Abstract

First Aid for Accidents (P3K) is an action that can be done as first aid before the medical team comes and takes action according to the procedure. This first aid procedure can be given to accident victims and people with congenital diseases that need first aid such as epilepsy, heart attack, and shortness of breath. In addition, victims can be taken to the nearest hospital or clinic for more complete assistance. However, this is not matched by public knowledge about what actions can be taken as first aid and not knowing the location of the nearest hospital or health facility. Seeing the development of mobile technology, the authors intend to develop an Android-based Mobile Application for First Aid Guidelines and Directions for Health Facilities. This application can be taken anywhere and anywhere. This application is expected to make it easier for the public to know the actions that must be taken in first aid to victims and to find out the location of the closest health facility through their cellph.

Abstract

The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method is a multi-attribute decision making method that can be used to support decision makers in selecting several alternatives. In the process, the SMART method uses an adaptive linear model to assess each alternative. The assessment process for selecting the best employee candidates that is currently being given is still subjective, only taking into account the amount of craft work done in one month, other aspects have not been included in the assessment, this is because currently there is no longer any media that processes employee assessments in detail. This decision support system is expected to help decision makers in giving awards to the best employees.

Abstract

The alignment between education and the needs of the workforce is highly necessary since the job market understands best what is required in the workplace. Tracer Study is a way to obtain information from graduates of educational institutions to evaluate the outcomes of their education. However, there are doubts about the platform's suitability as a support for conducting tracer studies. Additionally, in the tracer study instrument, respondents answer subjectively about the alignment of the skills programs they pursued in school with the positions they hold while working, as well as for the alignment of further studies. This may lead to potentially invalid data. The method used to analyze the tracer study platform is PIECES (a certain analysis method). Meanwhile, the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method is used to analyze the alignment of vocational school graduates who work and continue their studies. A total of 28,850 respondents filled out the PIECES method questionnaire using the Google Forms application. The calculation results show an average PIECES score of 4.15, with the highest score being 5. The data indicates that the Vocational Education Tracer Study Platform is in good condition. The analysis using KNN on alignment data in East Java Province resulted in an accuracy of 64.36% for work alignment and 78.63% for study alignment. The difference in accuracy of this data is due to the graduate data continuing their studies being more linear. In the data regarding the alignment of vocational school graduates who work, it is difficult to match the skill program data variables with the job data variables as the job data has many unspecified entries and does not indicate the actual tasks and functions.

Abstract

The Android-based physical measurement system for PPLP athletes under the Assistant Deputy for Management of Development Centers and Special Sports Schools was created to make it easier for coaches and test officers to take physical measurements of PPLP athletes. Currently, the measurement process is still carried out manually using paper and data processing via Microsoft Excel, which is then sent via email, resulting in delays in receiving data by the central government. Previously, there had been similar research using Android to measure physical conditions with case studies and different test instruments, so the researchers chose to use this platform to overcome the problems in this case study. This system will use the Android programming language and MySQL database, with implementation stages using UML. The system development method applied is SDLC with a waterfall model. Black box testing is carried out during the process of inputting physical test data to ensure application performance. The test results fulfill the needs of the Assistant Deputy for Management of Special Sports Centers and Schools, namely providing accurate and fast physical measurement test results for PPLP athletes to the Central Government.

Abstract

A company's human resources (HR) department is a crucial component. Data administration in organizations with a big number of people, like PT. Bintang Mitra Pratama, is manual (using Microsoft Excel) and appears disorganized, which results in a variety of issues, including: Because the files are not arranged effectively, it is challenging to access personnel information (employee name, division, position, and work status). Payroll results then accumulate and become obscure. A Human Resources Information System (HRIS) application was developed to address these issues. which, via the stages of planning, modeling, implementation (construction), and testing, may assist the persons / HRD and staff in producing reports and data collecting that is neater and more accurate. The Waterfall method has multiple active stages as it develops: requirements.

Abstract

PT Apro Global Solusi (AGS) is an information technology company that helps customers achieve their business goals by providing the best consulting in its class. Problems that occur at PT AGS such as data leaks, suboptimal governance make it a reproach for the occurrence of risks in the IT division, This research will use the Cobit 2019 framework and the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method to make decisions. The research object will focus on risk management in PT AGS IT division so that it has good control in IT risk management. Cobit 2019 implementation and the AHP method can be implemented properly so that AGS can set standards for good governance and minimize risks that will occur, with decision makers the AHP method can be a reference for the IT Division to look for flaws that can cause risks and create IT divisions PT Apro Global Solusi has good standards.

Abstract

SMPN 2 Rangkasbitung is one of the junior high schools in Rangkasbitung which routinely holds the selection of the best teachers every year. However, so far the selection of the best teachers has still faced obstacles, where the best teacher assessment system still uses the questionnaire method. The results of the questionnaire are then submitted to the assessment team to assess which teachers will be selected as the best teachers. It often happens that the results of these assessments are very subjective and inaccurate. Finally, the results obtained were always in doubt and caused debate among the assessment team. To solve this problem, so that the results of the assessment are more objective, a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference By Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is used. In this study, researchers used 2 methods at once to find out the comparison. Which method is the best in overcoming the problem of determining the Best Teacher at SMPN 2 Rangkasbitung. In implementing this method, the application uses the PHP programming language, and data storage uses MySQL. The results of the comparison of the two methods will determine which method is the best for determining the best teacher. In addition, researchers also use web-based applications to simplify the process of selecting the best teacher by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference By Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods as a comparison at SMPN 2 Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

Students participation at Paramarta Junior High School for the past several years in the olympic competition has received unsatisfactory result. Achievement achieved seems to be lacking because it does not have a good parameter in the selection of an honor student. The decision to vote is based solely on the results of math teacher’s deliberations. This research was intended to select the best students who will be sent to the Olympic competition in mathematics using the VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno) and MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis) methods. The research was conducted in Paramarta Junior High School with objects on students as a sample. The study sample selected based on the academic value of grade 7 (seven) of 156 students then selected by selected by the math teacher’s deliberation according to the criteria that have been established by the school before so that 8 students were obtained. Research data in the form of secondary data collected with documentation studies. The data analysis method to select one candidate participant is using VIKOR and MOORA methods. The results that obtained from both methods have the same results, 3 alternavites was selected that is a student named Arya Daffa Khalifahris with 0 VIKOR index value and 0.40 MOORA optimization value.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Rangkasbitung is one of the vocational high schools that still applies conventional learning with teacher-centered learning patterns, so that students do not play an active role and understand the lessons given. Because the learning concept given is very difficult to understand both individually and in groups. Especially in Mathematics, where the learning model used is less varied so that the results of the Mathematics learning process are not as expected. To resolve the issue. The author uses the Cooperative Learning model in providing subject matter. It is hoped that by using this Cooperative Learning model students can play an active role, be able to understand difficult concepts and foster critical thinking and collaboration skills. So that by applying the Cooperative Learning model can help students to be more active in accepting the learning process applied by the teacher. In this implementation, the application uses the PHP programming language and data storage uses MySQL. Based on the results of the analysis of the Cooperative Learning model, it can be denied that the learning process becomes more effective and efficient, so that it makes students not feel bored in receiving learning and students can play a more active role. The material presented will also be easier for students to implement and remember with the discussion process that is carried out. In addition, researchers have also provided web-based programs to facilitate and accelerate teachers in carrying out the learning process for students because this cooperative learning model involves interaction between students in class.

Abstract

Every year, the Directorate of Vocational School Development organizes the National Vocational School Student Competency Competition (LKS SMK) aimed at continuously motivating students to enhance the quality of their competencies. It also serves as a platform to showcase vocational school graduates with excellent qualifications ready to enter the world of business and industry (DUDI). This initiative is an implementation of Presidential Instruction number 9 of 2016 concerning the Revitalization of Vocational Schools. Throughout the process of the National Vocational School Student Competency Competition (LKS SMK), various issues arise. Initially, there was no system facilitating the organizing committee to manage participant registration data, leading to discrepancies in the data. Additionally, there was a lack of a transparent system to oversee the competition, resulting in confusion due to errors in the accumulation of competition results. To address these issues, the development of an information system was necessary to bridge the gap between organizers and participants. The methodology used for this development was the waterfall model, incorporating visual UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. The outcome of this research is a web-based application developed using the PHP programming language, with data storage facilitated by MySQL.
