Abstract

The emergence of new media, such as websites, is a consequence of advancements in information and communication technology. Online media enables communication without limitations of distance and time. The utilization of websites for information dissemination from the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia to regional education offices and schools serves as an effective solution for information distribution. This study employs the Prototype research method. The results indicate that, first, communication through websites enhances data dissemination effectiveness based on accuracy, timeliness, and information reliability. Second, website utilization improves staff performance by reducing manual tasks. Third, the system provides reports on student beneficiaries, preventing data duplication. According to respondent analysis, the website’s effectiveness in information absorption is categorized as moderate at 44.8%. Additionally, website effectiveness is influenced by the stability of internet networks in different regions, which affects access speed and ease of obtaining information.

Abstract

Completeness of information on PT. Bina Adidaya is still not efficient because it has to open sales data and bills that have been obtained by sales every month where the data cannot be seen if it is not in working hours. Therefore in making a website-based application that aims to provide information to management regarding sales-sales performance at PT. Build Superpower whenever and wherever needed. Sales performance can be measured by turnover, realization, and bills earned every month. Sales performance will be a reference material whether the sales are worth keeping by the company or not. The data that is needed by sales is only stored in the workspace, then the application helps provide information to sales if the sales are in the field.

Abstract

Rainbowfish originate from Sulawesi and Papua. These rainbow-like colors fish are becoming increasingly popular. Another unique characteristic of this species is its non-aggressive nature, allowing it to be kept with other fish species in the same aquarium. Enhancing the economic value of rainbowfish can be achieved by improving their color quality to make them more visually appealing. One method to achieve uniform bright coloration is through the supplementation of natural pigment sources in their feed. One such natural pigment source is Spirulina platensis, which contains high levels of beta-carotene. Based on this premise, research is necessary to determine the optimal dosage of S. platensis supplementation for enhancing the color quality of rainbowfish, thereby increasing their aesthetic appeal and market value. The tested S. platensis dosages were 0% (Control), 1%, 2%, and 3%, with four replications. The fish were maintained for five weeks, with sampling conducted weekly. Observed parameters included length growth, absolute biomass growth, and color measurement using M-TCF. The results indicated that, statistically, S. platensis supplementation at doses of 1%–3% had no significant effect on the growth of Boesemani Rainbowfish. However, in terms of color enhancement, the best treatment was observed in Treatment B (2% S. platensis dosage).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of professionalism, auditor ethics, and locus of control on the performance of auditors at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI). The population in this study consists of all auditors working at the BPK RI Central Office in Jakarta. The sample used in this study comprises 103 respondents selected from a total of 1,125 auditors. The research data is primary data obtained through questionnaire distribution. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling with random sampling, while the data processing method used is multiple linear analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that professionalism and auditor ethics have a partially positive and significant influence on auditor performance, whereas locus of control has a positive but not significant effect. Simultaneously, professionalism, ethics, and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, accounting for 30.90%. The remaining 69.10% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the administration of Oodev® hormone and turmeric powder (Curcuma longa) on gonadal maturation and to assess the effectiveness of Spawnprim hormone for ovulation and spawning to support the production of comet fish (Carassius auratus auratus), particularly outside the spawning season. The maturation doses of the test substances mixed into the feed were as follows: Treatment 1: Commercial feed (without test substance); Treatment 2: Oodev 0.25 mL kg⁻¹ fish; Treatment 3: Oodev 0.5 mL kg⁻¹ fish; Treatment 4: Turmeric powder 250 mg 100 g⁻¹ feed + Oodev 0.5 mL kg⁻¹ fish; Treatment 5: Turmeric powder 250 mg 100 g⁻¹ feed. Meanwhile, for ovulation induction, the injections were administered as follows: Treatment 1: Spawnprime 0.5 mL kg⁻¹ broodstock; Treatment 2: Spawnprime 1 mL kg⁻¹ broodstock; Treatment 3: Ovaprim 0.5 mL kg⁻¹ broodstock; Treatment 4: 0.9% NaCl solution 0.5 mL kg⁻¹ broodstock. The optimal dose for stimulating gonadal maturation until the broodstock was ready to spawn reached 30% of the population within 40 days outside the spawning season. Spawnprime can serve as a substitute for Ovaprim, as it demonstrated a 100% ovulation success rate and spawning outcomes comparable to those of Ovaprim.
