Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia adalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran, sehingga untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penanggulangan kemiskinan dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, pemerintah meluncurkan program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang salah satunya merupakan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program PNPM terhadap pendapatan kartu keluarga miskin di Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Program PNPM adalah adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan produksi usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 95,5%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 87%. Adanya pinjaman dana PNPM meningkatkan penghasilan usaha anggota kelompok UPPKS sebesar 65,5%.Kata Kunci      :   PNPM, Pendapatan Kartu Keluarga Miskin

Abstract

Model peran (Role Model), merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh dalam menjelaskan keputusan berwirausaha. Namun, seberapa besar pengaruh model peran terhadap keputusan wirausaha dalam konteks pembelajaran belum banyak diteliti. Penelitian  ini merupkan kajian empiris bertujuan melihat pengaruh  peran model dalam mempengaruhi keputusan berwirausaha bagi calon wirausaha baru yaitu mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatory, yang menggambarkan hubungan kausalitas. Studi kami berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dengan kuesioner diisi oleh mahasiswa sebagai calon wirausahawan dengan sampel 100 orang. Pengolahan data dan analisis untuk menguji model secara kuantitatif dengan alat analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian bahwa 1) Goodness of fit model relatif masih kecil sebesar 13,4% (R-Square sebesar 0,134) yang menunjukan bahwa faktor yang tidak diteliti lebih besar memberi pengaruh pada keputusan wirausaha. 2) Pengaruh model peran terhadap keputusan berwirausaha melalui pembelajaran dengan dukungan merupakan pengaruh yang paling dominan. Dari hasil analisis data, temuan model, menyatakan bahwa model peran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha dengan dimediasi pembelajaran dengan dukungan artinya bahwa keputusan berwirausaha sangat dipengaruhi oleh model peran jika didukung oleh berbagai pihak seperti keluarga, pemerintah, pelaku usaha dan yang lain. Tanpa dukungan dari berbagai pihak tersebut model peran belum cukup untuk memberi pengaruh terhadap keputusan berwirausaha.Keyword  : Role Model, Keputusan Wirausaha

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan bukti bahwa: 1) Reliability berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 2) Responsiveness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 3) Assurance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 4) Tangibles berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 5) Empathy berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 6) Reliability berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 7) Responsiveness berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 8) Assurance berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 9) Tangibles berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 10) Empathy berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 11) Kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen.            Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey data yang dikumpulkan sebesar 100 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dari populasi sejumlah 600 pasien rawat inap RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Uji Linieritas, Analisis Jalur, Uji Hipotesis meliputi Persamaan Regresi, Uji t, Uji F, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Penaruh Langsung Dan Pengaruh Tidak Langsung dan Analisis Korelasi.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : 1) Reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 2) Responsiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 3) Assurance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 4) Tangibles berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 5) Empathy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 6) Reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 7) Responsiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 8) Assurance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 9) Tangibles berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 10) Empathy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen, 11) Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien rawat inap di RSU Assalam Gemolong Sragen.            Uji F menunjukkan kelima variabel yaitu reliability, responsieness, assurance, tangibles dan empathy secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan rawat inap dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.            Nilai R Square total sebesar 0,971 berarti loyalitas di jelaskan oleh dimensi kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening sebesar 97,1% dan sisanya sebesar 2,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain, misalnya lokasi.Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan dan Loyalitas.

Abstract

The research aims to improve the knowledge, skills and motivation of entrepreneurship education for students and teachers in vocational schools (SMK) the city of Surakarta. The study consisted of three variables: (1) the intensity of the service model of entrepreneurship education; (2) entrepreneurial skills for students in Vocational High School .; (3) the effectiveness of services in entrepreneurship education through character education for students in Vocational High School. The research method is a survey, observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and action (action research), giving the task to the subject of research and evaluation. The research location in the city of Surakarta. Given the technical constraints; limited funding and time of the study; as a test model specified the two schools; namely SMK SMK Bopkri 1 and 2. The research was conducted 6 months, beginning the month from April to October 2015. The quantitative data analysis using quantitative descriptive approach, while qualitative data using an interactive approach. Results: (1) obtained from the data base of potential Vocational High School. in the area of research related to the awareness and motivation of students in entrepreneurship; (2) obtained baseline prevalence of students who are interested in entrepreneurship education; (3) known to need assessment of the students who will participate in entrepreneurship education in schools; (4) can be prepared modules in entrepreneurship education material in Vocational High School; (5) can be arranged group accompanying teachers implementing entrepreneurship education in schools; (6) can be trained a number of 40 teachers accompanying the implementation of entrepreneurial skills education of students in the school; (7) can be produced prototype or tool entrepreneurship; (8) can be educated a number of 140 students in the field of entrepreneurial skills; (9) can be formed Productive Business Group (CTP) for students in the Vocational High School; (10) can be written journals of national terakriditasi; (11) can be written books on entrepreneurship education based character building for students at vocational schools. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Videotron media ads served in Surakarta using the Consumer Decision Model (CDM) Analysis. Viewed ad serving costs in videtron large enough it is necessary to study the effectiveness of the ads served on videtron. The model that is used in measuring the effectiveness of an ad in this research is the Consumer Decision Model (CDM). The research objective was to determine the effect the message of the ad (Information), branding (Brand Recognition), the formation of an attitude (Attitude), the level of confidence in the message (Confidence), and intention to purchase (Intention) market target after seeing ad impressions through Videotron. The study population is a society in Surakarta with sampling method is purposive sampling of 200 respondents Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which resulted in the conclusion that the message of the ad (Information) positive effect but not significant with branding (Brand Recognition), formation attitude (attitude), and the level of confidence in the message (confidence). Brand recognition is positive and significant impact on the confidence and attitude while confidence and attitude positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase (Intention) market target after seeing ad impressions through Videotron. Outcomes of this study are: enrichment of teaching materials, especially marketing management, Scientific publications (national journals) and an input for an advertiser, the advertising company and the Government of Surakarta about the effectiveness of the ads served through Videotron so they can be a policy in the future.Keywords: Videotron, advertising, Consumer Decision Model, Information, Brand Recognition, Attitude, Confidence, and Intention

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work-life balance and productivity on the performance of Generation Z employees at PT Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through PLS-SEM. Results show that work-life balance significantly affects job satisfaction (t = 4.786; p = 0.000) but not performance directly (t = 0.833; p = 0.406). Productivity also significantly influences job satisfaction (t = 3.884; p = 0.000), but not performance directly (t = 1.441; p = 0.150). Job satisfaction significantly impacts performance (t = 8.886; p = 0.000) and mediates the relationship between both work-life balance and productivity with performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of job satisfaction in enhancing employee performance.
