Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to test and analyze the role of product display, security and ease of transaction decisions using Shopee's shipping services. This research was conducted in the Surakarta area. The object of this research is consumers who have transacted using the Shopee application. The population in this study were consumers who had shopped using the Shopee application who had made transactions at the end of 2019. The sample determination process was carried out based on consumer experience in using the Shopee application. Furthermore, it was ensured that the consumers who were the samples of this study met the specified criteria and were willing to fill out the questionnaire. If they were not willing and do not meet the criteria, then the consumer was skipped and then researcher looked for other consumers who met the sample criteria. By using this technique, not all populations in this study had the same opportunities as research samples. In this study the sample was 56 respondents. This study resulted in a regression equation, it can be seen that product appearance, security and convenience have a positive effect on the decision to transact using Shopee's shipping services. The results of the t-statistical test show that product appearance, security and convenience partially have a significant effect on the decision to transact using Shopee's delivery service Keywords: Product Display, Security and Ease, Transaction Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the study of Complications, Motivations and External Factors on the Performance of Officers with the Effectiveness of PBB Collection in Sragen Regency. The population in this study was the UN collector official Sragen Regency collected 400 officers. Researchers took a sample of 10%, namely 400x10% = 40. Samples in this study were 40 UN polling officers. With random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique, so that the opportunity for participation to be sampled is equal, so the number of samples in this study increased by 40 respondents. Compensation Hypothesis Test Results a significant effect on the effectiveness of tax collection. The motivation is of significant importance to the effectiveness of tax collection. External factors do not significantly influence the effectiveness of tax collection. Significant compensation on the performance of Officers. Motivation of significant importance to the performance of the UN Polling Officer. External factors do not significantly influence the performance of officers. The effectiveness of tax collection has a significant effect on the performance of Officers. Experimental results can be carried out together with the variables of compensation, motivation, external factors and the effectiveness of tax collection affecting performance. This total R2 value of 0.974 means that the performance of PBB Collection Officers in Sragen Regency is assessed by the variables of Compensation, Motivation, External Factors and the effectiveness of tax collection of 97.4%. The results of the path analysis show the comparison and motivation through the direct path, while external factors are not effective for the direct or indirect pathway Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, External Factors, Effectiveness, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to reveal a development model based on the Public Private Partnership of the Tourism Office of Surakarta city partnerships with the private sector in the management of museum Radya Pustaka Surakarta. The research starts with doing the observations on society to unearth information about the concern of the community to the existence of Museum Radya Pustaka and formulate the expectations and needs of those associated with the existence of the museum. Departing from primary data obtained from key informants who know exactly about the problems of the management of the Museum RadyaPustaka, primary data collection was more focused on aspects of the efficiency of the management and distribution of its benefits. From key informant research, dig another important information particularly information related to the competence of private parties who became a partner of local government in this case Tourism cooperation related to the management of Surakarta Museum Radyapustaka. The data collected from the results of intensive interviews with local communities, private parties as partners of the Government in the management of the museum, as well as data derived from the Tourism Office of Surakarta, tested validitasnya before the data be analyzed in accordance with the rules of qualitative research. Based on primary data and supporting data that had already been through a verification process at each stage of the research, the results of the study indicate that partnership cooperation between Radyapustaka with stakeholders is more based on the concern of the Agency – governmental institutions towards the heritage museum. Motivation partnership cooperation in no way profit oriented even though such cooperation is carried out by professional institutions in the business world. In contrast to the principle of Public Private Partnership as is happening in some institutions in General, in the case of Radyapustaka aspects of efficiency, professionalism of management, the basic balance of costs and benefits is not a factor that encourages the occurrence of public sector partnership and private.

Abstract

The development of service quality and community demands for quality services,currently there are still many complaints from the public in the e-KTP service atthe Population and Civil Registration Service in Karanganyar Regency. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and employeeperformance partially and simultaneously on community satisfaction in theElectronic ID card service at the Population and Civil Registration Office ofKaranganyar Regency. This type of research is a quantitative approach. Theresearch sample is 100 community respondents who use e-KTP services. Datacollection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and literature study.The hypothesis testing technique uses Multiple Regression Analysis, t test, F test,and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of research anddata analysis, this study can be concluded that the quality of service andperformance partially and simultaneously affect public satisfaction with theElectronic ID card service at the Population and Civil Registration Office ofKaranganyar Regency.Keywords: Service Quality, Performance, Public Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the innovation of the DistrictIntegrated Administrative Service (DIAS) in Sumberlawang District, SragenRegency. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case studyapproach. Data collection techniques used: in-depth interviews, documentationstudies, and observation. Data validation uses: trustworthiness, transferability,and certainty. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The resultsof the study concluded that: (1) DIAS is a service innovation, has characteristicssuch as: as new knowledge, new ways, has new objects, requires new technologysupport, and is a form of new invention in sub-district organizations in providingservices to the community; (2) Obstacles faced by Sumberlawang Sub-district,Sragen Regency in implementing DIAS innovation, among others: lack of skillsand number of sub-district HR personnel to serve the community, lack ofsocialization to the community, budget support that has not been maximized.However, all these shortcomings are still within reasonable limits so that theimplementation of the DIAS program can still be carried out; (3) The solutionstaken to anticipate the obstacles faced by Sumberlawang Sub-district, SragenRegency in implementing DIAS innovation, include: providing training foremployees on the use of DIAS applications, increasing socialization about DIASto the public, proposing additional budgets in the future, and making efficiencythe existing budget for purposes deemed urgent to implement the DIAS programin order to keep it running.Keywords: Innovation, DIAS

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Rector’s UNSRegulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning Archive Disposition at UNS in the 2021Research Year and the factors that support and hinder its implementation. ThisRector’s UNS Regulation regulates the disposal of archives at Universitas SebelasMaret by reducing the volume of archives through the transfer of inactivearchives, destruction of archives that have no use value, and submission of staticarchives. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data were obtainedfrom the results of interviews, observations, and document searches. Sampleswere taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was carried outqualitatively using an interactive data analysis model, testing the validity withdata triangulation techniques. The results of the research on the bureaucraticstructure, namely the Unit Kearsipan II has not been formed, there are alreadySOPs and there is no fragmentation. The communication factor, the indicator isthe clarity or clarity of the transmission receiver and the consistency of thecommunication transmission has been fulfilled. Resource factors, the indicatorsare the skills of implementing activities that need to be improved and lack offocus, as well as inadequate facilities to carry out activities. The last factor thatinfluences is the tendency of the implementer, the indicator is the perception of theimplementer who is very supportive of carrying out archive disposition.Keywords: implementation, archive disposition, archives.

Abstract

The results of the study show the S-O Strategy, which is to develop and increasetourist attraction with various potentials, such as the typical socio-culturalconditions of the community. S-T strategy, by utilizing good information media toattract investors. This is done by providing accurate information about theleading potential of tourism. W-O strategy, namely with stable politicalconditions, it is hoped that the Culture and Tourism Office will be able to involvepower holders so that they are willing to provide assistance in improving humanresources both in quality and quantity. Abstract

Peraturan Bupati Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 tentang Paket Layanan Komplit Adminduk Kabupaten Karanganyar bertujuan untuk mempercepat pelayanan, mempermudah prosedur dan mekanisme penyampaian dokumen kependudukan kepada seluruh penduduk, mencegah pajak illegal, mencegah calo, mempermudah pelayanan yang baik bagi masyarakat terkait dokumen kependudukan. Mempromosikan pelayanan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat agar masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya terutama pengelolaan administrasi kependudukan hingga administrasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Paket Layanan Komplit Online Adminduk Kabupaten Karanganyar di Desa Paulan. Teori yang digunakan untuk mendukung analisis ini adalah model implementasi kebijakan yang dikembangkan oleh Van Metter dan Van Horn, yang meliputi langkah dan tujuan kebijakan dasar, sumber daya kebijakan, komunikasi antar organisasi dan kegiatan implementasi, karakteristik lembaga eksekutif, situasi ekonomi, sosial dan politik dan kecenderungan pelakunya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mendukung implementasi Paket Layanan Komplit Adminduk Kabupaten Karanganyar adalah metode studi kualitatif. Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dan Snowball Sampling dalam memilih informan. Teknik pengumpulan data merupakan kombinasi dari beberapa teknik yang berbeda seperti studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan pelaksanaan Paket Layanan Komplit Adminduk Kabupaten Karanganyar telah dilaksanakan secara efektif namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu Paklay Online Adminduk sendiri sebenarnya dapat diakses secara mandiri. Namun masyarakat masih belum memiliki pemahaman yang baik dan kurangnya informasi yang diterima tentang peraturan tersebut dikarenakan sosialisasi pemerintah yang kurang memadai serta kesadaran penduduk yang masih kurang dalam mengurus administrasinya sendiri. Kata Kunci : Implementasi Kebijakan, Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan, Kecenderungan Pelaksana.

Abstract

Berdasarkan SK Direktur Pembinaan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Direktorat Jenderal Manajemen Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional Tahun 2010 Nomor 1375/C3/DS/2010 Tentang Penetapan Sekolah Penyelenggara Program Kelas Olahraga. SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta ditunjuk untuk melakukan program kelas khusus olahraga dikarenakan SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta merupakan salah satu sekolah terbaik di kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa program kelas khusus olahraga di SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta oleh Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga kota Surakarta pada tahun 2021 sudah berjalan dengan efektif. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya program kelas khusus olahraga ini para atlet berkembang sesuai dengan perencanaan yang sudah direncanakan dengan baik. Program Efektivitas Kelas Khusus Olahraga di SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta oleh Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga kota Surakarta diukur menggunakan indikator yang meliputi kejelasan tujuan, kejelasan strategi, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, perencanaan yang matang, efektif dan efisiensi, pengawasan dan pengendalian. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut maka terdapat saran yang dapat dipertimbangkan dalam program kelas khusus olahraga (KKO) di SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta, bahwa perlu adanya pemantauan terhadap pelaksanaan program kelas khusus olahraga khususnya pada proses jadwal latihan, sehingga jika terdapat kendala maupun hambatan yang terjadi mampu segera diperbaiki.
