Abstract

Abstract —PD.Baru not using technology that can manage system in computerized, still keep data records in manual. So the risk is very easy to lose the data transaction and requires the calculation of the optimal measuring instrument purchase the following year and to know the point of safe supply stock to make a reservation back. Therefore, created a desktop application that has the features to manage sales, purchasing and inventory by using Economic Order Quantity and Re Order Point. Applications created using programming languages C# and using database SQL Server 2008. This application testing system using the method black box, by using the method black box this may indicate that the application has been able to meet the expected result. Expected after PD.Baru to implement this application, PD.Baru can manage well. Keywords: sales, purchasing, eoq, rop, desktop.

Abstract

Indonesian Language Lessons for 2nd grader of Elementary School with Standard of Competency 4 is the subject to discuss writing of short story with the correct words, capital words usage and the usage of correct full stop marker in the upright continued writing letters. The multiplatform application design is to seek solutions to problem learning method less attractive. This applications are operated in three operating systems, Windows, Android, and Ubuntu. This research employes approach of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by involving teachers and 2nd graders from Medalem II Public Elementary School in Tuban and Bangah 1 Public Elementary School in Sidoarjo. The data in research were colleted using questionnaires. In addition to using questionnaires, tests were conducted by giving Pre-Test and Post-Test that was, aimed at determininge the differences between the values obtained from the students before and after using the application. Keywords — E-Learning, Indonesian Language Lessons, Technology Acceptance Model

Abstract

Rapid advance of technology can be very helpful in improving the quality of education The need for technology in education has always been strongly linked with a big fund, so that often impede the use of technology in teaching and learning at the primary school level. The research objective is to facilitate teachers to create interactive presentations that engage and evoke the spirit and the attention of every student in the classroom with minimal funds. The development method of this learning application is Waterfall model by using the Microsoft Mouse Mischief and Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Conclusions drawn from the results of early qualitative analysis revealed three main benefits of interactive, collaborative and engaging learning with the Microsoft Mouse Mischief: (a) children showed higher levels of engagement, (b) children tend to be more active in the group, and (c) children prefer to play while learning on the big screen using the mouse input. Keywords— Microsoft Mouse Mischief, distributed computing, ICT in learning, open source system & technology

Abstract

Abstract — Traffic flow forecasting is one important part in Intelligent Transportation System. There are many methods had been developed for time series and traffic flow forecasting such as: Autoregressive Moving Average (ARIMA), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Support Vector Regression (SVR). SVR performance depend on kernel function and parameters of those kernel and data characteristic used in SVR as well. This research proposed hybrid method for traffic flow data clustering and forecasting. Fuzzy C-means is used in  order to minimize the variance in whole dataset. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used in order to select the appropriate parameters for SVR. Experimental result shows the proposed method give MAPE below 4% in all test sites. Keywords—fuzzy c-means, particle swarm optimization, prediksi data lalu lintas, support vector regression, time-series.
