Abstract

Madrasah tsanawiyah negeri is an islamic school which have the same level as junior high school.Sometimes it requires outstanding students to be recommended to a special class, which not only considersacademic score, but also non-academic of each student. To avoid subjective decision, it need DecisionSupport System (DSS) in providing student recommendations.One of DSS methods to solving a problem is TOPSIS. TOPSIS is based on the concept that the chosenalternative should have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution as well as the longest distancefrom the negative ideal solutionThis study focuses on providing recommendation of outstanding students at MTsN TambakberasJombang. Observations data are collected from students grade 7 and processed using TOPSIS method. Thecriteria variables are academic score, nonacademic score, extra score, attitude score, attendance score,communication skill, and expertness. The result of preference score is generated by system then comparedwith result of manual. The comparison obtained an accuracy of 99.75%. Then, based on blackbox testingit can be concluded that the system is feasible to be used in this study case.Keywords: DSS, TOPSIS, Recommended Student, Outstanding Class.

Abstract

Scholarship of underprivileged is a grant provided by goverment or institutions to students fromunderprivileged family. Scholarship covering all levels of education, whether student still in primary schooluntil college. The selection of scholarship is obtained if students meet the specified criteria. Scholarshipselection in the SMK Sultan Agung 1 Jombang sometimes not accordance with assessment results. Manyrich student are able to get scholarship while underprivileged students don’t get scholarship. The largenumber of students applying for scholarship make it difficult to make a decision. Based on this, build adecision support system can assist SMK Sultan Agung 1 Jombang to manage the selection of scholarshipbased on criteria. Decision Support System are build using PHP as programming language and MySQL asdatabase. This system is called Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). SAW method is performing a weightedsum of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. This method are suitable to be used inmaking decision support system because the result obtained accordingly. The System do ranking from thebest alternative of the student who applied scholarship. System has been tested to determine performanceof the system along with functions contained in the system. Testing is done using Blackbox testing method.This test done by trying the existing function on the system, whether it is suitable with the expected resultby the school. The result obtained from Blackbox testing indicate that the system created has been runningwell.Keyword : Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting, Scholarship

Abstract

The need for communication technology that can find out the customer's buying interest is something that isneeded by the company, the goal is that the company can obtain consideration regarding product sales andappropriately take a policy regarding pricing of a product, the amount of product supply and so on. The naïvebayes classifier method is sufficient to be able to find out how much the customer's buying interest in aninternet package product is by analyzing the results of past sales, meaning that the Naive Bayes algorithmcan predict future opportunities based on past experience, by defining each class from all attribute. The naivebayes classification is assumed that there is or not a certain feature and a class has nothing to do with othercharacteristics and classes. This study defines several characteristics, namely operator, quota, active periodand product price. From the results of this study is the author can find the value of accuracy from the resultsof calculating interest and not by comparing the results of predictions with actual results outside the trainingdata. Based on data on internet package product sales as training data, the Naive Bayes method successfullyclassifies 10 product data with 858 transaction data as training data and 10 product data with 115 transactiondata as test data. From the analysis of all test data and training data, the truth ratio is 8/10, which is 8 out of10 products with predictive values that are of true value. So that the accuracy value is 80% and to find outthe customer's buying interest by calculating the sales data that has been past with the provisions and inaccordance with the specified label, the results of this prediction are expected to be a better policyconsideration for the sales business.Keywords: naïve bayes classifier, sales of internet package products.

Abstract

Implementing performance improvement programs, studios are solutions that can be used to achieve betterHasyim Asy'ari University. Using the Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) andAnalitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods, studio performance appraisal programs can be carried outoptimally because this method is all the needs and needs of all stakeholders that will be needed to make aneed to make the Main Performance Indicator (KPI). While AHP is used in making decisions from eachKPI to be weighted and then assessed to determine the scores of the studio program. The results obtainedfrom this study are in the results of the evaluation of informatics engineering courses obtained 9 generalcriteria and 28 sub-criteria or KPI. The average rating system from KPI is 81.53% giving informationabout the performance of the Unhasy Informatics Engineering Study Program as a whole its performancehas been good. For the KPI, the average time to successfully get a job and the dictate ratio of the subject isthe highest score while the KPI ratio of AC to the lecture room gets the lowest score.Keywords: Performance measurement, Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS), AHP.

Abstract

A Study Program certainly has a routine agenda every semester, such as a thesis session. Before the trialthesis is carried out, there are several stages that are passed. The recap and data verification phase is donemanually by the study program admin by looking at the complete requirements file. The process arises aproblem that is unable to know the authenticity of the requirements documents, especially the guidancesheet file, the approval of the trial registration from the lecturer. So we need a system that can solves theseproblems. The system will be created using the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) method because theverification process is not enough to do with a username and password. Using the 2FA method theverification system can ensure that the person who verifies is the authority. The result is an informationsystem for document management and document verification has been made using the Two FactorAuthentication (2FA) method..Keywords: document, verification, 2FA

Abstract

Inventory is a material deposit of a company in the form of raw materials, in-process goods and finishedgoods. Inventory is also a major factor in the center of corporate activity, one of which is influenced bydemand or sales. Vendor managed inventory (VMI) is one of inventory control system that is very useful toimprove company performance. This research uses Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology anduses fuzzy time series (FTS) method to predict demand or sales and leverage vendor managed inventory(VMI) model or system in which to apply formula for safety stock control which then developed bymodeling business and Implemented in the form of web-based information systems. By using the actualhistorical data of sales for 5 years which then predicted by fuzzy time series method, and from predictionresult is calculated for safety stock. By using 60 sample data from histori penjulan obtained Mean AbsoluteDeviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Square Percent Error (MAPE) are 50,690,4,600,953,015 and 15%. From the prediction results used for the calculation of safety stock in December2106 obtained value of 135,535. This indicates that the fuzzy time series is good enough to be used inpredicting demand or sales and stock control..Keywords: VMI, Inventory, RFID, Fuzzy time series, Safety stock.

Abstract

Boarding house is temporary house rent by a settled foreigner or someone who stays a way from home. Someof unhasy students from outside the city find some difficulties to get information about the boarding house, they haveto come and compare it. It makes them confused to select the best boarding house. Therefore, it is necesssary to presenta system on selecting a boarding house in order to help the students. The system implements MAUT method with several criteria related to finding the best boarding house. Thesuperiority of the MAUT method is able to process data from multiple criteria which have different attributes. Asanother DSS method, MAUT is only able to solve the problem of semi-structured and non-structured.The system work by searching the result of total evaluation on every boarding house based on the determinedcriteria and alternative clasification. As the result, the system shows the best boarding house to be recomended. the comparison between system and manual calculation gets 100 % accuration. This proves that the MAUT method hasbeen successfully applied to the system, and able to give recomendation the best boarding house based on the specificcriteria above.Keyword : boarding house, decision supporting system, MAUT, Information System

Abstract

Nganjuk is an area that has a myriad of very beautiful tours. Some of the attractions are Sedudo Waterfall,Embung Estumulyo, Ngetos Temple and many more interesting sights worth visiting. But efforts to promotethe tourism sector from the Nganjuk regency is still limited, such as the distribution of brochures from theDepartment of Tourism in the city center at the time of the Day of Nganjuk Anniversary. Use Dijkstra'sAlgorithm method as the nearest distance counter and use the Google Maps service to present a visual map.Nganjuk Tourism Application can guide the tourists by showing the closest route on the map to the touristlocation. Seeing Nganjuk tourism potential is so great then this thesis makes the application Nganjuk Tourbased on Android.
