Rehabilitation of uninhabitable home is an assistance program issued by the government to deal with problems by renovating home. This research was conducted with the topic regarding the selection of recipients of home rehabilitation assistance uninhabitable home in Pandanwangi village. In process of selection of recipient of assistance, is still done manually so it takes a long time, and allows the occurrence of the human error factor at a time. The research aims to build computerized system that can help the selection process recipient of assistance. This research used action research method. This method consists of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The process calculation using the model Weighted Product using the technique of multiplication to connect rating attribute, where the rating of each attribute needs to be raised to advance with the weights of the attributes concerned. The results of this research are decision support system that can help facilitate staff performance in make decisions process by referring to the results of a ranking model. The alternative ranking results state that the alternative named Sai has the highest value with a total value of 0.065215. From the accuracy test, accuracy level of the system was built reached 80%. Sales forecasting is a program to forecast future sales based on historical data that aims to reduce the excess in producing goods. This research was conducted at the company CV. Surya Kencana Food, Jln. Brigadier General Kretarto No 189 Jombang 61413, Jombang District, Jombang Regency. In selling goods, the company has difficulty estimating how many sales for the next month, resulting in the company producing goods in excess that are not in accordance with market demand, which results in companies experiencing losses. This study aims to build a computerized system that can help the process of selling goods that can help companies in selling goods in the next month based on historical data. In action research. This research method which consists of four stages consisting of: planning, action, observation and reflection, with the calculation process using the Fuzzt Time Series (FTS) method that uses calculations based on historical data. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system which is expected to help the company in predicting (predicting) sales of Gerry products in the following month. In the calculation process, forecasting accuracy is done using MAPE to test how accurate the forecasting is. Results of forecasting in December 2019, namely: 13817 with a MAPE value of 9.46%. Al Hikmah Vocational High School is one of the equivalent vocational / high school level educations that stands in Sumobito. In this study, it was taken to improve the quality and quality of the students of SMK Al Hikmah Sumobito. Especially to teachers and staff who work at SMK Al Hikmah Sumobito, in this study it can also improve the quality for teachers who get the best rankings who will get promotions and appreciation from the principal of SMK Al Hikmah Sumobito. Forward chaining is a method of finding starting with known facts and matching those facts with IFand IFTHEN. If any facts match IF, the rule is executed. If a rule is executed, the new facts are included in thedatabase. Every shuffle starts at the top of the rule. Each rule can only be executed once and the process stops ifno rule can be executed. CV Soerya Com is a business providing printer services, laptop services, computer services and toner refills. Problems often arise when forecasting the number of toner refills in each period, because calculating toner inventory often results in a shortage or excess of toner. In this business location problem, an information system for forecasting the number of toner refills is needed. The method used in this research is the Weighted Moving Average method, namely to predict the future and each data is given a different weight from the previous data. Data generated from observations is from January 2018 to September 2023. Application using the Weighted Moving Average method (3 months) in October 2023 is 15 pcs. From the test results for the number of toner refills, the MAD, MSE and MAPE error values were 5.43, 42.50 and 36.02%. The results of the MAPE forecasting accuracy level are moderate, namely with a value of 36.02%. Keywords: Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average, MAD, MSE and MAPE.

Employee performance evaluation is a crucial element in human resource management to assessindividual contributions to organizational goals and identify areas where productivity can be improved.Manual assessments that are subjective often lack accuracy and fairness. This research aims to design aweb-based decision support system for employee performance evaluation using the MOORA method(Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) for the Jombang District Education andCulture Office. MOORA was chosen for its effectiveness in handling multi-criteria in complex decisions.The system facilitates access and use with web technology. Requirements study, design, implementation,and testing have shown that the system provides more objective and accurate evaluations compared tomanual methods. This system is expected to improve the quality of performance evaluations and supportdata-driven decision-making at the Jombang District Education and Culture Office, serving as a model forother institutions in enhancing accuracy and precision in evaluating employee performance. This research aims to identify purchasing patterns of beverage products at a Beverage Franchise inJombang by applying the apriori algorithm, which the algorithm is one of the data mining methods used touncover association rules among a set of items. There are two important parameters used in findingassociation rules, namely support and confidence. This research utilizes sales transaction data of beverageproducts over February 2024. The analysis process includes several key stages, such as data collection,data preprocessing, parameter determination, application of apriori algorithm, and result analysis. Theresearch results show that apriori algorithm is capable to identifying the purchase patterns of beverageproducts conducted by consumers. Out of the 124 association rules formed, there are several itemcombinations with the strongest association rules among others. In the 3-itemset combination, there is acombination of purchasing Esteh Melati, Cookies & Cream, and Esteh Matcha Original with a confidencevalue of 100% and a lift ratio of 1,38. Meanwhile, in the 2-itemset combination, there is a combination ofpurchasing Esteh Matcha Original and Cookies & Cream with a confidence value of 90,48% and a liftratio of 1,25. Therefore, it can be concluded that apriori algorithm can understand consumers purchasingbehavior and assist business owners in making decisions to formulate strategies of their business.Keywords: Apriori Algorithm, Purchase Patterns, Beverage Products, Data Mining

The visitor satisfaction information system for service quality is an innovative solution to measure andimprove service quality in a public service. One of them is at the Nakata house inn, which provideslodging facilities for its visitors. However, with adequate facilities, Nakata's house still has one of itsshortcomings in the service system that makes communication between employees and visitors miss andthe limitations of promotions that are carried out so that it affects the satisfaction and interest of visitors.This research uses the weighted average method which aims to develop an information system inanalyzing and evaluating the level of visitor satisfaction with the quality of service. The weighted averagemethod is used to give weight to various aspects of the service that are assessed by visitors. So that theevaluation becomes accurate and detailed. This research involves collecting data from visitors throughquestionnaires and interviews, as well as data management using the weighted average method analysis.The results of this study show that the response from the response to the quality of Nakata house lodgingservices is included in a good category, because they get a score of 78 and the specification of the highestservice type in the employee responsibility category with a value of 3.5, while with the lowest valuespecification is found in the snack category with a value of 2.1. it is expected to provide concreterecommendations for lodging service providers in improving the quality of service based on the prioritydetermined by visitors. The visitor satisfaction information system for service quality using the weightedaverage method is expected to be able to make strategic decisions to increase visitor satisfaction andservice quality well and efficiently.Keywords: visitor satisfaction survey, lodging, service, weighted average

This study aims to design and develop an automatic essay scoring application using the Cosine similarityalgorithm, with a case study at MTS Perguruan Mu’allimat. The main objectives of this research are tounderstand the process of creating an automatic answer correction system and to explore the application ofthe Cosine similarity method in the automatic essay answer correction system. The research begins withdesigning the system based on Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles according to the systemrequirements analysis. The implementation of the Cosine similarity algorithm is conducted to calculate thesimilarity between students' answers and the correct answers. The results indicate that using the Cosinesimilarity algorithm in essay answer correction facilitates grading with reasonably good accuracy. Bytesting 10 student answers, the algorithm achieves an accuracy rate of 75.11% compared to manualcalculations. From these results, it can be concluded that this system is effective and accurate in scoringessay exams, and thus can be widely implemented to improve grading efficiency in educational settings.Keywords: essay grading application, Cosine similarity, automatic correction.

The increasingly rapid development of technology forces human life to follow every development, one ofwhich is the existence of computers which have become the main commodity in every activity. Advancesin technology and information also provide many conveniences in processing inventory data. Oneimportant aspect in an institution is the management of inventory items, because they are assets of theinstitution whose existence and condition must always be monitored and reported at all times. With thisreport, information regarding the presence or absence of an inventory item can be obtained. The goodsinventory system in public elementary schools in Bareng sub-district is not yet optimal regarding inventoryrecording reports and there is a lack of order in reporting inventory items. This research aims to design andimplement a website-based school inventory system using the Safety Stock method to increase theefficiency of school inventory items. This method prioritizes securing school inventory stock so that thereare no shortages when requested at each institution. The research results show that the application of theSafety Stock method is effective in managing school inventory in public elementary schools in Bareng sub-district, with a significant reduction in the waiting time for inventory items to arrive and the completiontime for school inventory reports. This system provides an efficient solution to improve the quality of theschool inventory security system and operational reports in each institution in the Bareng sub-district.Keywords: Inventory, Safety Stock, School.
