Abstract

Information technology has long been used in business processes at the PT.Y and are expected to provide added value to the achievement of enterprise goals. In addition to its benefits, the application of information technology also contains risks that may affect the business process itself, causing losses for the enterprise. Therefore, enterprise must understand and anticipate any potential risks that may occur. Application of good information technology risk management aim to reduce the negative impacts of risk that may arise. To find out the extent to which enterprise manage the risks associated with information technology it needs to be evaluated. The research will use the Risk IT framework with Risk Governance domain approach as an information technology risk management standards issued by ISACA to evaluate the implementation of risk management governance at the PT. Y. The evaluation process will be based on a maturity model that has been defined by the Risk IT framework to measure the maturity level of information technology risk management governance conditions at the PT. Y.

Abstract

Systematic thinking is a process of thinking that should be introduced from early age. While developing such thinking, students will learn how to solve a task by breaking it down to smaller tasks and complete them one by one. There are many activities that can support such thinking. One of them is to program visually. Visual programming is usually featured with drop-down blocks where students are only required to choose which process or logic needed than then put them in the play board. A training of such activity was done in a high school at Bandung, Indonesia with Scratch. Students were first introduced with Scratch, a software that is expected to help them think systematically. For conducting the training itself, several stages were followed. It started with introduction, and then followed by lecture and case-based practice. To engage students with the practice, the case study is COVID-19 where students are expected to deliver relevant information creatively, such as developing a game of social distancing, spray vs virus, etc. Evaluation shows that via this training, students were able to further develop their own systematic thinking via the creation of Scratch projects. Further, they believed that this training is interesting and can help them to study in the high school.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam dunia pendidikan mempengaruhi proses penyampaian dan cara belajar siswa. Pola pembelajaran yang dahulu merupakan teacher-centered learning bergeser ke student-centered learning. Salah satu bagian dari pergeseran pola belajar ini adalah semakin dalamnya integrasi (TIK) dalam pendidikan. Pengajar akan menggunakan TIK dalam menjelaskan materi-materi yang diberikan dan siswa akan menggunakan TIK untuk membuat tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Canva merupakan salah satu kakas yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dan penyampaian pembelajaran dengan konsep design-thinking. Konsep pembelajaran tersebut diusung dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan untuk siswa sekolah menengah tingkat atas (SMA). Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara daring secara paralel untuk tujuh kelas tingkat XI yang diawali dengan penyampaian materi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan proyek Canva secara berkelompok. Tema yang diusung pada pembuatan proyek ini adalah pengembangan budaya wisata dan kuliner yang ada pada daerah masing-masing anggota kelompok. Melalui proyek ini, siswa diajak untuk saling berkolaborasi secara daring untuk menggabungkan ide dan kreativitas sehingga menghasilkan sebuah karya yang dengan memperhatikan target dan point-of-view audiensi. Evaluasi dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa materi yang diberikan dapat menarik minat siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan yang dapat berguna selama proses pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Kesehatan (yang menjadi objek penelitian) sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi pada proses bisnisnya. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tersebut tidak dilengkapi dengan melakukan perencanaan atau blueprint yang digunakan sebagai acuan pengembangan teknologi informasi sehingga dalam mengembangkan teknologi informasi tidak terintegrasi dan tidak selaras dengan rencana strategis organisasi. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya pemodelan teknologi informasi yang akan membantu organisasi untuk melihat current state organisasi sehingga dapat dengan mudah menentukan future state dan strategi yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, muncul permasalahan mengenai bagaimana melakukan pemodelan teknologi informasi pada Sekolah Tinggi Kesehatan. Pemodelan teknologi informasi dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Enterprise Architecture menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Framework, yaitu dengan menggunakan Treasury Enterprise Architecture Framework. Pemodelan teknologi informasi ini ditinjau dari designer perspective yang menghasilkan work products yang berfokus pada desain proses, model informasi, komponen dan desain aplikasi pada Sekolah Tinggi Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa dokumen pemodelan EA yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk dapat menentukan future state dan strategi yang dilakukan pada Sekolah Tinggi Kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstract —PD.Baru not using technology that can manage system in computerized, still keep data records in manual. So the risk is very easy to lose the data transaction and requires the calculation of the optimal measuring instrument purchase the following year and to know the point of safe supply stock to make a reservation back. Therefore, created a desktop application that has the features to manage sales, purchasing and inventory by using Economic Order Quantity and Re Order Point. Applications created using programming languages C# and using database SQL Server 2008. This application testing system using the method black box, by using the method black box this may indicate that the application has been able to meet the expected result. Expected after PD.Baru to implement this application, PD.Baru can manage well. Keywords: sales, purchasing, eoq, rop, desktop.

Abstract

CV. XYZ is an organization engaged in e-commerce, especially online hotel reservation. CV. XYZ uses and relies on information technology in carrying out organizational business activities. The use of information technology needs to be analyzed so that the use of information technology can be aligned with organizational goals, particularly the analysis of the application of controls related to information technology operations management. COBIT 5 - DS01 Manage Operation is used in analyzing information technology operations management to help organizations know the conditions related to information technology management operations in more detail.

Abstract

Abstract — Enterprise architecture design in organizations is one way to find out the information technology used by organizations today, especially in PT. Manufaktur Rak Gondola. PT. Manufaktur Rak Gondola uses the TOGAF 9.1 framework in designing the organization's corporate architecture. Enterprise architecture management analysis aims to ensure that all components that support the process are running well, are identified and functioning properly. The analysis carried out at the same time as the enterprise architecture design process, it will improve the quality of the resulting enterprise architecture design. The results of the analysis can be used as recommendations for adequate control in the running process. The design process that has been carried out, was analyzed using COBIT 5, APO03.01, and APO03.02. Abstract

Abstract — University in Bandung already has an IT Blueprint in 2009 and has successfully implemented several integrations in the financial system for academics. However, until 2020 there was no integration between the new student admission system and the academic system. Therefore, through this research, preparation and analysis were carried out to then proceed with the design in order to gradually document the IT Blueprint. And on this occasion discussed the preparation and analysis of the new student admission system and the academic system. The framework used is TOGAF 9.1 and TOGAF 9.2, namely in the preparation stage to phase B Architecture Vision. This research has been conducted from June 2019 to August 2020 and has produced a Value Chain Diagram, Stakeholder Map, and Solution Concept Diagram which will become the basis for phase B. The resulting Value Chain Diagram consists of the Value Chain Diagram for the admission system and the Value Chain Diagram for the academic system. In each diagram discusses the main activities and support activities of each system. The stakeholder map will explain each stakeholder involved in the admission system and the academic system and their relationship to architectural design. The Solution Concept Diagram illustrates the concept diagram as a solution architecture vision for admission and the academic system at University. Abstract

The development and use of information technology today cannot be avoided by most organizations, including one of the universities in Bandung. Universities have utilized information technology to support processes and activities that occur within universities, especially academic processes. Processes related to academics are supported by a new academic information system that has just been implemented, to complement the previous academic information system. In addition to the use of information technology at the university, information technology services are also an important part so that information technology can be provided according to user needs and affect user satisfaction. Analysis of the management of academic information system services needs to be done to find out services related to academic information systems and information systems according to user needs and can provide satisfaction to users, especially in the academic field. The analysis was carried out using the criteria on service intelligence and COBIT 5.0 DSS06.02 control the processing of information.

Abstract

Enterprise architecture is a proactive and holistic way to describe a company as a whole about responding to opportunities or problems by identifying and analyse changes that occur in the company in accordance with the company's vision and the results to be achieved. Enterprise architecture has several frameworks that can be implemented, one of which is TOGAF 9.1. An university in Bandung has many systems implemented for its operational continuity, one of which is the Academic System. The development of enterprise architecture with an academic system scope that has been carried out previously is by analysing the preliminary phase, phase A Architecture Vision, phase B Business Architecture, phase C Information System Architecture, and phase D Technology Architecture. To be able to achieve the target architecture, further development is carried out in phase E Opportunities and Solutions. To achieve this goal, data collection related to the outputs of the previous phases was carried out, then carried out the steps in phase E. Then it was compiled into an enterprise architecture document using the TOGAF 9.1 framework by conducting a gap analysis review, maturity level systems, solutions tailored to the target architecture and the results of gap analysis and maturity level and system migration planning.
