Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which service quality affects customer satisfaction. In this study, service quality includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The approach used in this study is quantitative. This study uses a correlation research technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The population in this study was customers of the Pusako SPAM Unit office. A sample of 90 respondents was taken. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the simple linear regression analysis Y = -7.414 + 0.658, where the constant value (a) is -7.414; this can be interpreted as if the service quality value is 0, then the customer satisfaction value is -7.414. The regression coefficient value of the customer satisfaction variable (b) is positive, namely 0.658; this can be interpreted as meaning that for every 1.00 increase in service quality, customer satisfaction will increase by 0.658. Based on the t-test, the calculated t-value is 7.801, while the table t-value is 1.662. Therefore, t calculated > t table (7.801 > 1.662) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Technological developments in Indonesia continue to improve, with many institutions now developing technology for their operations. These technological developments are certainly something that makes the community happy, because with technology, people can save time in doing things that are often done in daily activities. Now, Zakat institutions are also trying to develop technology in their operations, including in the collection of zakat funds. This is based on the increasing demand from the community who want to fulfill their obligations as Muslims, but with greater time efficiency. In this era, almost all community activities use technology, because it is considered safer and more convenient. However, the problem faced is that many people still do not understand the application of technology in ZIS institutions, even though the Indonesian people are enthusiastic about distributing ZIS, especially since the collection is technology-based. Therefore, technology currently plays a very important role in the collection of ZIS funds in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) on the welfare of Beneficiary Families (KPM) in Sungai Mempura Village, Mempura District. This study was motivated by the phenomenon that the BPNT program has not been targeted appropriately, as the community feels that the assistance is not distributed fairly, causing social jealousy. The program in question is BPNT (Non-Cash Food Assistance), which is a government effort to alleviate poverty by providing non-cash food assistance to Beneficiary Families (KPM) so that they can meet their nutritional and food needs in a targeted, timely, and high-quality manner. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive method, which involves data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were Beneficiary Families (KPM) residing in Sungai Mempura Village and facilitators as mentors, while the research object focused on the effectiveness of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program on the welfare of Beneficiary Families (KPM). The results of the study show that the BPNT program in Sungai Mempura Village is effective in improving the welfare of Beneficiary Families (KPM), as seen from the indicators of the accuracy of the target recipients, increased access to nutritious food, and support for the commitment to implement the program. However, there were obstacles such as delays in the distribution of assistance, suboptimal updating of recipient data, and program monitoring and evaluation that needed to be improved so that the benefits of the program could be maximized. Overall, the BPNT program made a positive contribution to improving the welfare of Beneficiary Families (KPM), although there were still improvements to be made in the technical aspects of distribution and data management.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adalah bagaiamana Pengaruh pembiayaan Murabahah dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah yang masih terdapat Research Gap dengan menambah kan variabel X yang lain yaitu Pembiayaan Murabahah, dan menambahkan NPF salah satu Faktor penghalang Bank-bank untuk memperoleh Profit atau Keuntungan adalah tingkat Rasio pembiayaan bermasalah, yang diukur dengan Rasio Net Performing Financing (NPF). tujuan penelitian menganalisis pembiayaan Murabahah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laba (ROA) Bank Syariah Indonesia. Menganalisis apakah Pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laba (ROA) Bank Syariah Indonesia. Menganalisis apakah NPF dapat memoderasi Pembiayaan Murabahahdan Pembiayaan Musyarakah Terhadap Kualitas Laba ROA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini laporan keuangan periode 2015-2019. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Purposive sampling. sample dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan periode 2015-2019. Teknik pengumpulan Data Teknik Dokumentasi dan Studi Pustaka kemudian di Uji mengunakan uji SPSS 23.0 Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Murabahah terhadap Kualitas Laba Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Musyarakah berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara NPF berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Murabahah dan NPF berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laba Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2015-2019.

Abstract

Pegadaian Syariah sendiri memilki empat produk yang ditawarkan. Pertama, Rahn, produk jasa gadai yang berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah. Kedua, Arum, skim pinjaman dengan sistem syariah bagi pengusaha mikro dan kecil untuk keperluan pengembangan usaha dengan sistem pengembalian secara angsuran. Ketiga, produk Logam Mulia atau emas batangan murni 99,99 % ada sertifikat dan ID Number. Logam Mulia atau emas mempunyai berbagai aspek yang menyentuh kebutuhan manusia di samping memiliki nilai estetis yang tinggi juga merupakan jenis investasi yang nilainya stabil, likuid, dan aman secara real, dan yang keempat, produk Amanah yakni produk kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor juga untuk jumlah pembiayaan tertentu bisa dengan emas.
