Abstract

The results of research in cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that the use of guided learning methods and demonstrations in learning PE material for big ball games for class V students of SD Negeri 10 Seluma can increase student enthusiasm and the learning atmosphere becomes enjoyable, because students feel given guidance and direction at every stage of learning, so that student activity in participating in learning big ball games becomes better. Increasing student learning completeness with the number of students completed in cycle I 14 students (SS = 40.6%, STS = 17.9%) in cycle II 14 students (SS = 19.1%, STS = 6.1%) from a total of 19 students in the learning process of big ball games through guided learning methods and demonstrations, so that there is an increase in learning provisions from cycle I and cycle II.

Abstract

Community Service Activities aim to be able to provide new experience and knowledge to teachers and students of SD Negeri 07 in the application of online and face-to-face learning (blended learning) in the new normal period so that existing learning can be used properly and optimally. Based on the results of the Community Service activity entitled "Mentally Readiness Assistance for Student Learning in the New Normal Period at SD Negeri 07 Bengkulu City" it can be concluded that the implementation of this activity went smoothly without significant obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to the effect of swimming training using pull buoys and fins on swimming speed 25 metres crawl style in SPC Swimming Club athletes. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample totalled 20 people. The instrument used in this study was the craw style swimming speed test. The results of swimming training tests using pullbuoys and fins on swimming speed 25 metres crawl style in SPC Swimming Club athletes obtained an r table of 0.443 because the correlation coefficient between rxy = 0.96> 0.443 and an influence of 93.00%. Which means that with the discovery of the effect of swimming training using pullbuoys and fins on swimming speed 25 metres crawl style in SPC Swimming Club athletes, training using the pullbuoy and fins method can increase crawl style swimming speed in SPC Swimming Club athletes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of physical fitness of male and female students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma with a total sample of 44 people, consisting of 22 male students and 22 female students. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Quantitative descriptive research describes and interprets data relating to situations that are occurring and being experienced now, attitudes and views that are present today, relationships between variables, conflict between two or more conditions, influence on a condition, differences between facts, etc. As a result of data calculations, the average physical fitness results for male students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma were obtained from 22 people with a score of 16.63 points and included in the medium category. The results of data calculations showed that the average physical fitness of female students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma was obtained from 22 people with a score of 14 points and was included in the medium category. Based on the results of research and data calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of male and female students at SMA Negeri 8 Seluma is included in the medium category.
