Abstract

This study aims to develop a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system to reduce surveillance blind spots and improve security coverage at the BRI Cempaka Mas Branch Office, Jakarta. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using direct observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and literature review. The study focused on identifying blind spots, evaluating camera positions and viewing angles, assessing network infrastructure, and determining the requirements for CCTV system improvement. System development included the installation of additional cameras, camera repositioning, network cable organization, IP configuration, PoE optimization, NVR configuration, and system testing. The results showed that the CCTV system capacity increased from 16 to 24 cameras, while five previously identified blind spot areas were eliminated. Surveillance coverage increased from approximately 80% to 100%. Connectivity testing demonstrated a 100% connection success rate for all 24 cameras, with no packet loss or IP conflicts. The NVR successfully supported live monitoring, recording, playback, motion detection, and multi-screen functions. These findings demonstrate that combining camera expansion with strategic repositioning and network infrastructure improvements can substantially enhance CCTV effectiveness and monitoring reliability in banking facilities. The study provides a practical reference for systematic CCTV development based on coverage analysis and operational requirements.

Abstract

A fingerprint-recognition-based door security system using a fingerprint sensor is designed to enhance access security. The process begins with the user registration stage, where a fingerprint is scanned and its digital data is stored in the fingerprint database as a reference. When a user requests access, the fingerprint is scanned again by the sensor, and the data is automatically compared with the stored records. If a match is found, the system sends a signal to unlock the door and automatically records the time and user identity in the security log. This system offers a secure, fast, and practical biometric solution for managing door access automatically and reliably.

Abstract

The Tematik Aperta Nusantara (TAN) Course and Training Institution (LKP) offers various training programs aimed at enhancing participant competence. However, the process of determining the appropriate training program for prospective participants is currently conducted manually through interviews and initial assessments by staff, a method that is time-consuming and prone to subjectivity. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to classify prospective training participants at LKP TAN using the *Profile Matching* method, thereby making the selection process more objective, efficient, and structured. The research methodology encompasses observation, interviews, literature review, and the development of a web-based system implementing the *Profile Matching* technique. Participant data is collected via registration and questionnaires, then processed based on five criteria: interest in the training field, basic computer skills, information technology experience, communication skills, and creativity. The results demonstrate that the developed system is capable of managing participant data, criteria data, and ideal training program profiles. It performs *Profile Matching* calculations—including GAP analysis, GAP weighting, *Core Factor* and *Secondary Factor* assessments, and final score computation. The system generates training program recommendations ranked by the level of compatibility between the participant's profile and the program's ideal profile. Consequently, the developed system assists LKP TAN in classifying prospective training participants more effectively, objectively, and through a computerized process.

Abstract

Cottage Islamic boarding school Sabilul Huda makes it mandatory his students follow various routine activities , starting from prayer congregation , religious study , deposits memorization , until memorize together , but recording his presence Still done manually using book absence so that often cause error recording , long recap process , minimal announcement for students who do not present , as well as vulnerable manipulated , while lack of utilization technology is also a concern make Islamic boarding school left behind in the digital era. Research This aim design and build System Activity Monitoring Information Students Use Web- Based Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Technology as effort computerization presence students , using method Waterfall development with tool help designing Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), as well as implemented using integrated PHP and MySQL with RFID module RC522, NodeMCU ESP8266, LCD 2004A I2C, and buzzer. Research results show system succeed take notes presence students in a way automatic and real-time, as well as serve report presence for administrator Islamic boarding schools , and based on Black Box Testing of the entire system feature system functioning with good , so system This expected help Islamic boarding school adapt with technology at a time monitor activity students in a way more effective , accurate , and efficient .

Abstract

Monitoring activity students at Islamic boarding schools Sabilul Huda faces various constraint consequence use method manual recording that requires time quite long and vulnerable to data input error . Research This aim For develop system information web -based to improve efficiency and accuracy in monitoring activity students . System developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL with feature integrated digital attendance with notification automatic For support monitoring in real-time. Implementation results show that system capable increase effectiveness and transparency supervision , speeding up the recording process presence , reducing data input errors , as well as make things easier delivery information to parents . Findings study This show that implementation system digital attendance can support management activity more Islamic boarding schools structured , efficient , and accountable as well as increase communication between party Islamic boarding schools and parents in the digital era.
