Abstract

An EFI cars (Electronic Fuel Injection) is not equipped with a pressure fuel pump indicator, so the driver does not know the the fuel pump performance. If the fuel pump work under the standard, the engine is not responsive to acceleration, engine temperature can be increased and the performance of the engine is lowered. This research are trying to design a fuel pump pressure detector using a pressure sensor. The research methodology used is the Research and Development (R & D) consisting of product design, design validation, design revisions, and test products. This study used three product design because the design of the first and the second has not been as expected. The third design uses a comparator circuit as the controller three indicator LED (Light Emitting Diode). If the fuel pump working pressure of 2,1kg / cm²-2.5 kg / cm², the three colored LED green, yellow and red lights up. If the fuel pump working pressure of 1.6 kg / cm²-2,0kg / cm², the two LED will light up the colors yellow and red. If the fuel pump working pressure of 1,0kg / cm²-1.5 kg / cm², it is only one red LED are illuminated. A comparison between the changes in pressure to produce the output voltage linear data and repeatibility = 0.

Abstract

Changes in soil physical and socio-economic life of the people Padang City be the cause of a decrease the condition of the watershed (DAS). Catchment area management can be done through an assessment of the components of a watershed both spatial and attribute in a system that is comprehensive and and done with integrated management. Preparation of physical watershed data done by utilizing the technology of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in which GIS has the ability to perform the presentation of data DAS and spatial analyzes to look at the ability of the DAS.

Abstract

Base Transceiver Station is a device used to connect mobile-phone or smartphone in order to make long-distance communication, although in doing the movement or in transit from one place to another. Installation Base Transceiver Station for Network Node B At the operator Hutchison 3 Indonesia is done to make the operator Hutchison 3 Indonesia signal received by the phone for the better and not dashed when the user performs long-distance communication links with conditions in performing the movement or in the course of one place to another. Methods beginning the process of physical installation of Base Transceiver Station for Node B network in the operator Hutchison 3 Indonesia and order all the Base Transceiver Station can live well after the battery is connected to a rectifier and the required accuracy when performing the installation Base Transceiver Station. Abstract

Signalized Intersection (air-APILL) Tanjung Barat – Pasar Minggu (South Jakarta) is an intersection that had existed before the overpass (fly over) TB. Simatupang was built. Currently the number of vehicles entering the intersection is moving slowly due to the density of traffic flow and as a result of delay (delay). In addition, the presence of lines KRL Jakarta - Depok - Bogar traffic with a frequency high pass makes congestion worse. The purpose of this the research was to evaluate performance of signalized intersection (air-APILL) Tanjung Barat – Pasar Minggu (South Jakarta) adjust arrangements the existing traffic ligtht  with arrangement traffic ligtht from the result of the planning (MKJI).Primary data is obtained by performing a direct survey in the field. Data was processed and analyzed with reference MKJI up performance earned junction. Parameters which will be considered are cycle time, degree of saturation, the number of vehicles queued, long queues, delays and service level junction. It is advisable to avoid the traffic congestion of both traffic flow, the existing cycle time adjusted to the results of the planning cycle time.

Abstract

Some of the external symptoms of  hyperthyroidism may be experienced by people who are not suffering from hyperthyroid disease, therefore  needs a thorough examination and diagnosis for patients with hyperthyroidism that drug delivery and targeted therapy. A thorough examination of this costly and quite a long time. This research make a prototype instrumentation to help detect the presence of symptoms of thyroid gland disorders, especially hyperthyroidism, do not use chemicals and does not hurt the patient. The principle of this tool is to combine technology with electrocardiographic Iridology specifically based artificial neural network. In the first year is the design and realization of a prototype of the channel electrocardiograph-based personal computer for measurement of cardiac patients megalami signal abnormalities tachycardia (one of the symptoms of hyperthyroidism). Electrocardiography will measure and display signal to monitor a patient's heart, can store data and make a decision whether the patients had tachycardia heart rhythm disorder or not. In both make iridology devices based neural network to detect any abnormalities of the thyroid gland through the iris image. Electrocardiography device coupled with iridology software in order to get a prototype for the detection of hyperthyroidism through the measurement of two variables: cardiac signal and image of the iris. The Merger is software into a single entity has not done separately but have been able to perform measurements on patients. Tests have been conducted on 8 (eight) patients and has not been accompanied by a doctor, the conclusion of the test is that all patients tested did not experience hyperthyroidism.

Abstract

Padang State Polytechnic is one of the best vocational Polytechnic in Sumatera. As the best college, Padang State Polytechnic has implemented several information systems; such as the Information System in the Human Resource Civil Service Department. However, the system still was not optimally utilized within the institution as a tool to support data processing and strategic tool to gain strategic advantages and to support the growth of the organization to a better level. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that encourage the usage of information system in the Human Resource Civil Service Department in PNP. In order to collect data survey, author has sent questionnaires to all faculties including lecturers and administration staffs in Padang State Polytechnic as user of Information System in the Human Resource Civil Service Department. Among 160 questionnaires that were distributed, only 121 questionnaires were returned. Furthermore, the questionnaires were proceeded with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method by using Amos Software v.21. In conclusion, the factors that encourage the usage of Information System in the Human Resource Civil Service Department in PNP are Information Quality, Service Quality and System Quality.

This paper introduced a method pengklusteran for financial data. By using the model Heteroskidastity Generalized autoregressive conditional (GARCH), will be estimated distance between the stock market using GARCH-based distance. The purpose of this method is mengkluster international stock markets with different amounts of data.
