Abstract

Energy is one important part of everyday life, especially electrical energy . Electrical energy must be consider the level of economic needs, so that the availability of electrical energy in accordance with thus the availability of electricity and energy fuel for power supply is very limited as a result of the energy crisis . People should be selective in the use of electrical energy for daily life in order to save in financial terms as well as the availability of energy sources. The aims of this research is to analyze of electrical load in Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University based on their need alignment with their subscription. The results obtained when the subscription faculty of public health is still a need in raised it to 315 KVA, and if they wantto subscribe 240 KVA.Keywords: evaluation Subscription,

Abstract

Recently, there are many hospitals as the health-care services choose to use the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to build the trust bridges between the hospitals and their patients. The implementation of CRM in health caring, especially for pregnant women needs to do; such as the delivery of information related to the pregnant women to get antenatal care as the scheduled or pregnant women desire to obtain information dealing with their pregnancy. The irrelevant, slow and inaccurate information can cause the health care services given to the patients are not optimal, so that they can reduce patients’ loyalty toward the health-care services. This research resulted health care information system based on Customer Relationship Management using Short Message Service (SMS) technology with case study of health care for pregnant women. The resulted information system is produced by the System Development Life Cycle methodology using the Waterfall model. One of the features produced is the pregnant women will receive aconfirmation SMS to obtain antenatal care with a schedule until 28 weeks of their pregnancy check up every four weeks, 28-36 weeks of their pregnancy check up every two weeks, and 36-40 weeks of their pregnancy check up once a week. Keywords: Pregnant Women, Antenatal Care, Customer Relationship Management, Short Message Service

Abstract

A bolt of lightning strikes the induction is on the ground near a transmission line resulting in a phenomenon that caused of trensient electromagnetic fields from the lightning channel. This phenomenon is happening at lightning conductor wire. This event raised over voltage and resulting wave propagating on both sides of the wire in the strike lasts. In calculating the induction stroke used Shielded Factor (FP) is defined as the quotient ofthe induced voltage and induced voltage ground wire without a ground wire. If there is no ground wire, the neutral wire effect on induced voltage on the wire the same phase as the influence of the ground wire to the voltage induced in the phase wire. Since the neutral high wire above the ground is lower than the high-wire phase, greater than shielded factor of the channel with the ground wire. There are times when the neutral wire was installed over the wire so that the phase factor will be smaller shielded. Construction is crucial lightning disturbances. From this analysis concluded that the results obtained from data disruption due to lightning feeder PMT 4 GI BSB obtained 3 times a distraction while the calculation results showed interference by 4 times with 24.4 km length of the network there is no significant difference. Any differences due to changes in network construction are not communicated as elevation neutral wire that will affect shielded factor.

Abstract

Essential Lamp (SL) is a type of low pressure mercury lamp that works on the discharge ofelectrons inside the tube and using an electronic switch equipment as a replacement ballast forlimiting the current function. Because of the working principle, the essensial lamp can beclassified as a non-linier electrical loadIn the electric power system, a non linear loads will produce an electrical power pollution. It is called harmonics. Harmonics are multiples of the frequency of a fundamental frequency ofwave. Harmonics generated by the non-linier loads that will accumulate and delivered to thepower system. So the harmonics will be able to disrupt the power quality of electrical powersystems. As a non-linear load, essential lamps produce harmonic distortion, both harmoniccurrents and voltage. In this study concluded that the different brands of essential lamp showed thedifferent value of Total HarmonicsDistortion (THD)

Abstract

20 kV distribution of PLN is not free from distractions short circuit. Greatest short circuit fault current occurs at 20 kV bus bar. This led to widespread outages as a result of the major security operation. The aim of this study was to identify the final interruption of short circuit current, short circuit fault current to calculate and determine the values Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR). This study purposed to calculate short circuit current. The subject of research is the disturbances that occurred in Cimalaka feeders. The data required for this study were obtained from the Area Manager Distribution of Bandung. The data is analyzed to determine the magnitude of short circuit current and Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR) adjustment. The results show the short circuit fault current at 0% distance from feeder is 2428,391 A and short circuit current for 3 phase is 2103,049 A short circuit fault current and the second phase of 570,406 A short circuit fault current one phase to the ground. The difference in the relay settings data from the field with the calculation results showed that the differences are not too significant, so the ability of the relays is still good. Thus, the feeder protection relays Cimalaka at 70 kV substation Sumedang still good and doesn’t need to be reset. Keywords: Over Current Relay

Abstract

One of the main causes of damage to existing equipment in the substation was struck bylightning attack that cause the conductor wave and make over voltage and flames leap peak voltage exceeds BIL. The aim of this study was to calculate and analyze the level of protection, against power transformer arrester, the safe distance between arrester and transformer power to get a good protection against harmful lightning surges, comparing both arresters installed. To solve the problems of interference caused by lightning surge lightning arrester is installed as close as possible to put on the transformer clamps to protect electrical equipment. The results of calculations for a distance of 6 m, 4 MBA type 2 arrester capable of with standing the wavefront steepness of 500 kV / μs, while type exlim P 700 kV / μs. The greater the arrester capable of withstanding surge wavefront tilting the better the equipment in substations are protected. The evaluation shows that the distance between arrester and transformer installed in the 150 kV substation Pandean Lamper less than the maximum to protect electrical equipment, especially power transformers.Key words : lightning attack, arrester distance, level of protection.
