Jurnal Balireso adalah Jurnal Pengabdian pada Masyarakat yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (LPkM) UNIVERSITAS MUSLIM INDONESIA. Jurnal ini menerima seluruh bidang dalam penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni (IPTEKS) yang berupa hasil kegiatan maupun ulasan ilmiah (critical review) tentang penerapan IPTEKS kepada masyarakat. Jurnal ini terbit sebanyak 2 kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Januari dan bulan Juli setiap tahun. Jurnal menerima manuscript/naskah asli dan tidak secara bersamaan dikirimkan ke jurnal atau konferensi lain.

Abstract

Hydroponics is an innovative plant cultivation technology that is suitable for application to vegetable plants in small yards. Our partner is the Dahlia Women's Farming Group (KWT) located in Temmapadduae Village, Marusu District, Maros Regency. Their daily activities are housewives, they grow various types of vegetables and ornamental plants in their yards, which on average are relatively small with a conventional cultivation system. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of partners in implementing the Wick system of vegetable hydroponics which is quite simple, cheap and easy to do in the yard. The forms of activities carried out are counseling, training/plot demonstration, mentoring and evaluation. This service activity provides significant benefits for KWT Dahlia in Marusu District, Maros Regency because it has increased their knowledge and skills from not understanding to understanding/very understanding in cultivating vegetable plants using the Wick hydroponic system in the yard and the growth of vegetable plants obtained is quite good. . This service activity received a positive response from the community and they participated in the entire series of activities with great enthusiasm

Abstract

A business plan is a crucial document utilized by both external and internal audiences of a company. For instance, if the business plan is intended to attract investments, the company must articulate its plans to convince investors and creditors. While immensely beneficial for new businesses, every company should have a business plan. Ideally, this plan should be reviewed and updated periodically to assess whether goals have been achieved or have changed and evolved.This outreach program will teach the creation of a Business Plan to members of the Majelis Taklim as knowledge of business planning can support them in developing businesses, thus enhancing the welfare of members and families overall. Empowering mothers will aid in the development of villages, thereby realizing the equitable distribution of prosperity

Abstract

Processed food in the form of sticks has now experienced many developments: utilising basic and additional materials. To create various flavours and increase the nutritional value of sticks, in the manufacturing process other raw materials and additional ingredients are used, such as ripe bananas and chocolate additives, so that stick products are delicious and contain high nutritional value. Almost everyone likes chocolate. Apart from being delicious, chocolate also has various benefits for the body, from improving mood and appetite to maintaining heart health. Starting from children, teenagers, to adults, many people like to eat chocolate. Apart from its distinctive and delicious taste, chocolate also has health benefits.

Abstract

The activity that will be carried out in this service is processing red spinach into ice cream for partner communities to increase the income of partner members in Borisallo Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. By participating in this activity, it is hoped that farmers can use spinach into other products (ice cream) which, when sold, can increase the income of partner communities.To attract children's interest in consuming vegetables, you can mix them into ice cream. One of them uses red spinach to attract attention, because the color of the ice cream is attractive
