Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of physical fitness of male and female students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma with a total sample of 44 people, consisting of 22 male students and 22 female students. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Quantitative descriptive research describes and interprets data relating to situations that are occurring and being experienced now, attitudes and views that are present today, relationships between variables, conflict between two or more conditions, influence on a condition, differences between facts, etc. As a result of data calculations, the average physical fitness results for male students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma were obtained from 22 people with a score of 16.63 points and included in the medium category. The results of data calculations showed that the average physical fitness of female students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma was obtained from 22 people with a score of 14 points and was included in the medium category. Based on the results of research and data calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of male and female students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma is included in the medium category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of Futsal players at SMPN 31 North Bengkulu. Research is quantitative descriptive research. The method used is survey research with a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques using shooting test instruments. The subjects of this research were all students of SMPN 31 North Bengkulu, totaling 22 students. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics by pouring the frequency into percentage form. The results of this study indicate that the results of the endurance test of SMPN 31 North Bengkulu futsal players using the bleep test measuring instrument with an average value of 32.53 (ml / kg.BB / min) are in the medium category. push ups with an average value of 19 are in the medium category. 50 meter sprint with an average value of 7.33 seconds is in the deficient category. zig-zag run test with an average value of 7.98 seconds is in the deficient category. flexiometer test with an average value of 18.5 cm is in the good category. standing stork test tool with an average value of 31 seconds is in the medium average category. The conclusion is that the category is Moderate.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the extent of the Relationship between Eye and Hand Coordination to Bolavoli Upper Passing Skills in Extracurricular at SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah. In accordance with the problems and research objectives, this study used a correlation method, namely correlation analysis techniques with product moment statistics, this study used a sample of 17 athletes from SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah who were taken with purposive sampling technique. The results of the data obtained from the relationship of hand eye coordination to the upper passing skill, namely the upper obtained thitung = 0.888> rtabel = 0.482 at the significance level α = 0.05. Thus, Ha which says there is a significant relationship between hand eye coordination and upper passing skills is accepted, consequently H0 is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between hand eye coordination and the ability to pass over the extracurricular bolavoli students of SMA Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah with a value of rx.y = 0.888 > r (0.05) (15) = 0.482. dination, top passing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of spike skills at the Tunas Harapan and Bry men's volleyball clubs in Taba Tengah village. This research method is a research study used in this study in the category of Quantitative Descriptive research. The samples in this study were athletes of the tunas hope club and the bry club. The test results of hope tunas club athletes who have a good category of 4 people (27%), 9 people (60%) enough category, 2 people (13%) less category, bry club who have a good category of 4 people (26.7%), 8 people (53.3%) enough category, 3 people (20%) less category. So it can be concluded that the analysis of spike techniques in volleyball athletes Tunas Harapan club and Bry club in Taba tengah Village based on average is in the sufficient category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of passing skills of the inner leg of U 19 futsal players at Tanjng Bungau FC. This research is a type of descriptive research. the population in this study were all 20 people. This sampling was done using total sampling technique which amounted to 20 people. This research instrument is through observation in a futsal match. Data analysis techniques using frequency distribution analysis techniques with percentage calculations P = F / N x100%.The results of the study, namely, the assessment of three judgment people with a Likert scale of 20 samples on the inner foot passing skill (57.17%), classified as a sufficient category
