Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of Influence of Preventive Control of Credit and Repressive Control of Credit to the health of PT. Bukopin Bank Tbk, sub branch office of Cendrawasih, Makassar City. The researcher used questionnare as a technique of data collection and used technique of data analysis of multiple linear regression. The population of this research was 50 participants and the number of samples were all the populations 50 people. The result of this research showed that Preventive Control of Credit and Repressive Control of Credit influenced to the health of bank simultaneously, where the testing result was got F 8,144 > F table 3,20. The result had been got partially showed Preventive Control of Credit was significant to the health of bank by looking at t 3,987 > t table 1,677 and sig 0,000 < 0,05 while Repressive Control of Credit was not significant to the health of bank by looking at t 0,067 < t table 1,677 and sig 0,947 > 0,05, and coefficient of determination (adjust R2) showed independent variable of percentage can influence independent variable was 25,7%, so the balance was 74,3% affected by the other variable that not researched in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Citizen's Charter  on the professionalism of the Workers Apparatus and the Quality of Public Service in Purwosari Sub-District, Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is quantitative with the entire population of Purwosari Subdistrict Apparatus which amounted to 22 respondents. While the data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The result of the research shows that calculation value for the influence of adoption of citizen's charter model to work professionalism is obtained t value> t table (4.583> 1.72) with significance value = 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected. So it can be seen that adoption adoption model citizen's charter has a significant influence on professionalism of work, so that each indicator obtained positive results. The indicators to measure the professionalism of work which includes the value of efficiency is Demand or demand independence. As for the value of effectiveness consists of Dedication, Social Obligations, professional Regulation alone, and Affiliate professional community. While the result of calculation of influence adoption adoption model citizen's charter  to public service quality also get t value bigger than t table that is equal to 6.000 with value signifikansi = 0.000 <0.05, so Ho rejected. So the adoption of citizen's charter model in Purwosari sub-district also significantly influences the quality of public service, so that every service quality indicator gets positive result. The indicators to measure the quality of services that include the value of efficiency is the speed and ease. As for the value of effectiveness consists of accuracy and fairness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the Service Contract (Citizen Charter) is applied to RSUD Kabupaten Sinjai. Implementation of Service Contracts is inseparable from the willingness, awareness and also cooperation between stakeholders, especially the RSUD with the community served. . This research uses qualitative approach, with case study method. For the purposes of data collection, the researchers conducted observations and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that in order to improve the quality of health services that are responsive, transparent and accountable requires the application of indicators of Service Contract (Citizen Charter) optimally; provide service certainty covering time, cost, procedure and mode of service, provide information on the rights and obligations of service users, service providers, and other stakeholders in the overall process of service delivery, facilitate service users, citizens, and other stakeholders to control the practice of service delivery, service management improves service delivery performance, helps service management identify needs, expectations, and aspirations of other stakeholder service users.

Abstract

State revenue is the most important part of the State Budget to finance various sectors of state expenditure. In support of this country's acceptance in apply MPN-G2 to facilitate the public in paying taxes. The result found that effectiveness of state revenue by applying of MPN-G2 system is quite effective in the case of quantity in the form of increasing percentage of amount of realization and transaction of state revenue. While the quality of state revenues after the MPN-G2 less effective because of input transparency of state revenue transactions is still too large so that the validity of the transaction is in doubt. For the duration of the state revenue with billing shows effective results because it is faster in the state revenue deposit, but the delegation of state revenue is less effective because it is still like the old system all transactions collected first with the time period determined after it was transferred to the state treasury. This study also produces factors that affect the effectiveness of state revenue with MPN-G2 such as communication, resources, and clarity of technology and procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of bureaucratic reforms, as well as to offer several solutions for the improvement of licensing administration services. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of instrumental case study research. The location of the research was conducted at Integrated Licensing Service Agency (BP2T) in Kabupaten Bone.Teknik data collection used, namely: in-depth interviews, document studies and observation. Data are analyzed through data reduction stages, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the administration of licensing services, from the Institutional aspect that the licensing service of Bone Regency has been in the form of One Stop Service; Human Resources aspects that the existing employee qualifications are not in accordance with organizational needs, discipline and responsibilities of employees is still relatively low; aspects of the System and Procedures that generally permits are completed beyond the prescribed timeframe, the existence of discrimination and inconsistency. Through this research, verification of several concepts and theories, namely formalism as one of the characteristics of prismatic society proposed by Fred W Riggs on justified in this study, which in the phenomenon the author calls it by the term "Regulation of the Tongue.

Abstract

The Influence of Managerial Competence Social Competence School Of Teacher In SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. This study aimed to determine the effect of the principal managerial competence of the social competence of teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar. This is a descriptive quantitative research the population of all teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar, which amounted to 74 people. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis with data normality test, product moment, and linear regression analysis. The results showed for the level of managerial competence headmaster of SMAN 11 Makassar are in either category, from the aspects of conceptual abilities, human abilities, and engineering capabilities, to the level of social competence of teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar are in either category, from the aspect of adaptation , communication, and interaction, so there is significant influence between the principal managerial competence with social competence of teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar.
