The name "SiRad" is an abbreviation of Pelita Wawasan, which translates as "The Light of Insight" a symbol of enlightenment in the world of knowledge. The term also draws inspiration from the Arabic word siraj (siraj), meaning lamp or light, as mentioned in the Quran as a symbol of illumination. In the context of this journal, SiRad represents an intellectual beacon that sheds light on academic discourse and social transformation. Jurnal SiRad: Pelita Wawasan is an open-access scholarly journal published by Yayasan Nurul Musthafa. This journal focuses on the publication of research articles, literature reviews, case studies, and conceptual papers that critically address contemporary issues in the fields of education, humanities, and social sciences. This journal serves as a platform for advancing transformative thinking, interdisciplinary approaches, and critical reflection on the dynamics of education, culture, society, and public policy. Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a disruptive force in education in the digital age, with the potential to increase student motivation, engagement, and curiosity. Although efficiency, evaluation, and material delivery are frequently highlighted in current AI applications, its potential to promote intrinsic motivation and deeper learning is still poorly understood. Guided by Self-Efficacy Theory, Expectancy-Value Theory, and Self-Determination Theory, this study systematically synthesizes recent literature to explore the relationship between AI and student motivation. Using a systematic literature synthesis approach, relevant peer-reviewed articles from 2010 to 2024 were analyzed to identify how AI tools such as gamification, adaptive learning platforms, intelligent tutoring systems, and emotion-aware technologies influence motivational constructs including task value, autonomy, competence, relatedness, and expectancy beliefs. The results indicate that AI solutions can support critical motivational drivers by creating adaptive, emotionally responsive, and learner-centered environments. Specifically, AI fosters curiosity and engagement by providing immediate feedback, personalized pathways, and psychologically meaningful learning experiences. However, the study also identifies challenges, such as limited inclusivity for diverse learners, risks of over-automation, data privacy concerns, and ethical dilemmas in algorithmic decision-making. These limitations highlight the importance of aligning AI development with human-centered pedagogical principles. Practical implications suggest that while developers and policymakers must prioritize transparency, diversity, and ethical design, educators can leverage AI to tailor instruction, maintain curiosity, and foster emotionally supportive learning settings. By reframing AI not merely as a performance optimization tool but as a motivational partner that cultivates lifelong curiosity and meaningful learning engagement, this study contributes to the growing body of research on human-centered AI in education. It also proposes a conceptual framework that bridges cognitive, motivational, and emotional dimensions of learning, positioning AI as an active collaborator in fostering curiosity and sustainable motivation. [Kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah menjadi kekuatan disruptif dalam dunia pendidikan di era digital, dengan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan rasa ingin tahu peserta didik. Meskipun berbagai aplikasi AI saat ini banyak menyoroti efisiensi, evaluasi, dan penyampaian materi, potensi AI dalam mendorong motivasi intrinsik dan pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam masih belum sepenuhnya dipahami. Berlandaskan Self-Efficacy Theory, Expectancy-Value Theory, dan Self-Determination Theory, penelitian ini secara sistematis mensintesis literatur terkini untuk menelusuri hubungan antara AI dan motivasi belajar siswa. Melalui pendekatan systematic literature synthesis, artikel-artikel ilmiah terverifikasi dari tahun 2010 hingga 2024 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana alat-alat AI seperti gamifikasi, platform pembelajaran adaptif, sistem tutor cerdas, dan teknologi yang peka terhadap emosi memengaruhi konstruksi motivasional, termasuk nilai tugas (task value), otonomi, kompetensi, keterhubungan (relatedness), dan keyakinan ekspektasi (expectancy beliefs). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa solusi berbasis AI dapat mendukung faktor-faktor penggerak motivasi utama dengan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif, responsif secara emosional, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Secara khusus, AI mampu menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu dan keterlibatan dengan memberikan umpan balik langsung, jalur pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, serta pengalaman belajar yang bermakna secara psikologis. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan inklusivitas bagi peserta didik yang beragam, risiko otomatisasi berlebihan, isu privasi data, dan dilema etis dalam pengambilan keputusan algoritmik. Berbagai keterbatasan tersebut menegaskan pentingnya menyelaraskan pengembangan AI dengan prinsip pedagogi yang berpusat pada manusia. Implikasi praktis menunjukkan bahwa pengembang dan pembuat kebijakan perlu memprioritaskan transparansi, keberagaman, dan desain etis, sementara para pendidik dapat memanfaatkan AI untuk menyesuaikan pembelajaran, mempertahankan rasa ingin tahu, dan membangun lingkungan belajar yang mendukung secara emosional. Dengan memosisikan kembali AI bukan semata sebagai alat optimasi kinerja, melainkan sebagai mitra motivasional yang menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu sepanjang hayat dan keterlibatan belajar yang bermakna, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan wacana tentang AI berorientasi kemanusiaan dalam pendidikan. Abstract

This study examines the application of Islamic values in environmentally sustainable business practices. The research is grounded in the growing global awareness of the need for economic sustainability aligned with religious and ethical principles. However, comprehensive studies that systematically link Islamic values with green business practices remain limited. This research aims to analyze the integration of Islamic principles such as khalifah fil ardh (stewardship of the Earth), maslahah (public benefit), amanah (trustworthiness), and wasathiyah (moderation) into eco-friendly business practices, as well as their implementation in the industrial, Islamic finance, and agribusiness sectors. Employing a qualitative method through library research and content analysis, the study finds that Islamic principles are substantially compatible with the modern concept of sustainable business. These values not only generate ecological benefits, such as energy efficiency and resource conservation, but also contribute to social and economic well-being. Models such as green sukuk, environmentally conscious halal standards, and eco-pesantren programs exemplify the practical integration of Islamic ethics with sustainability efforts. Nevertheless, the implementation still faces challenges in regulatory frameworks and environmental awareness among business actors. Overall, the study concludes that applying Islamic values in environmentally friendly business represents a crucial strategy for realizing a just, ethical, and sustainable economy. [Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Kajian ini dilandasi oleh meningkatnya kesadaran global terhadap pentingnya keberlanjutan ekonomi yang selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip keagamaan dan etika. Namun demikian, penelitian komprehensif yang secara sistematis mengaitkan nilai-nilai Islam dengan praktik bisnis hijau masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti khalifah fil ardh (pemelihara bumi), maslahah (kemaslahatan umum), amanah (kejujuran dan tanggung jawab), dan wasathiyah (moderasi) dalam praktik bisnis ramah lingkungan, serta penerapannya pada sektor industri, keuangan Islam, dan agribisnis. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dan analisis isi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Islam secara substansial sejalan dengan konsep modern tentang bisnis berkelanjutan. Nilai-nilai tersebut tidak hanya menghasilkan manfaat ekologis seperti efisiensi energi dan pelestarian sumber daya, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi. Model seperti green sukuk, standar halal yang berwawasan lingkungan, serta program eco-pesantren menjadi contoh nyata dari integrasi etika Islam dengan upaya keberlanjutan. Meskipun demikian, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek regulasi dan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan pelaku usaha. Abstract

The principle (kaidah) kullu man fassara Al-Qur’an fa ‘alaihi bi ‘ilm at-tafsīr (Whoever interprets the Qur'an must do so with the knowledge of tafsir) is one of the fundamental principles in the discipline of tafsir (Qur'anic exegesis). This principle asserts that anyone who interprets the Qur'an must do so with the knowledge of tafsir, not based on personal desires (hawa nafsu), assumptions, or mere conjecture. However, in contemporary reality, this principle is often understood narrowly, both by those who disregard it completely and by those who adhere to it rigidly and ahistorically. This paper seeks to examine the meaning, basis (dalil), and practice of this principle in the history of tafsir and in the contemporary Indonesian context. Using a qualitative approach and the Socratic dialectical analysis method, this paper finds that the requirements for a mufassir (interpreter) both mental-spiritual and intellectual are partly universal and partly temporal and contextual. Therefore, the approach to this principle must be critical and inclusive, so that the interpretation of the Qur'an remains alive and able to respond to the challenges of the times. This research also highlights that the flexibility in the requirements for a mufassir does not mean denigrating the science of tafsir, but rather opens space for the development of an interpretation that is both academically responsible and socially relevant. (Kaidah kullu man fassara Al-Qur’an fa ‘alaihi bi ‘ilm at-tafsīr merupakan salah satu prinsip fundamental dalam disiplin tafsir. Kaidah ini menegaskan bahwa siapa pun yang menafsirkan Al-Qur’an harus melakukannya dengan ilmu tafsir, bukan dengan hawa nafsu, asumsi, atau dugaan semata. Namun, dalam realitas kontemporer, kaidah ini sering dipahami secara sempit, baik oleh kalangan yang mengabaikannya secara total, maupun oleh mereka yang memegangnya secara kaku dan ahistoris. Tulisan ini berusaha mengkaji makna, dalil, serta praktik kaidah tersebut dalam sejarah tafsir dan dalam konteks keindonesiaan masa kini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis dialektika Socrates, tulisan ini menemukan bahwa syarat-syarat bagi seorang mufassir baik mental-spiritual maupun intelektual sebagian bersifat universal dan sebagian lainnya bersifat temporal dan kontekstual. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan terhadap kaidah ini harus bersifat kritis dan inklusif, agar tafsir Al-Qur’an tetap hidup dan mampu menjawab tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti bahwa fleksibilitas syarat mufassir bukan berarti merendahkan ilmu tafsir, melainkan membuka ruang bagi pengembangan tafsir yang bertanggung jawab secara keilmuan sekaligus relevan secara sosial.)
