Abstract

Nowadays development of telecommunication technologies set out to the development of internet. It can be said that everyone over the world use internet as communication media to communicate to everybody in every place in the world. Marketing management has to follow this development in satisfiying customers ' needs. Commercial business move from traditional commerce to e-commerce by usinginternet as world wide communication device. And so does marketing management change from local to global marketing. There are lots of changes in management skills and knowledges in marketing. This article describes the change of global world by understanding the internet; include its advantages and disadvantages. Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi/bisnis telah menjadi tanpa batas yang jelas, baik dalam hal waktu maupun tempat, juga ditandai dengan meningkatnya perdagangan antar negara yang berbasis pada pengetahuan, menyangkut barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan atas dasar kemampuan intelektual manusia. Hal ini telah mendorong pada karya- karya intelektual yang semakin memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Perubahan paradigma perusahaan era mass production menjadi customized production merupakan implikasi perubahan iklim bisnis tersebut. Saat ini perkembangan dunia menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual atau modal yang berbasis pengetahuan telah memberikan sumbangan kekayaan yang jauh melebihi kekayaan yang bersumberpada kekayaan fisik lainnya. Kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin maju organisasi/negara, semakin tergantung pada modal intelektual, mengingat modal intelektual tersebut lebih bersifat “renewable” dan "sustainable" sehingga organisasi dapat menjadi champion didalam persaingannyaPaten dan Hak Cipta sebagai sistem HKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual) dimaksudkan sebagai instrumen perlindungan hukum terhadap karya intelektual (yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat) selama kurun waktu tertentu disamping juga dimaksudkan untuk merangsang siapapun (baik sebagai anggota organisasi maupun sebagai individu) untukmenghasilkan karya-karya kreatifKata Kunci: Paten, Hak Cipta, Organisasi Belajar (Learning Organization).

Abstract

This writing is likely to discuss about process, approaches,interrupting, and models of new product evaluation. The effective strategies and extract of new product development are determining factors of firm's survival. It is not an easy role to perform, for it needs lots of tries, time and firm's resources ability - include risk and failure cost. New product development starts from identification of consumer's needs and wants until commercialization, include launching and interrupting new product. Being done well, each step insuch development is hardly required to evaluate before go to next step. There are some new product development models available to be extract. The use of models depends on our goal. For example, products type data available, environment, time, and diagnostic of information. In evaluating new product, managers can use those models. Abstract

The principal of the control system is to manage a system in such way hence the result of that system can be measured and compared with the expected result standard. If they were some discrepancies, a correction should be made to rectify the discrepancies according to the expected requirement.In social system, management, economics and cooperation forinstance, control system is a required function in order to operate the system in such arrangement in order to provide productivity as planned standard. The requirement of a reliable control system in the future 21St century is increased, because data to be processed are plenty, more complex and changes dynamically. Planning is well known in management field. It basically is a standard to be followed in order to operate a project or trading. Nowadays, computer systems have been developed and widely used; therefore cash flow control system can be programmed and implemented easilyeven though the data are relatively abundant. Similar situation in cooperation, control system is necessary, many examples proved that the achievement of the cooperation is dependenton controlling. Because its control system was not well planned, it seemed the success on the cooperation is relied on its organizer.Key words : control system, management
