Jurnal JEJAMA Manajemen Malahayati adalah jurnal ilmiah yang dikelola dan diterbitkan oleh Universitas Malahayati. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu setiap semester. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan melalui proses tinjauan sejawat (peer review), yakni proses penilaian oleh para ahli di bidang terkait untuk memastikan bahwa artikel memenuhi standar ilmiah dan layak untuk diterbitkan. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of liquidity, firm size, profitability and financial distress on firm value. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Annual Report. The population in this study are cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling using purposive sampling technique using certain criteria. Data analysis in this study used several methods, including multiple linear regression analysis, namely simultaneous test and partial test. The results of this study indicate that company size has no effect on firm value, while liquidity, profitability and financial distress have an effect on firm value. Research on cigarette companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017–2019. Research on the activities of cigarette companies listed on the IDX during the period 2017 to 2019 is based on the closing of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The value of the company in this study through liquidity, company size, profitability and financial distress in the period 2017 – 2019.Keywords: liquidity, firm size, profitability, financial distress, and firm value

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influnce student's financial literacy using variables learning in college and family financial education, parental socioeconomic status, number of University Credit Unit taken, and residence status. The population in this study was 134 and the sample in this study was 134 people using saturated sample techniques. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that learning in college and family financial education, and number of University Credit Unit taken have a positive and significant effect on financial literacy. Whereas parental socioeconomic status and residence status do not affect financial literacy.Keywords: Financial literacy, learning in college, family financial education, parental socioeconomic status, the number of University Credit Unit taken, and the residence status

Abstract

Purpose this study aims to determine how the influence of design innovation, product quality, digital media and government support in increasing competitiveness. The type of research used in this research is field research (field research). The population in this study were all customers who bought airlangga tapis lampung products in untung suropati bandar lampung in 2020. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that design innovation, digital media and government support have an effect on increasing competitiveness, while liquidity, product quality have no effect on increasing competitiveness. The research is focused on the analysis of design innovations of the lampung airlangga tapis msmes. Research is focused on improving product quality in lampung airlangga tapis smes. This research is focused on introducing lampung tapis products through digital media. Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the influence of motivation, reward and punishment on the performance of employees of PT Sumber Berkah Mandiri Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT Sumber Berkah Mandiri Bandar Lampung from the 2019-2020 period.The variables used are 3 variables. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that: a) the motivation variable has no effect on performance. b) the reward variable has no effect on performance. c) Punishment variables have an effect on performance.Keywords: Motivation, Rewards and Punishment for EmployeePerformance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image, product value, and price perception on customer satisfaction. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study is Kitty Hijab consumers in Bandar Lampung. Sampling using the Slovin formula with a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis in this study used several methods, including multiple linear regression analysis, namely simultaneous test and partial test. The results of this study indicate that brand image has an effect on customer satisfaction while product value and price perception have no effect on company value. The limitations of the study are only variables customer satisfaction, product value, and price perception. And the object of research is only one thing type and location.Key words : Brand image, product value, price perception, and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research was purposed on testing and proving the influences of (1) the effect of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) on customer satisfaction ULaMM (Micro Capital Service Unit) PT PNM (Permodalan Nasional Madani) Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus. (2) The influence of trust on PT PNM (Permodalan Nasional Madani) Unit Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus, ULaMM (Micro Capital Service Unit) customer satisfaction. (3) Effect of Promotion on PT PNM (Permodalan Nasional Madani) Unit Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus, ULaMM (Micro Capital Service Unit) customer satisfaction. The population in this study is the customers of the ULaMM Kota Agung Unit, Tanggamus for the period 2016-2018, amounting to 1,665 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with 324 respondents. The sampling criteria are a) customers who use ULaMM services for at least 1 year; b) Aged 21 years, because at that age a person is eligible to enter into an agreement in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The variables used are as many as 5 variables. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The analysis shows that: a) physical evidence variable influences customer satisfaction. b) variable reliability affects customer satisfaction. c) variable responsiveness affects customer satisfaction. d) guarantee variables affect customer satisfaction. e) the empathy variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. f) the variable of trust does not affect customer satisfaction. g) promotion variable does not affect customer satisfaction.Keywords: Quality of Physical Evidence Services, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Guarantee, Customer Trust and Promotion
