Promotions were given to the Civil Service for services that has reached the work that has been determined by the government, in practice the process of promotion and making SKKPT in proposing the promotion of Civil Servants particularly at the sub-district government Bukit Intan experienced delays in meeting the needs employee documents on the promotion of civil servants. See the existing problems, the research method used for this research is the method of data collection, system development methodology, system approach method of data collection is done by observation and interviews. System development method used is the method Object Oriented. The method of analysis of existing data will be described in terms of activiy Diagram, Use Case. The depiction of the design of the data base will be described in the form Relation Table, Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD). Promotion of information system design using Visual Basic 2008 program and to the database using Microsoft Access 2000. With the advancement of Information Systems is a data search process more effective and efficient, so as to support the development of Information Systems at the sub-district promotion Bukit Intan Pangkalpinang.

Sundanese script is one revised regional Indonesia which is the work of the sundanese have orthographic peculiarities in terms of how the writing system by using a non-latin character as well as in terms of the unique pronunciation, therefore his presence should be conserved. One of its preservation efforts is to build an sundanese script recognition systems, which in the process is to identify a pattern of characters can make use of a technique of feature extraction and classification of characteristics, one of which was modified direction featured (MDF) which is the hallmark of the extraction method based on the shape of the patterns on the image, whereas the methods used for the process of classification of characteristics of an image is learning vector quntization (LVQ). This system will accept input in the image of sundanese script and image patterns revised its characteristics will be taken and entered into the database that will be used as training data, then done in the result of the extraction of characteristics are grouped into classes to the nearest value identified on a class derived from the test image, its function is to support the introduction of this aksara can be combined with text to speech. Text to speech system (TTS) is a system that can turn text into speech, so that the output can be showing the introduction of aksara sunda examples of their pronunciation. The level of accuracy of the test results of the 300 samples data of aksara sunda verified correctly between the suitability of image characters with names and their pronunciation is of 78.67%.

Utilization of technology in education is very important, especially at the University of Technology in Yogyakarta, which is one of the private universities in Yogyakarta with several objectives, one which is utilizing the maximum potential of technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning and dissemination of science and technology. One factor that can improve academic services are scheduling a lecture. Making a schedule of lectures is not an activity that is easy to do, because in doing scheduling not only arrange the schedule between subjects, time, lecturers and rooms. College scheduling systems currently running is less effective, because it requires a long time, and often clashes at student schedules. In this research, system development, scheduling lectures at the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Technology Yogyakarta, where the scheduling system, click and drag more easily and to minimize clashes class schedules.

Competition between Private Universities (PTS) to get new students increasingly tight course, making the marketing department at any educational institution undertake various promotional model that is exciting and innovative, plus competitors from new opening cooperation Asean Economic Community (AEC). One of the breakthrough strategies undertaken apart from the various models of the promotion is to open up the new student registration database that has been saved to be sufficiently large. The goal is to get a pattern of relationships between data on the attributes of the student database. Patterns can provide prefix information (knowledge base) as a base to get a map of the area students who apply to the Banks Association Institute. To get the pattern diekstark database using data mining techniques with association rule mining and algorithms priori.this research uses secondary data that already exists in Marketing Bureau and the Bureau of PTI, the entire database of students who enroll in PERBANAS Institute in period of 3 years (2013-2015. The results of data processing using data mining, can describe patterns of relationships between data attributes are selected, which describes the distribution area prospective students who apply and are accepted on any existing courses at the Institute Banks Association. Bioinformatics research is currently working on the changing of the DNA information, and marking the mutation for the DNA. For comparing DNA and finding out how two DNA can have similarities, bioinformatics using algorithms that works in global alignment and local alignment. The global alignment is comparing all the characters in sequence while the local only take a piece of characters from the alignment. This study proposes two algorithms for processing the DNA sequence in global alignment. The akgorithms are Needleman-Wunsch and Lempel-Ziv algorithms. These algorithms work with building a scoring matrix and create an alignment based on the matrix. The experiment is conducted by testing DNA sequences randomly with the length less than 1000 characters and more than 1000 characters. Needleman-Wunsch leading with processing speed up to 1 miliseconds for less than 1000 character dataset and 42 miliseconds for more than 1000 characters dataset, while Lempel-Ziv is leading the processing speed on specific case of perfect phrase in DNA sequence.

Abstract — Information and technology are growing rapidly and are being used in numerous fields. Hotel industry is one of the many fields that utilize information and technology. Hotel is an industry that provides lodging services, food, and also some other services. TriJaya is a hotel that's located in Cirebon. This hotel does not a website yet, so customers need to come to the hotel and manually process their reservation. These reservation processes will be a lot more difficult if there are a lot of customers at the same time, which will increase the probability of human error and make the customers less satisfied. With the establishment of reservation, online services, and customer satisfaction measurement website, the hotel reservation services will be easier; food services will be easier, and will also help maintain the hotel quality. Servqual is a method to measure quality and customer satisfaction from a number of viewpoints. The measurement result will be used to make the hotel aware of their average customer satisfaction and also to identify which part of the services needs to be improved. This website is expected to support the business process and solve the problems that this hotel currently has. Keywords— hotel, services, reservation, servqual, survey.

The administration management as an activity and institute’s main task which is also called as Back Office System, supported by several information systems. The data need and information in one information system cannot be fulfilled only by one information source, but it needs a composition from a two or more sources in one institute/organization. To solve this problem, we need an architecture model which can solve integration system between different information systems. This Integrated Information System Design Research Method uses Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach as the architecture base, Model View Controller (MVC) method as the model in the programming (coding). The applied development method SOA utilizes Service Oriented Modelling and Architecture (SOMA) development system, it is a system design method which classifies business process in to a service group. The SOA application is because of its loosely coupled, highly interoperable, reusable and interoperability characteristics cause SOA reliable in information development and integration. While the integrated information system which is built using MVC method, easier to be maintained and developed. This research produce employment service, asset service, supplies service, financial service and also system prototype as a dashboard for employment service with SOA approach and MVC method which uses Representational State Transfer (REST) technology

Human Computer Interaction is how to make a good communication between computer and user. In its development, not only focused on usability aspect and technical, but also how to make product more persuasive in psychological aspect. Kansei Engineering (KE) comes to fulfill the product designing which involves user’s psychological or affective factors. There are several KE method in designing product, one of them is Kansei Engineering Type I which is involved in this research. The purpose in this research is to know some psychological factors related with web based interface e-learning design and how to make web based e-learning guideline matrix recommendation by Kansei Engineering Type I.  10 web based e-learning specimens, 20 Kansei Words and 30 participants are involved in the research.

Developments of web for information system today are really popular. We can access the system from anywhere by internet connection. This paper focus on design of the web application that using Single Page Application concept. Using AJAX technology the application will provide an interactive user experience, also the effective and efficiency usage of bandwith also be considered. Abstract — This paper describes a login system utilizing Two Factor Authentication and Zero Knowledge Proof using Schnorr NIZK. The proposed system is designed to prevent password leak when being sent over insecure network or when used in an untrusted devices. Zero Knowledge Proof is used for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and Two Factor Authentication is used to secure login process on untrusted devices.
