Balance: Jurnal Ekonomi has p-ISSN 1858-2192 and e-ISSN 2686-5467 published by the Development Economics Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar, this journal publishes research articles in the field of Economics. This journal publishes research studies that use various qualitative and/or quantitative methods and approaches in the field of Economics. This journal aims to develop concepts, theories, perspectives, paradigms, and methodologies in the scope of Economics published twice a year, namely June and December. The scope of Balance: Journal of Economics covers Economics and Development, Economic Behavior, Islamic Economic System, International Economy as well as applied sciences of Statistical Economics, Macro and Micro. Article submissions are made using the Balance: Jurnal Ekonomi template accompanied by supporting documents in the form of: a statement of authorship, ethics, and a copyright statement, which can be downloaded on the main page of the Balance: Jurnal Ekonomi website. Abstract

JUFRI. 2016. Pengaruh Harga dan Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Konsumen Memilih Motor Pada PT. Matramas Motor, Alauddin Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Andi Mappatompo dan Irwan abdullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda untuk menjelaskan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih motor dan pengaruh pelayanan terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih motor PT. Matramas Motor, Alauddin Makassar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik insidentil sampling dengan 100 orang responden. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert dengan 5 alternatif jawaban. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan, pertama harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan koefisien sebesar 0,316, kedua pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan koefisien sebesar 0,451.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of the village government in improving the welfare of the community in Ulujangang Village, Bontolempangan Subdistrict, Gowa Regency by using a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting data analysis inductively and descriptively by revealing the facts in the field to provide an overview of the problems that occur in the field. The results showed that the efforts made by the Ulujangang Village government in improving the welfare of the people in Ulujangang Village through empowering the red sugar makers and empowering the chair craftsmen had been positively responded by the community as a social-based program.

Abstract

In this research method used descriptive research and regression analysis. Descriptive method is in the form of collecting data taken from various literatures and direct observation to the object of research, while the method of analysis is done by using the calculation of regression, correlation, determination and for hypothesis testing using t test. From all analyzes that have been done in this research can be concluded that if the work environment made a top priority for PT Persero Camming Sugar Factory it will improve the employee performance that ultimately this can provide benefits to PT Persero Camming Sugar Factory. Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of distributing Raskin to low income communities in the village of Parangbaddo Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Utara Takalar District. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with the Raskin program as an analysis unit. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation and secondary data obtained through intermediary media in the form of books, notes, or archives related to problems in research. The results showed that the Raskin distribution process was carried out through regional administration channels. in Takalar Regency, through the South Sulawesi Provincial Government, Takalar District Government, North Polongbangkeng Sub-District, then the Parangbaddo Village / Sub-district until finally it can be channeled directly to the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai kantor samsat di kota makassar dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di kantor samsat makassar dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di kota makassar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.. Penelitian  dilaksanakan selama dua bulan. mengenai Kualitas Kinerja Pegawai Kantor SAMSAT Kota Makassar dalam kinerja pegawai di kantor samsat kota makassar sudah sangat baik. Hal tersebut dapat kita lihat dari beberapa wawancara peneliti dengan masyarakat yang menunjukkan kepuasan masyarakat atas kinerja pegawai kantor SAMSAT Kota Makassar dalam memberikan Pelayanan Publik kepada masyarakat. Hal tersebut dapat diukur berdasarkan pengukuran kinerja menggunakan indikator kualitas, kuantitas dan tanggung jawab yang Secara umum berada dalam kategori baik. Meskipun ada beberapa faktor yang menghambat kinerja pegawai seperti calo, partisipasi masyarakat dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the income level of fishermen in Takalar District. The data used is the primary data with the number of respondents 50 people. The variables in this research are working capital, labor, work experience and technology as independent variable and income of fisherman business as dependent variable. Hypothesis testing is done bymultiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate working capital, labor, work experience, and technology significantly affect the income of fishermen in Takalar District

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan kontribusi Pajak Daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series yang bersumber dari Badan Pusan Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dinas Pendapatan daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan pajak daerah cukup efektif dengan perensentase rata-rata di atas 90 persen pertahun. Sementara Kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah cukup besar yaitu mencapai rata-rata 88 persen dalam 8 tahun terakhir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya permintaan kredit investasi pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Bantaeng. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan penyebab minimnya permintaan kredit investasi di bank tersebut. Data yang digunakan meliputi laporan keuangan, jurnal, dan hasil wawancara dengan pihak terkait di PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Bantaeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran kredit investasi di bank tersebut mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2011 hingga 2013. Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk kualitas produk, harga (suku bunga), promosi, dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Bantaeng meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, memperbaiki promosi, dan menyesuaikan suku bunga untuk menarik lebih banyak nasabah. Dengan demikian, diharapkan bank dapat meningkatkan permintaan kredit investasi dan berkontribusi lebih baik terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of public transportation pete-pete case study in gowa district. The type of data used in this study, ie data concerning factors that affect the income of public transport obtained from DISHUB gowa district as well as related agencies and data sources used are secondary data. The model used to analyze the relationship between the two variables, that is using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the transportation tariff has significant effect to the transportation revenue, the significant number of population to the transportation income, and the transportation line has significant effect to the income of the regional transportation revenue Gowa.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Office of Financial Management and Regional Asset of Enrekang Regency, the research population is all employees of the Financial Management Service and as many as 80 employees while the sample size is determined using slovin method that is as much as 44 employees of the sample. Data were collected using observation, questionnaire, and documentation, while data analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test using partial significance test (t test statistic). The result of data analysis shows that the variable of financial compensation with the performance of the officer at the Office of Financial Management and Regional Asset of Enrekang Regency, which is shown by validity test is greater than 0.300 (valid) rtabel, reliability test obtained Cronbach's Alpha value bigger than rtabel (Cronbach's Alpha 0,980> rtabel 0,297), simple linear regression test Y = -1,034 + 0,684 X (positive value), coefficient of determination 0,920, while for hypothesis test obtained tcount value bigger than ttable (t count 21,949> ttabel 2,018) at 5% significant level. The coefficient of determination obtained by 0.920 means that the financial compensation variable (X) gives the effect of 92% with the variable of employee performance (Y), while the rest is 8% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.
