weights, while the Neural Network dynamically adjusts criteria weights when encountering new or unpatterned data. The system was evaluated using confusion matrix parameters (accuracy, precision, recall, and F-measure) based on 16 field datasets from BPBD Blitar, East Java. The experimental results demonstrate that the Modified-TOPSIS method achieves an accuracy of 75% (classified as Fair Classification), whereas the integrated Neural Network-Modified TOPSIS method achieves an accuracy of 81% (classified as Best Classification). The integration of Neural Network significantly enhances system adaptability and objectivity in assessing post-disaster damage.

Abstract

Wedding is a sacred and highly significant lifecycle event that involves elaborate planning and coordination of diverse elements. Busy schedules in modern social classes make it difficult for families and couples to personally manage all wedding preparations, prompting high demand for professional Wedding Organizer (WO) services. This research develops a Wedding Organizer Information System for Dekorqu Wedding Organizer in Bandar Lampung to address manual operational challenges, such as the requirement for customers to visit physical offices and paper-based booking records in ledgers which are prone to data loss and transcription errors. Utilizing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation phases, this system accelerates the software development lifecycle to achieve functional delivery. The system was developed using PHP, Apache Web Server, and MySQL database, configured to manage transactions, customer profiles, product catalogs, and automate report generation. Testing was conducted using the Black-Box Testing methodology to verify that all functional interfaces and data exchange operations perform successfully according to user requirements.

Abstract

The Human Resources Bureau (Bureau HR) of Polda utilizes information technology to support its daily operations, specifically through the "Assessment Center Application System". This application is designed to enhance the effectiveness of conducting career assessments for officers holding the ranks of Iptu, AKP, and Kompol. To evaluate the success and user acceptance of this system, an information system audit was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study analyzes the relationship between four key variables: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, User Acceptance, and User Quality. Using Slovin's formula, a sample size of 274 respondents was selected from a population of approximately 800 police officers. The data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression in SPSS. The empirical results demonstrate that while Perceived Ease of Use and User Acceptance have a significant positive effect on User Quality, Perceived Usefulness does not significantly influence User Quality. Simultaneously, the independent variables significantly explain 13.5% of the variance in User Quality, with the remaining 86.5% influenced by other external factors.
