Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between waist flexibility and smash skills of volleyball players at State Senior High School 4 Bengkulu Selatan. Correlation research is a study that attempts to determine whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. The independent variable is waist flexibility with the dependent variable being smash skills. The type of sample in this study uses a total sampling technique. The sample is all 15 volleyball players at State Senior High School 4 Bengkulu Selatan. The instrument used in this study is a waist flexibility and smash skills test. The waist flexibility and smash skills test obtained rtable of 0.51 because the correlation coefficient between rxy = 0.79 > 0.51 and a contribution of 62.41%, which means the relationship between waist flexibility and smash skills of volleyball players at State Senior High School 4 Bengkulu Selatan is significant and large. Thus, the hypothesis that reads "there is a relationship between waist flexibility and smash skills of volleyball players at State Senior High School 4 Bengkulu Selatan" is accepted. This means that there is a relationship between waist flexibility and smash skills of volleyball players at State Senior High School 4 Bengkulu Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leg muscle training on shooting in Bunga Kenanga Futsal Club players in Bengkulu City. This type of research is an experimental study with a sample of 18 players. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results of the initial test (Pre-Test) and the final test (Post-Test) that have been carried out, it can be concluded that leg muscle training has a significant effect on shooting in Bunga Kenanga futsal club players which shows that the t count value (4.07) > t table value (1.734). The average value of 33.33 in the initial test and after being given leg muscle strength training treatment there was an increase in the average value of 40.28. In addition to the increase in the average value of the final test (Post-Test), it is also seen in the analysis of data description, where in the initial test the sample obtained a score of 10 people (56%) with a poor classification, as many as 8 people (44%) with a moderate classification and no players with a good and very good classification and very poor while in the post-test obtained as many as 3 people (17%) with a poor classification, as many as 11 people (61%) with a moderate classification, as many as 4 people (22%) with a good classification and no players with a very poor and very good classification.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of kicking variation training on shooting skills in futsal games on female extracurricular himajas players at Dehasen University, Bengkulu. This type of research is experimental research with a sample of 20 players. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect of the influence of kicking variation training to various targets in developing the shooting skills of futsal players in the female himajas futsal extracurricular. The results were stated in the calculated t value of 4.35 and t table (0.05) (19) 2.093, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and a percentage increase of 27%, so Ha was accepted. The shooting pretest data of female himajas futsal extracurricular players in the very poor category were 3 players with a percentage of 15%, the poor category were 14 players with a percentage of 70% and the moderate category were 3 players with a percentage of 15% and in the good and very good categories there were no players who got this category. Then the posttest shooting data was obtained for the Himajas female futsal extracurricular players in the very poor category with a percentage of 5%, the poor category with a percentage of 5% and the moderate category with a percentage of 9 players with a percentage of 45% and in the good category with a percentage of 5 players with a percentage of 25% and there were no players in this category who were very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of Physical Education (PJOK) test items for grade VI of SD Negeri 84 in Bengkulu City in terms of difficulty level, discriminating power, and distractor level. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, descriptive research attempts to provide systematically and accurately the actual facts and characteristics of a particular population. This research was conducted by collecting several data including exam questions, answer keys, and student answer sheets which were then processed and analyzed so that information can be obtained regarding the quality of multiple-choice test items for the semester exam on the subject of PJOK in SD Negeri 84 Bengkulu City grade VI. The sample in this study was 20 students. The results of the study showed that the quality of the semester exam questions for the subject of Physical Education in Elementary School 84 Bengkulu City, which was reviewed from the level of difficulty, discriminating power and distractor level, obtained a difficulty index p < 0.3 of 3 with a percentage of 15%, then a difficulty index of 0.3 - 0.7 of 6 with a percentage of 30% and then a difficulty index P > 0.7 of 11 with a percentage of 55%. Discrimination Level Criteria Items with poor classification were 1 with a percentage of 3%, moderate classifications were 3 with a percentage of 8%, good classifications were 3 with a percentage of 8%, very good classifications were 33 with a percentage of 83% and very poor classifications were 0 with a percentage of 0%. The criteria for assessing the effectiveness of distractors with very good classifications are 11 with a percentage of 28%, good classifications are 1 with a percentage of 3%, quite good classifications are 0 with a percentage of 0%, less good classifications are 2 with a percentage of 5% and bad classifications are 28 with a percentage of 65%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between agility and speed on dribbling ability in extracurricular futsal players of SMP 13 Seluma. This type of research is correlation with test method with a sample of 18 players. The results of the study show a positive relationship between agility and dribbling of extracurricular players of SMP 13 Seluma with tcount = 2.2961 at α = 0.05, while ttable = 1.7010. The contribution is 52.72%. There is a negative relationship between speed and dribbling of extracurricular players of SMP 13 Seluma with tcount = 0.7580 at α = 0.05, while ttable = 1.7010. The contribution is 5.74%. There is a positive relationship between agility and speed with dribbling the ball of extracurricular players of SMPN 13 Seluma with the significance of the r count test = 0.3670 at α = 0.05. r count = 0.3987 > r table 0.3670. Its contribution is 15.89%.
