Abstract

Abstract Purpose – This study aims to evaluate to scholarly performance of articles on Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and analyze their impact, while also providing a scientific mapping of the literature concerning GHRM and its influence on organizational performance. Methodology – This study employed bibliometric analysis to map the intellectual landscape of GHRM and to assess the performance and impact of related scholarly publications. The bibliometric techniques applied include performance analysis and science mapping. Data for the analysis were sourced from the Scopus database. Findings – The analysis indicates a growing trend in GHRM related research publications between 2012 and 2023. The bibliometric findings indicate that GHRM positively contributes to sustainable and environmental performance, supports green supply chain management practices, and fosters pro-environmental employee behavior. Additionally, several studies underscore the positive impact of GHRM on both employee environmental attitude and overall organizational performance. Research Limitation – This study is limited by the scope of data available within the Scopus database. Furthermore, the analysis is constrained by its focus on selected scientific publications, potentially excluding other relevant sources of information. Practical Implications – HR professionals and policymakers should integrate these practices strategically and encourage collaboration across departments to meet stakeholder expectations and sustain competitiveness.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose – The study aims to determine the impact of training, development, and innovative work behavior on employee performance in the heavy machinery industry. Methodology – This study employs an explanatory approach using a logistic regression model with data collected through questionnaires from 79 respondents working in a heavy machinery industry in Indonesia. The variables studied include training, development, and innovative work behavior as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Findings – The results show that training and development have a significant positive effect on employee performance (p < 0.05), while innovative work behavior does not show a statistically significant impact (p > 0.05). The Nagelkerke R Square value indicates that 23.2% of the variance in employee performance can be explained by the model. Practical implications – From findings suggest that companies should focus on improving training and development programs to enhance employee performance. Meanwhile, efforts to foster innovative behavior may require a reevaluation of current strategies and organizational support mechanisms.

Abstract

Purpose – The aim of this research is to create a hydroponic greenhouse that can be viewed virtually. Methodology – The research method used is the multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) with stages of concept, design, asset creation, asset assembly, internal testing, and distribution for limited testing. Findings – The findings obtained were successful in creating a hydroponic greenhouse application. Originality – The originality of this research is the application of hydroponic greenhouses that can be enjoyed virtually by students and the public. Research limitations – The research limitations in this study are the VRBox tool which is still limited because it still uses Google Cardboard in terms of VR features. Practical Implications – This research is expected to have implications for application in schools to view hydroponic greenhouse rooms virtually. Social Implications – The social implications of this research are that it is useful for students and the community to see hydroponics virtually.

Abstract

Purpose – This study investigates the effect of green campaigns on green purchase behavior among female consumers of a cosmetic franchise in Surabaya. The campaign encourages customers to return used packaging as a form of environmental responsibility. Methodology – A descriptive analysis was conducted using data from 140 female respondents in Surabaya who were aware of the campaign and had made purchases in the last six months. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, focusing on the constructs of the Theory of Planned Behavior: attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control. Findings – The results indicate that consumers have a positive attitude toward the campaign and show a high level of perceived behavioral control, meaning they feel capable of engaging in green behavior. However, subjective norm scored lower, suggesting limited social pressure to act sustainably. Overall, the campaign was effective in encouraging pro-environmental purchase behavior. Originality – This study highlights the importance of clear and targeted green campaigns in influencing sustainable consumer behavior. By applying the Theory of Planned Behavior, it offers insights into how companies can enhance the impact of environmental initiatives in the beauty industry.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to identify and map potential risks in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) supply chain, particularly in the context of global energy transition goals set by the 2015 Paris Agreement. With increasing reliance on LNG as a primary energy source to replace coal, understanding risks that may disrupt its supply is critical for power generation systems.Methodology – A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted by collecting and screening relevant journal articles from the Scopus database. The risk identification and classification were based on the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model, which categorizes supply chain processes into Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver. The PRISMA protocol was applied to ensure transparency and rigor in document selection and content synthesis.Findings – A total of 21 risk factors were identified and mapped across the SCOR model. The highest concentration of risks (11 out of 21) occurs in the "Deliver" process, including supply disruptions, delivery delays, demand uncertainties, and overreliance on LNG as a primary energy source. These interconnected risks can trigger ripple effects such as increased electricity production costs and even the collapse of power grids due to imbalances in supply and demand.Originality – This study contributes to the literature by systematically integrating risk factors in the LNG supply chain with the SCOR framework and highlighting the vulnerabilities in the delivery stage. It offers practical insights for stakeholders in the LNG and power sectors to develop mitigation strategies, particularly in anticipation of future energy crises linked to LNG shortages.
