INOVATE: Jurnal Ilmiah Inovasi Teknologi Informasi adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, yang bertujuan untuk menampung dan mempublikasikan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dari program studi Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, serta Ilmu Komputer. Fokus utama jurnal ini meliputi penelitian yang berkaitan dengan bidang teknologi informasi, sistem informasi, rekayasa perangkat lunak, serta ilmu komputer. Setiap artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal ini melalui proses review yang ketat, dengan tujuan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan teori, konsep, serta aplikasi dalam dunia teknologi informasi. Abstract

The storage of all data, both in the form of information or documents, used to only use books that were stored manually in document storage cabinets, which of course needed more space, but since the development of technology now uses databases to store school payment data. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. The calculation process uses the naïve Bayes method to classify each student transaction that is paid off and not yet paid off. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based school payment information system which is expected to facilitate transactions at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang, especially in the administration sector, and to classify every student transaction that is paid off and not yet paid off. The research aims to build a computerized system that can help process transactions. The research used the action research method. There are four stages in this research method, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. From the accuracy test, the system that has been built is 100% accurate. Abstract

One of the educational institutions at Jombang district is Pandanwangi State Elementary School which applies development of student's potential for their abilities and knowledge. Problem in the assessment process of outstanding students at Pandanwangi State Elementary School is that the school doesn’t have a grading system that can be used transparently and professionally. This study aims to design and implement the Weighted Product method in the decision support system for determining outstanding students at Pandanwangi State Elementary School based on the website. Decision support system for outstanding students was made based on a website using php programming language CodeIgniter and MySQL as a database. Method that used in this study is Weighted Product, this method was chosen because time required in the calculation is more efficient. Weighted Product method can make the assessment process for outstanding students at Pandanwangi State Elementary School more appropriate, and the results can be used as a reference in making appropriate decisions. Result of this study is a decision support system for outstanding students. With 7 criteria for the average value of the report card, the mandatory extra-curricular value of scouting, sports value, attendance, discipline, activeness and religious value obtain the best results was Alternative-20 whose the name Lintang Dwi A. Abstract

Information systems and sales predictions for herbal herbal medicine are needed to see sales developments in the form of graphs and tables, while predictions are used to see sales predictions in the next 3 days, 7 days ahead, 14 days ahead and 1 month ahead. The function besides seeing sales predictions is also used for future stock planning. The prediction method used is fuzzy time series cheng by utilizing sales data in the past with the first stages of collecting actual data, determining the width of the interval and the number of intervals, defining fuzzy sets, fuzzification, making tables of Fuzzy Logic Relations and Fuzzy Logic Relations Group and the last defuzzification. For the accuracy of the prediction results using the MAPE formula where in this study for 3 days prediction the MAPE value was 13.31% while for 7 days it was 7.25%, for 14 days it was 10.53% while for 1 month it was 6 ,64%. Abstract

Al Hikmah Vocational High School is one of the equivalent vocational / high school level educations that stands in Sumobito. In this study, it was taken to improve the quality and quality of the students of SMK Al Hikmah Sumobito. Especially to teachers and staff who work at SMK Al Hikmah Sumobito, in this study it can also improve the quality for teachers who get the best rankings who will get promotions and appreciation from the principal of SMK Al Hikmah Sumobito. Which aims to design and build a Website-Based Decision Support System for Exemplary Teacher Assessment at Al-Hikmah Sumobito High School and develop better human resources. The results of the design and development of this system can be used as information material for the next practitioner in making or developing a decision support system for selecting the best teacher using the website-based SMART method. Abstract

Communicating using sign language is foreign to most people and very few people know how to communicate using sign language because it is not a mandatory language to learn. This case becomes a problem for people with special needs to interact and communicate with other people, especially people who do not know and understand how to communicate using sign language. Conventional Neural Network is the method that will be used in this study because this method is one of the deep learning methods that has the best current results in detecting an object, Deep Learning has excellent capabilities in computer vision. One of them is in the case of object classification in the image. By implementing one of the machine learning methods that can be used for object image classification, namely Convolutional Neural Network CNN. This is because the CNN method tries to imitate the image recognition system in the human visual cortex so that it has the ability to process image information. However, CNN, like other deep learning methods, has a weakness, namely the old model training process. In this study, the author uses a new dataset but is limited to only 4 sign language gestures (Hello, ILoveYou, Yes, No, Thanks). The results of testing the sign language training dataset reached an accuracy of 93.33%. In sign language predictions, the accuracy of the "Hello" symbol is 95%, "ILoveYou" is 93% accurate, "Yes" is 97%, "No" is 91% accurate, "Thanks" is 100% accurate. Abstract

Fertilizer production activities require planning an adequate supply of raw materials to meet production needs so as not to experience shortages and excess stocks of raw materials. This research was conducted in the warehouse CV. Sambong Margo Utomo who experienced problems in the stock of raw material supplies due to the limited storage space they had and the data processing was still manual. The objectives to be achieved in this research are (1) To design an information system for the supply of raw materials for dolomite and calcium fertilizers (2) To build inventory system software using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) (3) To implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) in planning the need for raw materials for fertilizer in CV. Sambong Margo Utomo. The results of this study, namely the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method can be applied to an information system for the supply of raw materials for dolomite and calcium fertilizers in CV. Sambong Margo Utomo and testing of raw material inventory planning in January 2018 - December 2018 resulted in the frequency of orders, inventory costs and safety stock for each raw material. Abstract

Recruitment application PT. Pou Yuen Indonesia is an application that is useful for receiving and selecting job application files sent by applicants to companies. This system can make it easier for HRD to select employees and speed up the selection results. The selection process in this system uses a hierarchical analytical process calculation method, where the output is in the form of file rankings assessed from several criteria including education, expertise and completeness. In this system research, several stages are carried out, namely data collection, system requirements analysis, system analysis and design, system development, and ends with testing. Abstract

Game-based learning is a learning model that is often applied to students so that students can learn while playing games. In this research, the learning model especially the learning To Be in English is applied to help Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students compose sentences connecting the subject and predicate in English. Game-based learning are applied with the adventure game genre to be used for interesting learning model and make students more diligent and concentrate in completing the existing tasks, so that it is expected to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. This research uses a Multiplicative Random Number Generator in randomizing the questions in the game in order to produce different questions between users by using five different types of parameters. The result of this research is the Pandai To Be Adventure Game with Android-based. The application of the Multiplicative Random Number Generator algorithm in the game can run well. This is evidenced by the game's success in randomizing the questions that arise every time it is played. Even though the question bank is sequential, when the Pandai To Be Adventure Game is played, it will display a variety of question displays.
