Purpose: This study explores the digital governance approach for social inclusion in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Subjects and Methods: Using a complete method encompassing purposive sampling, based questionnaires, and numerous statistical analyses. Results:  Results indicate a substantial enhancement in the perceived effectiveness of digital governance strategy following implementation, suggesting a tremendous effect on governance effectiveness. Moreover, the implementation of digital governance strategies correlates with better ranges of social inclusion outcomes, highlighting the capacity of digital interventions in fostering inclusive development. Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to identify and analyze the security challenges faced by digital government initiatives in West Papua, Indonesia Subjects and Methods: The study employs a quantitative method, conducting surveys among government employees involved in digital transformation projects. Results: The results of the analysis indicate that there is still a low level of awareness and understanding of digital security among government employees in West Papua. These findings highlight the importance of increasing awareness and training on digital security for government employees involved in digital government initiatives. Conclusions: The conclusion of this research is the highlight several key findings regarding cybersecurity in digital governance in West Papua. There is a significant need for increased cybersecurity awareness and education, as well as greater investment in cybersecurity infrastructure and resources.

Subjects and Methods: This qualitative study explores the role of digital technology in shaping public responses in East Nusa Tenggara (ENT), Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with residents of ENT, focusing on their experiences and perceptions of digital technology use. Results: The findings reveal that digital technology plays a significant role in shaping public responses, enabling information dissemination, community engagement, and participatory decision-making. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and digital literacy skills hinder its full potential. This study contributes to the literature on digital technology's impact on public responses in developing regions and provides insights for policymakers and stakeholders to enhance digital technology adoption in ENT. Conclusions: This research reveals that digital technology plays a significant role in shaping public responses in East Nusa Tenggara (ENT), Indonesia. Through wider information access, more active community engagement, and more participatory decision-making, digital technology has opened up new opportunities for the people in ENT to participate in their social, political, and cultural life.
